차세대 양자보안 팹리스 기업 아이씨티케이(ICTK, 대표 이정원)가 국제 정보기술 기구(IFIP) 주관 EBISION 2025 Award에서 산업 선도기업상을 수상하며 기술 혁신성을 공식 인정받았다고 23일 밝혔다.
이번 시상은 IFIP WG 8.4가 주관한 ‘EBISION 2025’의 일환으로, AI·양자컴퓨팅·6G 등 차세대 ICT 분야에서 산업적 변화를 주도하는 기업을 발굴하기 위해 2025년 신설된 상이다. ICTK는 초대 수상 기업으로 선정됐다.
심사위원단은 ICTK의 수상 배경으로 “전자비즈니스 및 디지털 서비스 환경의 보안 신뢰도를 획기적으로 향상시킨 VIA PUF 및 양자보안 칩 기술의 혁신성과 차세대 ICT 산업 기여도를 높이 평가했다”고 밝혔다.
ICTK는 반도체 공정 편차를 활용해 고유 ID를 생성하는 VIA PUF 기술을 세계 최초 양산화했으며, 2025년에는 양자내성암호(PQC) 기술을 보안 칩에 통합 구현했다. 이를 통해 하드웨어 보안의 새로운 패러다임을 제시하며 글로벌 양자보안 산업에서 선도적 입지를 확보하고 있다.
ICTK는 또한 PQC와 PUF 기술이 결합된 차세대 보안 프로토콜을 탑재한 qTrustNet 논문을 SCIE급 국제 저널 ‘IEEE Access’에 게재했으며, 네덜란드 인증기관으로부터 국제공통평가기준(CC) EAL6 개발환경 보안 인증을 획득했다. 이외에도 WIPO Global Awards Top 30 Finalist 선정과 ‘iENA 2024’ 금상 수상 등 글로벌 무대에서 기술력을 인정받았다.
ICTK 관계자는 “IFIP로부터 기술 혁신성과 산업적 기여를 인정받아 영광”이라며 “이번 수상을 계기로 글로벌 빅테크 및 양자보안 기관과 협력을 확대해 양자보안 글로벌 표준을 선도하겠다”고 말했다.

ICTK Wins EBISION 2025 Industry Leading Company Award
ICTK (CEO Jeong-won Lee), a next-generation quantum security fabless company, announced on the 23rd that it has been officially recognized for its technological innovation by winning the Industry Leading Company Award at the EBISION 2025 Awards hosted by the International Federation of Information Technology Institutes (IFIP).
This award is part of the "EBISION 2025" program hosted by IFIP WG 8.4. Established in 2025, the award recognizes companies driving industrial change in next-generation ICT fields such as AI, quantum computing, and 6G. ICTK was selected as the inaugural recipient.
The judging panel stated that ICTK's award was given due to its "highly evaluated innovation of VIA PUF and quantum security chip technologies, which have dramatically improved the security reliability of electronic business and digital service environments, and its contribution to the next-generation ICT industry."
ICTK was the first in the world to mass-produce VIA PUF technology, which generates unique IDs by exploiting semiconductor process variations. In 2025, it integrated quantum-resistant cryptography (PQC) technology into a security chip. This initiative presents a new paradigm for hardware security and solidifies its leadership position in the global quantum security industry.
ICTK also published a paper on qTrustNet, a next-generation security protocol combining PQC and PUF technologies, in the SCIE-level international journal "IEEE Access." The company also received Common Criteria (CC) EAL6 development environment security certification from a Dutch certification authority. Furthermore, ICTK's technological prowess has been recognized on the global stage, including selection as a WIPO Global Awards Top 30 Finalist and winning the Gold Award at "iENA 2024."
An ICTK official said, “We are honored to have our technological innovation and industrial contributions recognized by IFIP,” and added, “We will use this award as an opportunity to expand our cooperation with global big tech companies and quantum security organizations to lead the global standard for quantum security.”

ICTK remporte le prix EBISION 2025 de l'entreprise leader du secteur
ICTK (PDG Jeong-won Lee), une entreprise sans usine de sécurité quantique de nouvelle génération, a annoncé le 23 qu'elle avait été officiellement reconnue pour son innovation technologique en remportant le prix de l'entreprise leader du secteur lors des EBISION 2025 Awards organisés par la Fédération internationale des instituts de technologies de l'information (IFIP).
Ce prix s'inscrit dans le cadre du programme « EBISION 2025 » organisé par le groupe de travail 8.4 de l'IFIP. Créé en 2025, il récompense les entreprises qui impulsent le changement industriel dans les domaines des TIC de nouvelle génération tels que l'IA, l'informatique quantique et la 6G. ICTK a été sélectionnée comme première lauréate.
Le jury a déclaré que le prix d'ICTK était décerné en raison de son « innovation hautement appréciée dans les technologies VIA PUF et de puces de sécurité quantique, qui ont considérablement amélioré la fiabilité de la sécurité des environnements de commerce électronique et de services numériques, et de sa contribution à l'industrie des TIC de nouvelle génération ».
ICTK a été la première entreprise au monde à produire en masse la technologie VIA PUF, qui génère des identifiants uniques en exploitant les variations des procédés de fabrication des semi-conducteurs. En 2025, elle a intégré la technologie de cryptographie résistante à l'informatique quantique (PQC) dans une puce de sécurité. Cette initiative représente un nouveau paradigme pour la sécurité matérielle et consolide sa position de leader dans le secteur mondial de la sécurité quantique.
ICTK a également publié un article sur qTrustNet, un protocole de sécurité de nouvelle génération combinant les technologies PQC et PUF, dans la revue internationale SCIE « IEEE Access ». L’entreprise a par ailleurs obtenu la certification de sécurité Common Criteria (CC) EAL6 pour son environnement de développement auprès d’un organisme de certification néerlandais. Enfin, son expertise technologique a été reconnue à l’échelle internationale, notamment par sa sélection parmi les 30 finalistes des WIPO Global Awards et l’obtention du prix d’or lors du salon « iENA 2024 ».
Un responsable de l'ICTK a déclaré : « Nous sommes honorés que notre innovation technologique et nos contributions industrielles soient reconnues par l'IFIP », et a ajouté : « Nous utiliserons ce prix comme une opportunité pour étendre notre coopération avec les grandes entreprises technologiques mondiales et les organisations de sécurité quantique afin de diriger la norme mondiale en matière de sécurité quantique. »
