중소벤처기업부(장관 한성숙, 이하 중기부)는 16일 서울 더블유디지에서 노용석 제1차관과 사업 참여 기업 관계자 등 200여 명이 참석한 가운데 2025년 민관협력 오픈이노베이션 성과공유회를 개최하고, 통합경진대회 결선에서 우수 스타트업과 협업 대기업을 선정해 시상했다고 밝혔다.
올해는 민관협력 오픈이노베이션 지원사업에 참여한 120개 기업 가운데 신제품 및 서비스 개발과 현장 적용 등에서 우수한 성과를 창출한 앰버로드를 비롯한 스타트업 9개사에 중기부 장관상과 상금이 수여됐다.
AI 스타트업 앰버로드는 에코프로와 협력해 AI 기반 이차전지 제조 공정 최적화 과제를 수행했으며, 실증 공정에서 연간 약 55억 원 규모의 재무 효과가 기대되는 공정 효율화 솔루션을 개발했다. 해당 솔루션은 향후 에코프로 그룹 내 추가 공정으로 확대 적용하는 방안도 검토되고 있다.
식료품 스타트업 에프앤엘코퍼레이션은 CJ ENM과의 협업을 통해 고단백·저당질 쉐이크를 개발하고, CJ ENM의 마케팅과 판매 인프라를 활용해 판로를 개척했다. 이 과정에서 CJ ENM으로부터 30억 원의 직접 투자를 유치했으며, 향후 글로벌 시장 진출도 추진할 계획이다.
Vision AI 기술을 보유한 포비콘은 우미건설과 함께 AI 기반 공사 견적 효율화 플랫폼을 공동 개발했다. 이 외에도 농협은행과 스위치원이 AI 환율 예측 알고리즘 개발을 추진했으며, 한국수자원공사와 지오스트는 AIoT 기반 지반 안정 모니터링 시스템 구축을 통해 협업 성과를 도출했다.
수상한 스타트업에는 상금과 상장 외에도 넥스트 유니콘 프로젝트 스케일업 펀드 투자 유치 풀 추천과 오픈이노베이션 후속 시장 검증 지원사업 참여 시 인센티브가 제공될 예정이다.
노용석 중기부 제1차관은 오픈이노베이션이 기업 생산성 향상과 신시장 진출, 기술개발 효율화를 이끄는 핵심 전략이라고 강조하며, 벤처·스타트업과의 협업을 통해 기업 전반의 혁신 역량을 확산해 나가겠다고 밝혔다.

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Han Sung-sook, hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of SMEs and Startups) announced that it held the 2025 Public-Private Partnership Open Innovation Achievement Sharing Meeting at the WDC in Seoul on the 16th, with approximately 200 people in attendance, including First Vice Minister Noh Yong-seok and representatives from participating companies, and that it selected and awarded excellent startups and collaborating large corporations in the final round of the integrated competition.
This year, among the 120 companies that participated in the public-private partnership open innovation support project, nine startups, including Amber Road, were awarded the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award and prize money for their outstanding achievements in new product and service development and field application.
AI startup Amber Road collaborated with EcoPro to develop an AI-based secondary battery manufacturing process optimization project. The result was a process efficiency solution expected to generate approximately KRW 5.5 billion in annual financial benefits during the demonstration process. The solution is also being considered for expansion to additional processes within the EcoPro Group.
Food startup F&L Corporation collaborated with CJ ENM to develop a high-protein, low-carbohydrate shake and leveraged CJ ENM's marketing and sales infrastructure to pioneer new markets. Through this process, the company attracted a direct investment of 3 billion won from CJ ENM and plans to expand into the global market in the future.
Pobicon, which possesses vision AI technology, jointly developed an AI-based construction estimation efficiency platform with Woomi Construction. Additionally, Nonghyup Bank and SwitchOne have developed an AI exchange rate prediction algorithm, while Korea Water Resources Corporation and Geost have achieved collaborative results through the establishment of an AIoT-based ground stability monitoring system.
In addition to prize money and listings, winning startups will receive incentives for participation in the Next Unicorn Project Scale-up Fund investment pool and follow-up market verification support projects for open innovation.
First Vice Minister of SMEs and Startups Noh Yong-seok emphasized that open innovation is a key strategy for improving corporate productivity, entering new markets, and improving the efficiency of technological development, and announced that he would expand the innovation capabilities of companies across the board through collaboration with ventures and startups.

Le ministère des PME et des Start-ups a organisé une réunion de partage des performances en matière d'innovation ouverte dans le cadre d'un partenariat public-privé à l'horizon 2025.
Le ministère des PME et des Startups (ministre Han Sung-sook, ci-après dénommé le ministère des PME et des Startups) a annoncé avoir tenu la réunion de partage des réalisations en matière d'innovation ouverte du partenariat public-privé 2025 au WDC de Séoul le 16, avec environ 200 participants, dont le premier vice-ministre Noh Yong-seok et des représentants des entreprises participantes, et avoir sélectionné et récompensé d'excellentes startups et de grandes entreprises collaboratrices lors de la phase finale du concours intégré.
Cette année, parmi les 120 entreprises ayant participé au projet de soutien à l'innovation ouverte en partenariat public-privé, neuf startups, dont Amber Road, ont reçu le prix du ministre des PME et des startups ainsi qu'une récompense financière pour leurs réalisations exceptionnelles en matière de développement de nouveaux produits et services et d'application sur le terrain.
La start-up spécialisée en intelligence artificielle Amber Road a collaboré avec EcoPro au développement d'un projet d'optimisation du processus de fabrication des batteries secondaires grâce à l'IA. Ce projet a permis d'améliorer l'efficacité des processus et devrait générer environ 5,5 milliards de wons coréens de bénéfices annuels lors de la phase de démonstration. L'extension de cette solution à d'autres processus au sein du groupe EcoPro est également envisagée.
La start-up agroalimentaire F&L Corporation a collaboré avec CJ ENM pour développer une boisson protéinée à faible teneur en glucides et a tiré parti de l'infrastructure marketing et commerciale de CJ ENM pour conquérir de nouveaux marchés. Grâce à cette collaboration, l'entreprise a obtenu un investissement direct de 3 milliards de wons de la part de CJ ENM et prévoit de s'étendre à l'international.
Pobicon, spécialiste de l'intelligence artificielle appliquée à la vision, a développé conjointement avec Woomi Construction une plateforme d'estimation de l'efficacité des travaux de construction basée sur l'IA. Par ailleurs, Nonghyup Bank et SwitchOne ont mis au point un algorithme de prédiction des taux de change basé sur l'IA, tandis que Korea Water Resources Corporation et Geost ont obtenu des résultats concrets grâce à la mise en place d'un système de surveillance de la stabilité des sols basé sur l'IAoT.
En plus des prix en argent et des inscriptions, les startups gagnantes recevront des incitations pour participer au fonds d'investissement Next Unicorn Project Scale-up Fund et à des projets de soutien à la vérification du marché pour l'innovation ouverte.
Le premier vice-ministre des PME et des startups, Noh Yong-seok, a souligné que l'innovation ouverte est une stratégie clé pour améliorer la productivité des entreprises, pénétrer de nouveaux marchés et améliorer l'efficacité du développement technologique, et a annoncé qu'il élargirait les capacités d'innovation des entreprises dans tous les domaines grâce à la collaboration avec les entreprises et les startups.
