로앤컴퍼니는 제주지방변호사회와 법률 분야의 AI 혁신 가속화를 위한 공동 협력에 나선다고 28일 밝혔다. 슈퍼로이어 운영사인 로앤컴퍼니와 제주지방변호사회는 지난 26일 제주시 이도이동 제주지방변호사회관에서 법률 업무의 AI 도입 및 활용과 관련한 업무협약을 체결했다.
협약식에는 제주지방변호사회 고영권 회장, 장석우 제1부회장, 신영희 제2부회장, 반희성 총무이사, 로앤컴퍼니 안기순 법률AI연구소장, 김동욱 SaaS 사업팀장 등 양측 관계자들이 참석해 협력 의지를 확인했다.
이번 협약은 빠르게 진화하는 기술 환경에 맞춰 변호사의 AI 활용 능력을 강화하고 미래 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 취지에서 마련됐다. 로앤컴퍼니는 향후 1년간 제주지방변호사회 소속 변호사들에게 법률 AI 서비스 ‘슈퍼로이어’와 AI 기반 통합 법률정보 서비스 ‘빅케이스’ 구독 상품을 특별가로 제공하고, 법률 업무에서 AI 활용도를 높일 수 있도록 맞춤형 지원을 진행할 계획이다.
슈퍼로이어는 상용 법률 AI 서비스로, 출시 약 16개월 만에 1만8천여 명의 변호사가 가입한 플랫폼이다. 올해 하반기에는 실시간 대화를 기반으로 법률서면 작성을 지원하는 ‘롱폼’ 기능을 도입했으며, 관련 활용법 웨비나를 운영하는 등 서비스 확산에도 주력하고 있다. 또한 ‘리걸테크 브레이크스루 어워즈 2025’에서 한국 기업 최초로 ‘올해의 AI 법률 어시스턴트 플랫폼’ 부문을 수상한 바 있다.
빅케이스는 AI 기반 통합 법률정보 서비스로, 구독 상품인 ‘빅케이스Plus’를 통해 506만 건 이상의 판례 데이터와 법학·행정 분야 논문, 기본법 전권 등을 무제한으로 검색할 수 있다. 또한 99만 건 이상의 1심 형사 판결 데이터를 분석해 644개 적용 법조에 대한 통계를 시각화한 ‘빅케이스 그래프’를 제공하는 등 법률 정보 접근성을 강화하고 있다.
제주지방변호사회 고영권 회장은 AI 기술이 법률 업무 환경을 빠르게 변화시키고 있다고 강조하며, 이번 협약을 기반으로 법률 현장에서 실질적인 혁신이 이뤄질 수 있도록 다양한 프로그램을 마련하겠다고 밝혔다.
로앤컴퍼니 김본환 대표는 협력에 대한 감사의 뜻을 전하며, 실제 법률 업무에서 활용 가능한 구체적 지원을 제공해 변호사들의 미래 경쟁력 강화에 기여하겠다고 말했다.

Furthermore, the company plans to provide tailored support to enhance the utilization of AI in legal work.
SuperLawyer is a commercial legal AI service that has attracted over 18,000 lawyers in just 16 months since its launch. In the second half of this year, it introduced a "long-form" feature that supports legal document drafting based on real-time conversations. The company is also focusing on expanding its services, including hosting webinars on how to utilize the service. Furthermore, it was the first Korean company to win the "AI Legal Assistant Platform of the Year" award at the LegalTech Breakthrough Awards 2025.
BigCase is an AI-based integrated legal information service. Through its subscription product, "BigCasePlus," users can access unlimited access to over 5.06 million case data, legal and administrative papers, and the entirety of basic laws. Furthermore, BigCase analyzes over 990,000 first-instance criminal judgments and provides "BigCase Graphs," which visualize statistics on 644 applicable laws, enhancing accessibility to legal information.
Jeju Bar Association President Koh Young-kwon emphasized that AI technology is rapidly changing the legal work environment, and announced that various programs will be prepared based on this agreement to ensure that practical innovation can be achieved in the legal field.
Kim Bon-hwan, CEO of Law & Company, expressed his gratitude for the cooperation and said that he would contribute to strengthening the future competitiveness of lawyers by providing practical support that can be applied in actual legal work.
