㈜엠피에이지(MPAG, 대표 정인서)가 중소벤처기업부 주관 ‘2025년 중소기업 R&D 우수성과 50선’에 선정됐다.
중소기업 R&D 우수성과 50선은 기술사업화, 전략기술, 한계·재도전, 공공혁신 등 4개 부문에서 중소기업의 기술 혁신 성과를 검증하는 사업으로, 올해 경쟁률은 7.2대 1을 기록했다. 엠피에이지는 우수한 사업화 성과와 기술 경쟁력 강화 공로를 인정받아 기술사업화 부문에 이름을 올렸다.
이번 선정으로 엠피에이지는 중기부 장관 표창과 함께 투자지원 프로그램 참여, 글로벌 전시회 참가 지원 등의 혜택을 받는다. 이를 바탕으로 AI 음악 교육 앱 ‘마이뮤직파이브’의 해외 이용자를 확대하고, 사용자 편의성과 학습 기능을 강화할 계획이다.
엠피에이지는 기업부설연구소를 운영하며 음악 인식 AI 기술 개발에 주력해왔다. 음의 높이, 길이, 강약을 실시간 정밀 분석하고, 사운드 멜로디 분석으로 음표를 식별하며, 악보의 구조적 정보를 파악하는 기술을 보유하고 있다. 또한 KAIST 음악·오디오 컴퓨팅 연구실(MACLab)과 협력해 연주 난이도 기반 AI 악보 시스템 연구를 진행하며 연주자 맞춤형 학습 환경 구축에도 힘쓰고 있다.
정인서 엠피에이지 대표는 “이번 선정은 엠피에이지의 기술력이 공식적으로 인정받았다는 점에서 의미가 크다”며 “정부 R&D 사업을 통해 기술 개발 성과를 창출하고, 앞으로 글로벌 뮤직테크 시장의 선도 기업으로 자리매김할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
한편 ‘마이뮤직파이브’는 AI 기술로 연주자의 소리를 실시간 인식해 음정 정확도를 판별하고, 연주 흐름에 맞춰 악보를 자동으로 넘기며 학습을 지원하는 기능을 제공한다.

MPAGE Selected as a "2025 Top 50 SME R&D Excellence"
MPAG (CEO Inseo Jeong) was selected as one of the '50 Best R&D Achievements of Small and Medium Enterprises in 2025' by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
The "50 Best SME R&D Achievements" program verifies the technological innovation achievements of SMEs across four categories: technology commercialization, strategic technology, limitations and re-challenge, and public innovation. This year, the competition rate was 7.2 to 1. MPAGE was recognized for its outstanding commercialization performance and contribution to strengthening technological competitiveness, earning a spot in the technology commercialization category.
With this selection, MPA will receive a commendation from the Minister of SMEs and Startups, participation in investment support programs, and support for participation in global exhibitions. Based on this recognition, MPA plans to expand the international user base of its AI music education app, "My Music Five," and enhance user convenience and learning capabilities.
MPAGE operates a corporate research institute and has focused on developing AI music recognition technology. It possesses technology that precisely analyzes pitch, duration, and dynamics in real time, identifies notes through sound melody analysis, and understands structural information in sheet music. Furthermore, in collaboration with the KAIST Music and Audio Computing Lab (MACLab), the company is conducting research on an AI sheet music system based on performance difficulty and is working to build a personalized learning environment for performers.

Meanwhile, 'My Music Five' uses AI technology to recognize the performer's voice in real time, determines pitch accuracy, and provides a function to support learning by automatically turning the music score according to the flow of the performance.

エンピエイジは企業付設研究所を運営し、音楽認識AI技術の開発に注力してきた。音の高さ、長さ、強弱をリアルタイムで精密分析し、サウンドメロディ分析で音符を識別し、楽譜の構造的情報を把握する技術を保有している。また、KAIST音楽・オーディオコンピューティング研究室（MACLab）と協力して演奏難易度ベースのAI楽譜システムの研究を進め、演奏者のカスタマイズされた学習環境の構築にも力を入れている。
チョン・インソエムピーエイジ代表は「今回の選定はエンピエイジの技術力が公式に認められたという点で意味が大きい」とし「政府R&D事業を通じて技術開発成果を創出し、今後グローバルミュージックテック市場の先導企業として位置づけるだろう」と明らかにした。
一方、「マイミュージックファイブ」はAI技術で演奏者の音をリアルタイム認識して音程精度を判別し、演奏の流れに合わせて楽譜を自動で渡し、学習を支援する機能を提供する。

MPAGE sélectionnée parmi les « 50 meilleures PME en matière de R&D pour 2025 »
MPAG (PDG Inseo Jeong) a été sélectionnée comme l'une des « 50 meilleures réalisations en matière de R&D des petites et moyennes entreprises en 2025 » par le ministère des PME et des Startups.
Le programme « 50 meilleures réalisations en R&D des PME » évalue les performances d'innovation technologique des PME selon quatre critères : commercialisation des technologies, technologies stratégiques, défis et innovations publiques. Cette année, le ratio était de 7,2 pour 1. MPAGE a été distinguée pour ses excellentes performances en matière de commercialisation et sa contribution au renforcement de la compétitivité technologique, obtenant ainsi une place dans la catégorie « commercialisation des technologies ».
Grâce à cette sélection, MPA recevra les félicitations du ministre des PME et des Startups, bénéficiera de programmes de soutien à l'investissement et d'un accompagnement pour participer à des salons internationaux. Forte de cette reconnaissance, MPA prévoit d'étendre la base d'utilisateurs internationaux de son application d'apprentissage musical par intelligence artificielle, « My Music Five », et d'améliorer son ergonomie et ses fonctionnalités d'apprentissage.
MPAGE exploite un institut de recherche et se consacre au développement de technologies de reconnaissance musicale par intelligence artificielle. Sa technologie analyse avec précision la hauteur, la durée et la dynamique en temps réel, identifie les notes grâce à l'analyse mélodique et comprend la structure des partitions.
