총회원스탑은 위·변조 방지를 위한 전자서명 체계와 실명인증 기반 보안 기술을 갖추고 있으며, 실시간 동의 현황 조회, 출석률 확인, 자동 집계 시스템 등으로 총회 운영의 효율성과 투명성을 높였다. 온라인 출석과 전자투표 기능은 현장 총회와 동일한 법적 효력을 가지며, 발언, 찬반·다항식 투표 등 다양한 의결 방식을 지원한다. 또한 등기 서류 자동 발급, 명부 관리 자동화, 본인인증 기반 권리정보 조회 등 행정 부담 경감 기술도 적용됐다.
