스마트 양식 전문 기업 ㈜메가플랜(대표 유철원)이 2025년 12월 31일 해양수산과학기술진흥원으로부터 해양수산신기술(NET) 인증을 최종 획득했다. 이번 인증으로 메가플랜은 기존 자연 환경에 의존하던 수산업이 통제와 예측이 가능한 첨단 제조업 단계로 진입했음을 국가적으로 인정받았다.
메가플랜의 기술 핵심은 생물학적 주기의 정밀 제어다. 특정 시즌에만 산란하던 고등어의 산란 주기를 수온과 광인자 등 환경 조건 조절을 통해 연중 다회 산란이 가능하도록 구현했다. 이를 통해 상용화 가능한 안정적 수율과 데이터 기반 계획 생산 체계를 확립했으며, 영양, 식감, 위생 등 시장 요구에 맞춘 맞춤형 생산도 가능하게 됐다.
이번 기술 인증은 일본 시장에서도 주목받고 있다. 일본 수산업계는 방사능과 지진 등 리스크 관리(BCP) 측면에서 메가플랜의 육상 스마트 양식 기술을 안전 생산 기지로 활용할 전략을 검토 중이다. 메가플랜은 일본계 기업과 고등어 역수출 협의를 진행하며 한·일 수산물 공급 체계 재편 가능성을 시사하고 있다.
또한 메가플랜의 대량 생산 체계는 기후 변화에 따른 수산물 가격 변동성을 완화하고, 청정 환경에서 품질을 유지하면서 규모의 경제를 통한 원가 경쟁력 확보에도 기여할 전망이다.
유철원 대표는 “NET 인증은 대한민국 식량 안보 역량을 기술적으로 증명한 성과”라며, “2026년부터 기술 혁신을 통해 원가 절감과 지속 가능한 식량 공급망 구축에 앞장서겠다”고 밝혔다.
메가플랜은 IBK창공 구로 14기 육성기업으로 선정돼 TIPS 운영사 씨엔티테크의 지원을 받으며 투자 유치, IR, 멘토링 등 다양한 지원을 통해 성장세를 이어가고 있다.

Megaplan Receives Marine and Fisheries New Technology Certification
Megaplan Co., Ltd. (CEO Yoo Cheol-won), a smart aquaculture company, received the final certification as a New Technology in Marine and Fisheries (NET) from the Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology Promotion on December 31, 2025. With this certification, Megaplan has received national recognition for its advancement of the fishing industry, previously dependent on the natural environment, into a state-of-the-art manufacturing sector capable of control and predictability.
The core of Megaplan's technology lies in the precise control of biological cycles. By controlling environmental conditions such as water temperature and light factors, the spawning cycle of mackerel, previously limited to specific seasons, has been transformed into multi-year spawning. This has enabled the establishment of a commercially viable, stable yield and data-driven production planning system. It also enables customized production tailored to market needs, such as nutrition, texture, and hygiene.
This technology certification is also attracting attention in the Japanese market. The Japanese fishing industry is considering leveraging Megaplan's onshore smart aquaculture technology as a safe production base from a business contingency plan (BCP) perspective, including risk management for radiation and earthquakes. Megaplan is also negotiating with a Japanese company regarding the reverse export of mackerel, suggesting the possibility of restructuring the Korean-Japanese seafood supply chain.
Furthermore, the megaplan's mass production system is expected to mitigate the volatility of seafood prices due to climate change, maintain quality in a clean environment, and secure cost competitiveness through economies of scale.
CEO Yoo Cheol-won said, “NET certification is a technical demonstration of Korea’s food security capabilities,” and added, “Starting in 2026, we will take the lead in reducing costs and establishing a sustainable food supply chain through technological innovation.”
Megaplan was selected as the 14th IBK Changgong Guro incubation company and is continuing its growth with support from CNT Tech, the operator of TIPS, through various support programs such as investment attraction, IR, and mentoring.

スマート養殖専門企業(株)メガプラン(代表ユチョルウォン)が2025年12月31日海洋水産科学技術振興院から海洋水産新技術(NET)認証を最終獲得した。今回の認証により、メガプランは既存の自然環境に依存していた水産業が制御と予測が可能な先端製造業段階に進入したことを国家的に認められた。

また、メガプランの大量生産体系は、気候変動による水産物価格の変動性を緩和し、清浄環境で品質を維持しながら、規模の経済を通じたコスト競争力の確保にも寄与する見通しだ。
ユチョルウォン代表は「ＮＥＴ認証は大韓民国食糧安保力量を技術的に証明した成果」とし、「２０２６年から技術革新を通じてコスト削減と持続可能な食糧サプライチェーン構築に先立つ」と明らかにした。
メガプランはIBK創工区として14期の育成企業に選ばれ、TIPS運営会社Cエンティテックの支援を受け、投資誘致、IR、メンタリングなど多様な支援を通じて成長を続けている。

Megaplan reçoit la certification de nouvelle technologie marine et halieutique
Megaplan Co., Ltd. (PDG : Yoo Cheol-won), une entreprise d'aquaculture intelligente, a reçu la certification finale de Nouvelle Technologie Marine et Pêche (NET) de l'Institut Coréen de Promotion des Sciences et Technologies Océaniques le 31 décembre 2025. Grâce à cette certification, Megaplan a reçu une reconnaissance nationale pour sa contribution à la transformation de l'industrie de la pêche, auparavant dépendante de l'environnement naturel, en un secteur manufacturier de pointe capable de contrôle et de prévisibilité.
La technologie de Megaplan repose avant tout sur la maîtrise précise des cycles biologiques. En contrôlant des facteurs environnementaux tels que la température de l'eau et la luminosité, le cycle de reproduction du maquereau, auparavant saisonnier, s'étend désormais sur plusieurs années. Ceci a permis la mise en place d'un système de planification de la production commercialement viable, stable et basé sur les données. Il permet également une production personnalisée, adaptée aux besoins du marché, notamment en termes de nutrition, de texture et d'hygiène.
Cette certification technologique suscite également un vif intérêt sur le marché japonais. L'industrie de la pêche japonaise envisage d'exploiter la technologie d'aquaculture intelligente terrestre de Megaplan comme base de production sûre dans le cadre de son plan de continuité d'activité (PCA), notamment pour la gestion des risques liés aux radiations et aux séismes. De plus, le système de production de masse de ce mégaprojet devrait atténuer la volatilité des prix des produits de la mer due aux changements climatiques, maintenir la qualité dans un environnement propre et garantir la compétitivité des coûts grâce aux économies d'échelle.
Le PDG Yoo Cheol-won a déclaré : « La certification NET est une démonstration technique des capacités de la Corée en matière de sécurité alimentaire », et a ajouté : « À partir de 2026, nous prendrons l'initiative de réduire les coûts et d'établir une chaîne d'approvisionnement alimentaire durable grâce à l'innovation technologique. »
Megaplan a été sélectionnée comme la 14e entreprise incubée IBK Changgong Guro et poursuit sa croissance avec le soutien de CNT Tech, l'opérateur de TIPS, à travers divers programmes de soutien tels que l'attraction d'investissements, les relations investisseurs et le mentorat.
