재단법인 부산창조경제혁신센터는 2025년 부산지역 중소기업 활성화 유공 포상식에서 ‘2025 벤처창업 진흥 유공’ 벤처창업 민간 생태계 조성 부문 중소벤처기업부 장관상을 수상했다고 15일 밝혔다. 시상식은 부산지방중소벤처기업청 주관으로 부산 롯데호텔에서 열렸다.
올해로 설립 10주년을 맞은 부산창조경제혁신센터는 예비·초기·도약 단계에 이르는 창업생애주기 전반을 아우르는 완결형 창업지원체계를 구축하며 지역 창업생태계 기반을 강화해 왔다. 이러한 지속적 지원 성과가 이번 수상으로 이어졌다는 평가다.
부산창경은 매년 20개 내외의 창업지원 프로그램을 운영하며 누적 2,374개 기업을 발굴·육성했다. 이를 통해 매출 8,752억원, 신규 고용 5,378명, 투자유치 2,510억원의 성과를 창출했다. 또한 2019년 공공 액셀러레이터로 등록한 이후 총 117억원 규모의 펀드를 조성·운영하며 지역 벤처투자 생태계 활성화에도 기여했다.
오픈이노베이션 분야에서도 수도권에 집중된 대·중견기업과 스타트업 간 협업 기회를 지역으로 확산시키는 역할을 수행했다. 롯데 계열사를 포함한 52개 기업과 스타트업 간 PoC 53건과 비즈니스 밋업 675건을 추진했으며, 이 중 12건의 계약 체결과 109건의 후속 협업으로 이어졌다.
이와 함께 유럽과 아시아 등 해외 협력 거점을 기반으로 글로벌 시장 진출을 지원하고, CES, VIVA Tech, IFA 등 국제 박람회 참가를 통해 지역 창업기업의 글로벌 레퍼런스 구축을 도왔다. 워케이션 사업을 글로벌로 확장해 해외 스타트업과 인재 유입에도 힘쓰고 있다.
김용우 부산창조경제혁신센터 대표는 이번 수상은 지난 10년간 지역 창업생태계 활성화를 위해 추진해온 다양한 노력이 결실을 맺은 결과라며, 앞으로도 변화하는 창업 환경에 대응하며 혁신을 주도하는 지역 창업 허브 역할을 이어가겠다고 밝혔다.

The Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center announced on the 15th that it had received the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award for the "2025 Venture Startup Promotion Merit" category in the venture startup private ecosystem creation category at the 2025 Busan Regional SME Activation Awards Ceremony. The awards ceremony was hosted by the Busan Regional SME and Startup Administration and held at the Lotte Hotel in Busan.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, the Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center has strengthened the foundation of the local startup ecosystem by establishing a comprehensive startup support system that encompasses the entire startup life cycle, from pre-launch to early-stage, and beyond. This ongoing support is credited with this award.
Busan Changgyeong operates approximately 20 startup support programs annually, discovering and nurturing a cumulative 2,374 companies. These programs have generated KRW 875.2 billion in sales, created 5,378 new jobs, and attracted KRW 251 billion in investment. Furthermore, since registering as a public accelerator in 2019, the organization has raised and managed a fund totaling KRW 11.7 billion, contributing to the revitalization of the local venture investment ecosystem.
In the field of open innovation, the center also played a role in expanding collaboration opportunities between large and medium-sized enterprises and startups, currently concentrated in the metropolitan area, to regional areas. It facilitated 53 proof-of-concept (PoC) projects and 675 business meetups between 52 companies, including Lotte affiliates, and startups, leading to 12 contracts and 109 follow-up collaborations.
In addition, we support global market entry through overseas collaboration hubs in Europe and Asia, and we help local startups establish a global reference through participation in international exhibitions like CES, VIVA Tech, and IFA. We are also expanding our workation business globally and focusing on attracting overseas startups and talent.
Kim Yong-woo, CEO of the Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center, said that this award is the result of various efforts made over the past 10 years to revitalize the local startup ecosystem, and that the center will continue to play a role as a local startup hub that leads innovation while responding to the changing startup environment.

これとともに、欧州やアジアなど海外協力拠点をベースにグローバル市場進出を支援し、CES、VIVA Tech、IFAなど国際博覧会参加を通じて地域創業企業のグローバルリファレンス構築を支援した。ワーク事業をグローバルに拡大し、海外スタートアップや人材流入にも力を入れている。

Le Centre d'innovation pour l'économie créative de Busan a annoncé le 15 avoir reçu le prix du ministre des PME et des Startups dans la catégorie « Mérite pour la promotion des startups 2025 », lors de la cérémonie de remise des prix régionaux de Busan pour l'activation des PME 2025. Organisée par l'Administration régionale des PME et des Startups de Busan, la cérémonie s'est tenue à l'hôtel Lotte de Busan.
Célébrant son 10e anniversaire cette année, le Centre d'innovation pour l'économie créative de Busan a consolidé les fondements de l'écosystème local des startups en mettant en place un système complet d'accompagnement couvrant l'intégralité de leur cycle de vie, de la pré-lancement à la phase de démarrage, et au-delà. C'est cet accompagnement continu qui lui vaut cette distinction.
Busan Changgyeong gère chaque année une vingtaine de programmes d'accompagnement de startups, permettant ainsi de découvrir et de développer 2 374 entreprises. Ces programmes ont généré 875,2 milliards de wons de chiffre d'affaires, créé 5 378 emplois et attiré 251 milliards de wons d'investissements. Par ailleurs, depuis son enregistrement en tant qu'accélérateur public en 2019, l'organisme a levé et géré un fonds totalisant 11,7 milliards de wons, contribuant ainsi à la revitalisation de l'écosystème local d'investissement en capital-risque.
Dans le domaine de l'innovation ouverte, le centre a également contribué à étendre les opportunités de collaboration entre les grandes et moyennes entreprises et les startups, actuellement concentrées dans la région métropolitaine, aux régions. Il a facilité 53 projets de validation de concept (PoC) et 675 rencontres d'affaires entre 52 entreprises, dont des filiales de Lotte, et des startups, ce qui a abouti à 12 contrats et 109 collaborations ultérieures.
De plus, nous facilitons l'accès aux marchés internationaux grâce à nos plateformes de collaboration en Europe et en Asie, et nous aidons les startups locales à se faire connaître à l'international en participant à des salons comme le CES, VIVA Tech et l'IFA. Nous développons également notre offre de programmes de travail à l'échelle mondiale et nous nous attachons à attirer des startups et des talents étrangers.
Kim Yong-woo, PDG du Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Busan, a déclaré que ce prix est le fruit de divers efforts déployés au cours des 10 dernières années pour revitaliser l'écosystème local des startups, et que le centre continuera de jouer un rôle de pôle d'innovation local, en s'adaptant à l'évolution de l'environnement des startups.
