데이터테크(Data Tech) 기업 빅밸류(공동 대표 구름, 이병욱)의 구름 대표가 17일 서울 중구 LW컨벤션에서 열린 2025 벤처창업진흥 유공 포상 시상식에서 벤처 활성화 분야 중소벤처기업부 장관 표창을 수상했다.
벤처창업진흥 유공 포상은 기술 및 경영 혁신 역량과 대외 경쟁력, 기업 윤리, 사회적 기여도가 우수한 벤처기업인을 발굴해 포상하는 정부 제도다. 구 대표는 공간 데이터와 인공지능(AI) 기술을 기반으로 한 사업 전개를 통해 다양한 비즈니스 문제를 해결하고, 벤처 생태계 활성화와 데이터 산업 발전에 기여한 공로를 인정받았다.
빅밸류는 심사 대상 기간인 최근 4년간 매출이 2020년 5억 원에서 2024년 상반기 47억 원으로 증가하며 약 840%의 성장률을 기록했다. 이러한 성장은 고용 확대에도 기여해 임직원 수가 약 380% 증가했으며, 신규 채용 인원의 70% 이상을 청년 데이터 전문 인력으로 선발해 양질의 일자리 창출 성과를 냈다.
금융 분야에서도 데이터 경쟁력을 입증했다. 금융위원회 혁신금융서비스 1호로 선정된 AI 시세 서비스가 시중은행 내부 규정에 채택됐으며, 금융데이터거래소에서는 등록 데이터 누적 조회수 1위를 기록하고 있다. 이는 전국 3,900만 필지와 2,400만 세대의 데이터를 AI로 분석해 정밀하고 신뢰도 높은 정보를 제공한 결과로 평가된다.
공공 부문에서는 농림축산검역본부와 협력해 조류인플루엔자(HPAI) 위험도 예측 시스템을 구축했다. 차량 이동과 철새 도래지 등 다양한 빅데이터를 분석해 고위험 지역과 농장을 식별하는 AI 모델을 개발했으며, 이를 통해 방역 대상 규모를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있도록 지원했다.
빅밸류는 인공지능 기반 프랜차이즈 컨설팅 시스템, 빅데이터 기반 부동산 시세 추정 시스템, 위치 기반 빅데이터 시스템 등 다수의 특허를 보유하고 있으며, 이러한 기술 자산을 바탕으로 시장 내 경쟁력을 유지하고 있다.
한편, 빅밸류는 2024년 중소벤처기업부 스케일업 팁스에 선정돼 AI 에이전트 기반 부동산 컨설팅 시스템 고도화 연구를 진행 중이며, 구름 대표는 국가인공지능전략위원회 자문위원으로 위촉돼 국가 AI 전략 수립에도 참여하고 있다.

Data Tech company Big Value (Co-CEOs Gureum and Lee Byeong-wook) received the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award in the venture revitalization category at the 2025 Venture Startup Promotion Awards Ceremony held at the LW Convention in Jung-gu, Seoul on the 17th.
The Venture and Startup Promotion Merit Award is a government program that recognizes and rewards venture entrepreneurs who excel in technological and management innovation, external competitiveness, corporate ethics, and social contribution. CEO Koo was recognized for his contributions to solving various business problems and revitalizing the venture ecosystem and advancing the data industry through business development based on spatial data and artificial intelligence (AI).
BigValue achieved a growth rate of approximately 840% over the four years under review, with sales increasing from KRW 500 million in 2020 to KRW 4.7 billion in the first half of 2024. This growth also contributed to employment growth, with a roughly 380% increase in employee headcount. Young data experts accounted for over 70% of new hires, creating quality jobs.
The company has also proven its data competitiveness in the financial sector. Selected as the first innovative financial service by the Financial Services Commission, the AI-powered market price service has been adopted into the internal regulations of commercial banks, and the Financial Data Exchange ranks first in cumulative views of registered data. This achievement is attributed to AI-powered analysis of data from 39 million parcels of land and 24 million households nationwide, providing precise and reliable information.
In the public sector, we collaborated with the Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency to develop a risk prediction system for avian influenza (HPAI). By analyzing diverse big data, including vehicle movements and migratory bird arrival sites, we developed an AI model to identify high-risk areas and farms, supporting efficient management of quarantine targets.
Big Value holds numerous patents, including an AI-based franchise consulting system, a big data-based real estate price estimation system, and a location-based big data system. These technological assets are what enable Big Value to maintain its competitive edge in the market.
Meanwhile, Big Value was selected for the 2024 Ministry of SMEs and Startups' Scale-up Tips and is currently conducting research to enhance its AI agent-based real estate consulting system. Furthermore, CEO Gureum has been appointed as an advisory member of the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy Committee and is participating in the development of the national AI strategy.

