중소벤처기업부(장관 한성숙)는 11일 서울 코엑스에서 벤처 30주년과 모태펀드 20주년을 기념하고 대한민국 벤처·스타트업의 미래 방향을 논의하기 위한 ‘벤처 미래 비전 포럼’을 개최했다고 밝혔다. 이번 포럼은 국내 벤처생태계가 이뤄온 성과를 되돌아보는 동시에 글로벌 기술 경쟁이 심화되는 전환기 속에서 한국 벤처가 글로벌 리더로 도약하기 위한 전략을 모색하기 위해 마련되었다.
올해 행사는 기존의 형식적인 포럼 방식에서 벗어나 혁신 창업가들의 경험과 통찰을 정책에 반영하는 ‘집단지성의 장’으로 운영되었다. 글로벌 헬스케어 기업 눔(Noom)의 정세주 대표가 특별 강연자로 참여해 창업 과정과 글로벌 시장 진출에 대한 경험을 공유했으며, 이후 진행된 자유 대담에서는 국내외 벤처기업인과 투자자들이 기술 주권 확보, 글로벌 인재 유입 등 벤처 현장의 주요 이슈를 두고 활발한 논의를 이어갔다.
한성숙 장관은 포럼 중반 ‘벤처·스타트업, 유니콘을 넘어 K-빅테크로’라는 주제로 미래 전략을 발표했다. 제시된 주요 방향은 ▲고성능 GPU 등 AI 인프라 확충 ▲지역 첨단 창업 허브 구축 ▲글로벌 수준의 보상 체계 강화 ▲모험자본의 선순환 구조 확립 등으로, 벤처가 국가 경제의 성장 동력임을 강조하는 내용이 포함되었다.
행사 말미에는 참석자들이 대한민국의 미래 30년을 이끌 벤처 국가 비전을 다지는 선포식이 진행되었다. 한성숙 장관은 “벤처의 역사는 기술로 성장했지만, 그 기술을 움직인 것은 벤처인의 도전 정신이었다”며 “오늘 포럼에서 나온 현장의 목소리를 정책의 이정표로 삼아 글로벌 시장에서 경쟁력을 갖춘 벤처 생태계를 구축하겠다”고 말했다.
중소벤처기업부는 이번 포럼에서 논의된 다양한 의견을 반영해 벤처 생태계의 다음 단계 성장을 지원할 대책을 조만간 발표할 계획이다.

Minister Han Seong-sook presented a future strategy midway through the forum, titled "From Ventures and Startups to Unicorns: K-Big Tech." Key directions outlined included: ▲Expanding AI infrastructure, including high-performance GPUs; ▲Establishing regional advanced startup hubs; ▲Strengthening global-level compensation systems; and ▲Establishing a virtuous cycle of venture capital. The strategy emphasized the role of venture capital as a growth engine for the national economy.
At the end of the event, a declaration ceremony was held, where attendees solidified their vision for a venture nation that will lead South Korea for the next 30 years. Minister Han Seong-sook stated, "The history of ventures has been shaped by technology, but it was the entrepreneurs' spirit of challenge that drove that technology." She added, "We will use the voices from the field at today's forum as policy milestones to build a venture ecosystem competitive in the global market."
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups plans to soon announce measures to support the next stage of growth in the venture ecosystem, reflecting the diverse opinions discussed at this forum.

Le ministère des PME et des Start-ups (ministre Han Sung-sook) a annoncé le 11 la tenue du « Forum Vision d'avenir du capital-risque » au COEX de Séoul. Cet événement commémorait le 30e anniversaire du capital-risque et le 20e anniversaire du Fonds Mère, et visait à débattre des perspectives d'avenir du capital-risque et des startups coréennes. Le forum avait pour objectif de revenir sur les réussites de l'écosystème du capital-risque national et d'explorer des stratégies permettant aux entreprises coréennes de s'imposer comme leaders mondiaux face à une concurrence technologique internationale de plus en plus féroce.
L'événement de cette année a rompu avec le format traditionnel des forums formels pour se présenter comme une « plateforme d'intelligence collective », intégrant les expériences et les idées d'entrepreneurs innovants à l'élaboration des politiques. Se-ju Jeong, PDG de la société internationale de santé Noom, était l'invité d'honneur et a partagé son expérience en matière de création d'entreprise et d'expansion sur le marché mondial. La ministre Han Seong-sook a déclaré : « L'histoire de l'entrepreneuriat a été façonnée par la technologie, mais c'est l'esprit d'initiative des entrepreneurs qui a véritablement propulsé cette technologie. » Elle a ajouté : « Nous nous appuierons sur les témoignages recueillis lors de ce forum pour définir les grandes orientations politiques qui nous permettront de bâtir un écosystème entrepreneurial compétitif sur le marché mondial. »
Le ministère des PME et des Start-ups prévoit d'annoncer prochainement des mesures visant à soutenir la prochaine étape de croissance de l'écosystème des entreprises, en tenant compte des diverses opinions débattues lors de ce forum.
