에이딘로보틱스는 코스닥 상장을 위한 기업공개 절차를 본격화하기 위해 삼성증권을 대표 주관사로 선정했다고 9일 밝혔다. 회사는 이번 선정 이후 본격적인 상장 준비에 착수할 계획이다.
2019년 성균관대학교 로보틱스 이노배토리 연구실에서 스핀오프한 에이딘로보틱스는 물리적 접촉 지능 분야 연구 역량을 기반으로 약 50건의 원천 특허와 기술을 확보하며 기술 경쟁력을 구축해 왔다. 특히 촉각과 힘·토크 감지를 담당하는 센서 기술을 중심으로 피지컬 AI 구현에 필수적인 핵심 부품 기업으로 평가되고 있다.
에이딘로보틱스가 자체 개발한 힘·토크 센서는 로봇의 정밀 힘 제어와 물체 핸들링을 가능하게 해 자동화 품질을 높이는 역할을 한다. 이 제품은 해외 제품 대비 약 1/10 수준의 가격 경쟁력을 갖추고 있어 현재 북미, 유럽, 아시아 등 15개국 400여 개 기관에 공급되고 있다.
또한 회사는 9월부터 휴머노이드 로봇의 손과 발 등 다양한 부위에 적용할 수 있는 전용 힘·토크 센서를 순차적으로 출시하며 관련 시장 확대에 나서고 있다. 이를 기반으로 국내외 주요 로봇 제조사와 협업해 공급을 진행 중이다.
기술 경쟁력과 성장성을 인정받은 에이딘로보틱스는 지난해 포스코기술투자, GS벤처스, 삼성넥스트, CJ대한통운 등으로부터 시리즈B 단계에서 150억 원의 투자를 유치했다.
이윤행 대표는 “IPO 주관사 선정이 자본시장 진출을 위한 체계적인 준비의 출발점”이라며, “독자 기술을 기반으로 글로벌 피지컬 AI 시대에 필요한 핵심 감각을 제공하는 기업으로 성장하겠다”라고 밝혔다.

Aidin Robotics' proprietary force and torque sensors enable precise force control and object handling, enhancing automation quality. These products boast a price competitiveness of approximately one-tenth that of imported products, and are currently being supplied to approximately 400 organizations in 15 countries across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Furthermore, starting in September, the company is expanding into related markets by sequentially releasing dedicated force and torque sensors applicable to various parts of humanoid robots, including the hands and feet. Based on this, the company is collaborating with major domestic and international robot manufacturers to supply these sensors.
Adin Robotics, recognized for its technological competitiveness and growth potential, attracted 15 billion won in Series B investment from POSCO Technology Investment, GS Ventures, Samsung Next, and CJ Logistics last year.
CEO Lee Yoon-haeng stated, “Selecting an IPO underwriter is the starting point of systematic preparation for entering the capital market,” and added, “Based on our proprietary technology, we will grow into a company that provides the core sense needed in the era of global physical AI.”

また、同社は9月からヒューマノイドロボットの手や足など様々な部位に適用できる専用の力・トルクセンサーを順次発売し、関連市場の拡大に乗り出している。これを基に国内外の主要ロボットメーカーと協業して供給を進めている。
技術競争力と成長性を認められたエイジンロボティクスは昨年ポスコ技術投資、GSベンチャーズ、サムスンネクスト、CJ大韓通運などからシリーズB段階で150億ウォンの投資を誘致した。

L'entreprise est notamment reconnue comme un acteur clé dans la mise en œuvre de l'IA physique, en se spécialisant dans les capteurs tactiles et de détection de force/couple.
Les capteurs de force et de couple exclusifs d'Aidin Robotics permettent un contrôle précis de la force et une manipulation optimale des objets, améliorant ainsi la qualité de l'automatisation. Ces produits affichent un prix environ dix fois inférieur à celui des produits importés et sont actuellement utilisés par près de 400 organisations dans 15 pays d'Amérique du Nord, d'Europe et d'Asie.
