기술보증기금(이사장 김종호, 이하 ‘기보’)은 15일(월) 기보 서울지점에서 한국환경산업기술원(원장 직무대행 본부장 김영기, 이하 ‘KEITI’)과 ‘우수 환경기술의 중소기업 이전 및 사업화 성공 지원을 위한 업무협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 기보의 기술거래 플랫폼 ‘스마트 테크브릿지’와 KEITI의 환경산업 육성사업 운영 역량을 연계해, 환경분야 연구개발(R&D) 성과물이 중소기업에 효과적으로 이전·사업화될 수 있도록 협력 기반을 구축하기 위해 마련됐다.
협약에 따라 양 기관은 ▲환경분야 R&D 결과물의 중소기업 이전 및 사업화 지원 ▲기술이전·사업화 정보 공유체계 마련 ▲스마트 테크브릿지를 통한 전자계약 시스템 활용 ▲중소기업의 환경분야 글로벌 기술이전 지원 ▲환경분야 중소·벤처기업 대상 기술보호 지원 등 다양한 분야에서 협력해 나갈 계획이다.
아울러, 기보는 올해 스마트 테크브릿지 내에 ‘기술노하우관’을 신설해 특허 기술뿐만 아니라 공공연구기관이 보유한 노하우 기술에 특화된 맞춤형 중개 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이번 협약을 계기로 기보는 KEITI가 보유한 환경분야 최신 노하우 기술을 등록·중개함으로써, 중소기업이 현장에서 즉시 활용 가능한 기술을 확보하고 사업화를 추진할 수 있도록 실질적인 지원을 강화할 방침이다.
이상창 기보 이사는 “이번 협약을 통해 환경분야의 우수 R&D 성과물이 원활하게 사업화로 이어질 수 있는 기반이 마련됐다”며, “기보는 앞으로도 유관기관과의 협력을 확대해 스마트 테크브릿지를 중심으로 공공 연구성과의 사업화를 촉진하고, 중소기업 수요에 맞는 기술이 적시에 연결될 수 있도록 지원을 강화해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo Signs Business Agreement with Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as “KIBO”) announced on Monday the 15th that it signed a “Business Agreement to Support the Transfer and Commercialization of Excellent Environmental Technologies to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” with the Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute (KEITI, Acting President Kim Young-ki, hereinafter referred to as “KEITI”) at KIBO’s Seoul branch.
This agreement was established to establish a cooperative foundation so that environmental research and development (R&D) results can be effectively transferred and commercialized to small and medium-sized enterprises by linking KIBO's technology transaction platform, 'Smart Tech Bridge', with KEITI's environmental industry promotion project operation capabilities.
According to the agreement, the two organizations plan to cooperate in various areas, including ▲supporting the transfer and commercialization of environmental R&D results to small and medium-sized enterprises ▲establishing a technology transfer and commercialization information sharing system ▲utilizing an electronic contract system through the Smart Tech Bridge ▲supporting global environmental technology transfer for small and medium-sized enterprises ▲supporting technology protection for small and medium-sized enterprises and venture companies in the environmental field.
Furthermore, KIBO established a "Technology Know-How Center" within Smart Tech Bridge this year to provide customized brokerage services specializing not only in patented technologies but also in the know-how of public research institutes. Through this agreement, KIBO plans to strengthen its practical support by registering and brokering KEITI's latest environmental know-how and technologies. This will enable SMEs to secure immediately applicable technologies and promote commercialization.
Kibo CEO Lee Sang-chang said, “Through this agreement, the foundation has been established for excellent R&D results in the environmental field to be smoothly commercialized.” He added, “Going forward, Kibo will expand cooperation with related organizations to promote the commercialization of public research results centered on the Smart Tech Bridge, and strengthen support to ensure that technologies that meet the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises can be connected in a timely manner.”

また、ギボは今年、スマートテックブリッジ内に「技術ノウハウ管」を新設し、特許技術だけでなく公共研究機関が保有するノウハウ技術に特化したカスタマイズされた仲介サービスを提供している。今回の条約をきっかけに起報するKEITIが保有する環境分野最新ノウハウ技術を登録・仲介することで、中小企業が現場で即座に活用可能な技術を確保し、事業化を推進できるように実質的な支援を強化する方針だ。
理想昌起報理事は「今回の協約を通じて環境分野の優秀なR&D成果物が円滑に事業化につながる基盤が設けられた」とし、「起報は今後も関連機関との協力を拡大し、スマートテックブリッジを中心に公共研究成果の事業化を促進し、中小企業の需要に合わせる技術が適時だ」言った。

Kibo与韩国环境产业技术研究院签署商业协议
韩国技术金融公司（韩国技术金融公司，董事长金钟浩，以下简称“KIBO”）于15日星期一宣布，在KIBO首尔分公司与韩国环境产业技术院（KEITI，代理院长金永基，以下简称“KEITI”）签署了“支持向中小企业转让和商业化优秀环境技术的商业协议”。

Kibo signe un accord commercial avec l'Institut coréen des technologies et de l'industrie environnementales
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Korea Technology Finance Corporation, président Kim Jong-ho, ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé lundi 15 avoir signé un « accord commercial visant à soutenir le transfert et la commercialisation d'excellentes technologies environnementales aux petites et moyennes entreprises » avec le Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute (KEITI, président par intérim Kim Young-ki, ci-après dénommé « KEITI ») dans sa succursale de Séoul.
Cet accord a été établi afin de mettre en place une base de coopération permettant de transférer et de commercialiser efficacement les résultats de la recherche et du développement (R&D) environnementaux aux petites et moyennes entreprises en reliant la plateforme de transaction technologique de KIBO, « Smart Tech Bridge », aux capacités opérationnelles du projet de promotion de l'industrie environnementale de KEITI.
Aux termes de l'accord, les deux organisations prévoient de coopérer dans divers domaines, notamment : ▲ le soutien au transfert et à la commercialisation des résultats de la R&D environnementale aux petites et moyennes entreprises ; ▲ la mise en place d'un système de partage d'informations sur le transfert et la commercialisation des technologies ; ▲ l'utilisation d'un système de contrats électroniques via le Smart Tech Bridge ; ▲ le soutien au transfert mondial de technologies environnementales pour les petites et moyennes entreprises ; ▲ le soutien à la protection technologique des petites et moyennes entreprises et des entreprises en capital-risque dans le domaine de l'environnement.
Par ailleurs, KIBO a créé cette année, au sein de Smart Tech Bridge, un « Centre de savoir-faire technologique » afin de proposer des services de courtage personnalisés, spécialisés non seulement dans les technologies brevetées, mais aussi dans le savoir-faire des instituts de recherche publics. Grâce à cet accord, KIBO entend renforcer son accompagnement pratique en recensant et en diffusant les dernières technologies et connaissances environnementales de KEITI. Ceci permettra aux PME d'accéder à des technologies immédiatement applicables et de favoriser leur commercialisation.
Le PDG de Kibo, Lee Sang-chang, a déclaré : « Cet accord jette les bases d’une commercialisation facilitée des excellents résultats de recherche et développement dans le domaine environnemental. » Il a ajouté : « À l’avenir, Kibo développera sa coopération avec les organismes concernés afin de promouvoir la commercialisation des résultats de la recherche publique axée sur le Smart Tech Bridge et renforcera son soutien pour garantir un accès rapide aux technologies répondant aux besoins des PME. »
