IT 보안·인증 플랫폼 기업 ‘라온시큐어’(대표 이순형, 이정아)는 교육 분야 AI 전문 기업 ‘유비온’(대표 임재환)과 ‘대학 공동사업 및 디지털 교육 혁신을 위한 업무협약(MOU)’을 체결했다.
라온시큐어와 유비온은 이번 협약을 통해 라온시큐어의 블록체인 기반 신원 자격 발급·검증 플랫폼 ‘옴니원 디지털 ID(OmniOne Digital ID)’와 국제 표준 디지털 배지 플랫폼 ‘옴니원 배지(OmniOne Badge)’를 유비온의 통합 학습관리 솔루션인 ‘코스모스 LXP(COURSEMOS LXP)’에 적용하여 디지털 교육 인증, 학습 성과 증명, 데이터 활용 시스템을 공동으로 구축할 예정이다.
양사는 이번 협력을 계기로 교육생의 학습 이력과 성과, 자격 정보를 위·변조 없이 관리·검증할 수 있는 블록체인 기반의 신원인증 및 자격증명 체계를 마련해 디지털 교육의 신뢰도를 한층 높일 계획이다. 라온시큐어는 서울대학교, 중앙대학교, 건국대학교, 서울여자대학교 등 주요 대학에 옴니원 배지 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 교육 기관을 대상으로 옴니원 디지털 ID를 활용한 신원 증명 및 발급 서비스 사업도 펼치고 있다.
라온시큐어와 유비온은 글로벌 교육 시장을 중심으로 한 협력 가능성도 함께 검토할 예정이다. 유비온은 아시아, 남아메리카, 아프리카 국가 외국인 유학생 대상 사업 등 다양한 글로벌 프로젝트를 진행 중이며, 라온시큐어는 유비온의 글로벌 사업에 블록체인 기반의 신원인증 및 자격증명 기술을 적용하는 전략적 파트너십 확대 방안을 지속적으로 논의할 계획이다.

LaonSecure Signs Business Agreement with Ubisoft
IT security and authentication platform company ' Laon Secure ' (CEO Lee Soon-hyung, Lee Jeong-ah) signed a 'MOU for university joint projects and digital education innovation' with ' Ubion ' (CEO Lim Jae-hwan), an education AI specialized company.

It also offers identity verification and issuance services for educational institutions, leveraging OmniOne digital IDs.
LaonSecure and Ubion plan to explore collaboration opportunities, focusing on the global education market. Ubion is currently working on various global projects, including programs targeting international students in Asia, South America, and Africa. LaonSecure plans to continue discussions to expand their strategic partnership by applying blockchain-based identity authentication and credentialing technologies to Ubion's global operations.