公共部門では農林畜産検疫本部と協力して鳥インフルエンザ（HPAI）リスクも予測システムを構築した。車両移動や渡り鳥到来地など多様なビッグデータを分析し、高リスク地域と農場を識別するAIモデルを開発し、これにより防疫対象規模を効率的に管理できるように支援した。
ビッグバリューは、人工知能ベースのフランチャイズコンサルティングシステム、ビッグデータベースの不動産相場推定システム、位置ベースのビッグデータシステムなど多数の特許を保有しており、これらの技術資産に基づいて市場内競争力を維持している。
一方、ビッグバリューは2024年中小ベンチャー企業部のスケールアップチップスに選定され、AIエージェント基盤の不動産コンサルティングシステムの高度化研究を進行中であり、雲代表は国家人工知能戦略委員会諮問委員に委嘱され、国家AI戦略樹立にも参加している。

Le PDG Koo a été distingué pour sa contribution à la résolution de divers problèmes commerciaux, à la revitalisation de l'écosystème des startups et à l'avancement du secteur des données grâce au développement commercial fondé sur les données spatiales et l'intelligence artificielle (IA).
BigValue a enregistré une croissance d'environ 840 % sur les quatre années étudiées, son chiffre d'affaires passant de 500 millions de wons en 2020 à 4,7 milliards de wons au premier semestre 2024. Cette croissance a également contribué à la création d'emplois, avec une augmentation d'environ 380 % des effectifs. Les jeunes experts en données ont représenté plus de 70 % des nouvelles embauches, contribuant ainsi à la création d'emplois de qualité.
L'entreprise a également démontré sa compétitivité en matière de données dans le secteur financier. Sélectionnée comme premier service financier innovant par la Commission des services financiers, sa plateforme de cotations de marché basée sur l'IA a été intégrée à la réglementation interne des banques commerciales, et sa plateforme d'échange de données financières se classe première en termes de consultations cumulées des données enregistrées. Ce succès est dû à l'analyse, par l'IA, des données provenant de 39 millions de parcelles de terrain et de 24 millions de foyers à travers le pays, fournissant ainsi des informations précises et fiables.
Dans le secteur public, nous avons collaboré avec l'Agence de quarantaine animale et végétale pour développer un système de prédiction des risques liés à la grippe aviaire hautement pathogène (IAHP). Grâce à l'analyse de données massives et variées, notamment les mouvements de véhicules et les sites d'arrivée des oiseaux migrateurs, nous avons mis au point un modèle d'intelligence artificielle permettant d'identifier les zones et les exploitations agricoles à haut risque, contribuant ainsi à une gestion efficace des sites de quarantaine.
Big Value détient de nombreux brevets, notamment un système de conseil en franchise basé sur l'IA, un système d'estimation des prix immobiliers fondé sur le big data et un système de géolocalisation basé sur le big data. Ces atouts technologiques permettent à Big Value de conserver son avantage concurrentiel sur le marché.
Parallèlement, Big Value a été sélectionnée pour le programme « Scale-up Tips » du ministère des PME et des Startups pour 2024 et mène actuellement des recherches pour améliorer son système de conseil immobilier basé sur des agents d'IA. De plus, son PDG, Gureum, a été nommé membre consultatif du Comité national de stratégie en intelligence artificielle et participe à l'élaboration de la stratégie nationale en la matière.
