국내 BPO(Business Process Outsourcing) 기업 유베이스 그룹(대표 목진원)이 ‘2025 지디웹(GDWEB) 디자인 어워즈’에서 웹 부문 위너 프라이즈를 수상했다고 5일 밝혔다.
지디웹 디자인 어워즈는 웹 디자인과 모바일 UX 분야에서 권위를 인정받는 시상으로, 2005년부터 매년 진행되고 있다. 수상작은 창의성, 심미성, 사용성 등을 기준으로 학계 및 업계 전문가 평가와 온라인 투표 점수를 종합해 선정된다.
유베이스 그룹은 올해 2월 공식 홈페이지를 전면 리뉴얼하며 ‘역동성’과 ‘재미’를 콘셉트로 디자인했다. 라인 일러스트 작가 ‘부쓰부’와 협업해 제작한 일러스트와 전반적인 시각적 구성, 사용자 경험 측면에서 높은 평가를 받았다.
홈페이지 제작은 그룹의 IT 전문 계열사 한일네트웍스가 맡았으며, 디자인부터 제작까지 전 과정을 수행했다. 한일네트웍스는 보안, 시스템, 웹서비스, 컨택센터 솔루션 등 IT 전 영역에서 그룹의 디지털 혁신을 주도하고 있다.
현재 홈페이지는 AICC 솔루션, 유베이스 그룹, BPO 서비스 등 3개 카테고리로 구성되어 있으며, 각 카테고리별 특성을 반영한 일러스트를 통해 방문객이 서비스를 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 설계됐다.
유베이스 그룹 관계자는 “홈페이지를 통해 서비스를 보다 직관적으로 전달하기 위해 다양한 시각적 요소를 도입했으며, 외부기관 수상으로 그 성과가 인정받아 의미가 크다”며 “앞으로도 온라인 채널에서 사용자 경험을 강화하고, AI 기술과 컨택센터 운영 등 다양한 영역에서 친화적인 서비스를 확대할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.

Ubase Group Wins Winner Prize at the 2025 GDWeb Design Awards
Domestic BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company Ubase Group (CEO Jinwon Mok) announced on the 5th that it won the Winner Prize in the web category at the '2025 GDWEB Design Awards'.
The GDWeb Design Awards are recognized as the most prestigious awards in the fields of web design and mobile UX, and have been held annually since 2005. Winners are selected based on criteria such as creativity, aesthetics, and usability, assessed by academic and industry experts, and based on a combination of online voting.
The Ubase Group completely revamped its official website in February of this year, designing it with the concepts of "dynamism" and "fun." The illustrations, created in collaboration with LINE illustrator Butsubu, received high praise for their overall visual composition and user experience.
The website was developed by Hanil Networks, the group's IT subsidiary, and was responsible for the entire process, from design to production. Hanil Networks is leading the group's digital innovation across all IT areas, including security, systems, web services, and contact center solutions.
The current website is divided into three categories: AICC Solutions, Ubase Group, and BPO Services. The website is designed to help visitors easily understand the services through illustrations that reflect the characteristics of each category.
A representative of the Ubase Group said, “We have introduced various visual elements to deliver services more intuitively through the website, and it is very meaningful that our achievements have been recognized with an award from an external organization.” They added, “We plan to continue to enhance the user experience in online channels and expand user-friendly services in various areas, such as AI technology and contact center operations.”

ユベースグループが「2025ジディウェブデザイン賞」ウィナープライズ賞を受賞

ホームページ制作はグループのIT専門系列会社の韓日ネットワークスが担当し、デザインから制作まで全過程を遂行した。韓日ネットワークスはセキュリティ、システム、ウェブサービス、コンタクトセンターソリューションなどIT全領域でグループのデジタルイノベーションを主導している。
現在のホームページはAICCソリューション、ユベースグループ、BPOサービスなど3つのカテゴリーで構成されており、各カテゴリー別の特性を反映したイラストを通じて訪問者がサービスを容易に理解できるように設計されている。
ユベースグループ関係者は「ホームページを通じてサービスをより直感的に伝達するために多様な視覚的要素を導入し、外部機関の受賞でその成果が認められて意味が大きい」とし「今後もオンラインチャンネルでユーザー体験を強化し、AI技術とコンタクトセンター運営など多様な領域で親和的なサービスを拡大する計画」と明らかにした。

La société BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) nationale Ubase Group (PDG Jinwon Mok) a annoncé le 5 qu'elle avait remporté le prix du gagnant dans la catégorie web aux « 2025 GDWEB Design Awards ».
