군용 위성통신 안테나 제조 전문 기업 케이앤에스아이앤씨(대표 진병욱)가 코스닥 기술특례상장을 위한 기술성 평가에서 최고 등급인 ‘A, A’를 취득했다고 8일 밝혔다. 회사는 내년 기업공개(IPO)를 목표로 상장을 위한 제반 절차를 진행 중이며, 상장주관사는 IBK투자증권이다.
이번 평가에서 케이앤에스아이앤씨는 잠수함용 군용 위성통신 안테나 국산화 기술, 고속 기동 환경에서의 정밀 추적 기술(PST), 인접 위성 간섭 억제 기술(HSP) 등 핵심 기술과 저궤도(LEO) 위성 통신 시장 진입 가능성 등에서 높은 점수를 받았다.
2001년 설립된 케이앤에스아이앤씨는 해상용 위성통신 안테나(VSAT) 분야에서 글로벌 시장 상위권 점유율을 유지해왔다. 최근에는 기술 장벽이 높은 잠수함용 위성통신 안테나를 국내 최초로 국산화하며 해군 차세대 해상작전위성통신체계(MOSCOS-II)에 공급 계약을 체결하는 등 방산 분야에서도 성과를 내고 있다.
또한 글로벌 위성통신 기업 원웹(OneWeb)과 협력해 차세대 저궤도 위성 통신용 평판 안테나(ESA) 개발을 추진하며 미래 성장 동력 확보에도 집중하고 있다.

Recently, the company has also achieved significant success in the defense industry, becoming the first company to domestically produce a submarine satellite communication antenna, a technology hurdle faced by many. The company also secured a supply contract for the Navy's next-generation Maritime Operational Satellite Communication System (MOSCOS-II).
Additionally, we are focusing on securing future growth engines by developing next-generation flat panel antennas (ESA) for low-orbit satellite communications in cooperation with global satellite communications company OneWeb.
