㈜인공지능팩토리(대표 김태영)는 고해상도 위성영상 및 지구관측 데이터 서비스 기업 ㈜에스아이아이에스(SIIS)와 차세대 위성정보 서비스 고도화를 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 지난 25일 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 SIIS 본사에서 진행되었으며, 현장에는 SIIS 이근희 실장과 인공지능팩토리 김태영 대표 등 관계자가 참석했다.
양사는 협약을 통해 기존 전문가 중심 위성정보 서비스에 에이전틱AI 기반 검색·추천 기능을 적용, 위성 데이터의 접근성과 활용성을 향상시키는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 ▲에이전틱AI 기반 자연어 위성검색 기능 ▲위성정보 자동 추천 및 알림 서비스 ▲MCP(Model Context Protocol) 기반 위성 분석 기능 개발 등을 공동 추진한다.
특히 양사는 고해상도 광학·SAR 지구관측 위성영상 주문 플랫폼 ‘스페이스아이(SpaceEye)’와 인공지능팩토리의 에이전틱AI 기술을 결합해, 사용자가 전문 지식 없이도 자연어로 위성 영상을 조회하고 분석할 수 있는 서비스를 선보일 계획이다. 이를 통해 정부, 연구기관, 지리정보 업계 중심으로 활용되던 위성 데이터를 산업 전반에서 활용 가능한 환경으로 확장한다.
협약 상대사 SIIS는 쎄트렉아이의 자회사로, 25cm 초고해상도 광학위성 SpaceEye-T를 직접 운영하며 전 세계에 정밀 위성영상을 공급하고 있다.
김태영 인공지능팩토리 대표는 “스페이스아이와 에이전틱AI 기능 결합으로 위성영상을 누구나 활용할 수 있는 데이터로 전환할 수 있으며, 양사의 협력을 통해 차세대 지구관측 서비스 표준을 만들어갈 것”이라고 밝혔다.

AI Factory Signs Business Agreement with SIIS
Artificial Intelligence Factory Co., Ltd. (CEO Taeyoung Kim) announced on the 25th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with SIIS Co., Ltd., a high-resolution satellite image and earth observation data service company, to advance next-generation satellite information services.
This agreement was signed at SIIS headquarters, and was attended by SIIS Director Lee Geun-hee and Artificial Intelligence Factory CEO Kim Tae-young, among other officials.
Through this agreement, the two companies aim to improve the accessibility and usability of satellite data by applying agentic AI-based search and recommendation functions to existing expert-focused satellite information services. To achieve this, they will jointly develop: ▲an agentic AI-based natural language satellite search function; ▲an automatic satellite information recommendation and notification service; and ▲a satellite analysis function based on the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Specifically, the two companies plan to combine SpaceEye, a high-resolution optical and SAR Earth observation satellite imagery ordering platform, with AI Factory's agentic AI technology to launch a service that allows users to search and analyze satellite imagery using natural language without specialized knowledge. This will expand the use of satellite data, previously primarily used by governments, research institutes, and the geographic information industry, to an environment where it can be utilized across industries.
SIIS, the agreement partner, is a subsidiary of Satrec Initiative and directly operates the 25cm ultra-high-resolution optical satellite SpaceEye-T, providing precision satellite images worldwide.
Kim Tae-young, CEO of AI Factory, said, “By combining the capabilities of SpaceEye and Agentic AI, we can transform satellite imagery into data that anyone can utilize, and through our collaboration, we will create the next-generation standard for Earth observation services.”

両社は、条約を通じて既存の専門家中心衛星情報サービスにエージェンティックAIベースの検索・推奨機能を適用し、衛星データのアクセシビリティと活用性を向上させることを目指す。このために、▲エージェンティックAIベースの自然言語衛星検索機能▲衛星情報自動推薦及び通知サービス▲MCP(Model Context Protocol)ベースの衛星分析機能開発などを共同推進する。

条約相手会社SIISはセトレクアイの子会社で、25cm超高解像度光学衛星SpaceEye-Tを直接運営し、全世界に精密衛星映像を供給している。

AI Factory signe un accord commercial avec SIIS
Artificial Intelligence Factory Co., Ltd. (PDG Taeyoung Kim) a annoncé le 25 avoir signé un protocole d'accord avec SIIS Co., Ltd., une société de services d'imagerie satellite haute résolution et de données d'observation de la Terre, afin de faire progresser les services d'information par satellite de nouvelle génération.

Plus précisément, les deux entreprises prévoient d'associer SpaceEye, une plateforme de commande d'images satellitaires d'observation de la Terre optiques et SAR haute résolution, à la technologie d'IA agentique d'AI Factory afin de lancer un service permettant aux utilisateurs de rechercher et d'analyser des images satellitaires en langage naturel, sans connaissances spécialisées. Ceci permettra d'étendre l'utilisation des données satellitaires, jusqu'ici principalement réservées aux gouvernements, aux instituts de recherche et au secteur de l'information géographique, à un environnement où elles pourront être exploitées dans tous les secteurs d'activité.
SIIS, partenaire de l'accord, est une filiale de Satrec Initiative et exploite directement le satellite optique ultra-haute résolution de 25 cm SpaceEye-T, fournissant des images satellites de précision dans le monde entier.
