글로벌 액셀러레이터(AC) 페이스메이커스(대표 김경락)는 동국대학교 경영전문대학원에서 진행하는 ‘글로벌 스타트업 멘토 최고위과정(GSMP)’ 4기 원우를 모집한다고 밝혔다.
GSMP는 국내 최초의 스타트업 멘토 전문가 양성 프로그램으로, 이번 4기는 2025년 3월부터 13주간 매주 화요일 진행된다. 커리큘럼은 스타트업 생태계 이해, 팀빌딩, 비즈니스 모델 스케일업 멘토링, 글로벌 마케팅, 투자 유치 전략과 멘토링 실습 등을 포함한다.
GSMP 대외 소통을 담당하는 조기환 페이스메이커스 부대표는 “GSMP를 통해 멘토 후보가 그동안 쌓아온 본인의 전문 분야 이외에 스타트업 생태계 전반을 이해하고 원우 기업들과 멘토, 멘티 실습으로 더 많은 전문 멘토들이 발굴되어 한국 스타트업 생태계를 글로벌 수준까지 발전시키는데 이바지하길 기대한다”라고 밝혔다.
수료 시 동국대 총장 명의 수료증 발급, 동국대 및 페이스메이커스 멘토단 정회원 자격, 네트워크 행사 초대 등 다양한 혜택이 제공된다.
모집 대상은 스타트업 생태계에 관심 있는 각 분야 전문가 및 스타트업의 C-레벨이다. 원서접수는 2025년 2월 중순까지이며, 2월 12일 수요일 오후 8시 온라인 설명회가 개최된다. 자세한 사항은 페이스메이커스와 동국대 경영전문대학원 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있다.

Pacemakers and Dongguk University recruit 4th batch of global startup mentors
Global accelerator (AC) Pacemakers (CEO Kyung-rak Kim) announced that it is recruiting the 4th batch of students for the 'Global Startup Mentor Senior Program (GSMP)' conducted by Dongguk University's Graduate School of Business.
GSMP is Korea's first startup mentoring expert training program, and this 4th term will be held every Tuesday for 13 weeks starting in March 2025. The curriculum includes understanding the startup ecosystem, team building, business model scale-up mentoring, global marketing, investment attraction strategies, and mentoring practice.
Cho Ki-hwan, Vice President of Pacemakers in charge of external communications for GSMP, said, “Through GSMP, we hope that mentor candidates will gain an understanding of the startup ecosystem in general in addition to their own areas of expertise and that more professional mentors will be discovered through mentor-mentee training with Wonwoo companies, contributing to developing the Korean startup ecosystem to a global level.”
Upon completion, students will receive various benefits, including a certificate of completion in the name of the President of Dongguk University, full membership in the Dongguk University and Pacemakers mentor group, and invitations to networking events.
The recruitment target is experts in each field who are interested in the startup ecosystem and C-level of startups. Applications will be accepted until mid-February 2025, and an online briefing session will be held on Wednesday, February 12th at 8 PM. 全球加速器（AC） Pacemakers（代表：金京洛）宣布，正在招募东国大学商学院开展的“全球创业导师高级计划（GSMP）”第四批学生。
GSMP是韩国首个创业指导专家培训项目，本次第4期将于2025年3月起每周二举办，为期13周。课程包括了解初创企业生态系统、团队建设、商业模式扩大指导、全球营销、吸引投资策略和指导实践。
负责 GSMP 对外联络的 Pacemakers 副总裁 Cho Ki-hwan 表示：“通过 GSMP，我们希望导师候选人除了了解自己的专业领域之外，还能对整个创业生态系统有所了解，并且希望通过与 Wonwoo 公司的导师制培训发现更多专业导师，为韩国创业生态系统向全球发展做出贡献。”

L'accélérateur mondial (AC) Pacemakers (PDG Kyung-rak Kim) a annoncé qu'il recrutait la 4e promotion d'étudiants pour le « Global Startup Mentor Senior Program (GSMP) » mené par la Graduate School of Business de l'Université Dongguk.
GSMP est le premier programme de formation d'experts en mentorat de startups en Corée, et ce 4e trimestre se tiendra tous les mardis pendant 13 semaines à partir de mars 2025. Le programme comprend la compréhension de l'écosystème des startups, la constitution d'équipes, le mentorat pour la mise à l'échelle du modèle commercial, le marketing mondial, les stratégies d'attraction des investissements et la pratique du mentorat.
Cho Ki-hwan, vice-président de Pacemakers en charge des communications externes pour GSMP, a déclaré : « Grâce au GSMP, nous espérons que les candidats mentors acquerront une compréhension de l'écosystème des startups en général en plus de leurs propres domaines d'expertise et que davantage de mentors professionnels seront découverts grâce à la formation mentor-mentoré avec les entreprises Wonwoo, contribuant ainsi au développement de l'écosystème des startups coréennes au niveau mondial. »
À la fin de leur formation, les étudiants recevront divers avantages, notamment un certificat d'achèvement au nom du président de l'université de Dongguk, une adhésion complète au groupe de mentors de l'université de Dongguk et de Pacemakers, ainsi que des invitations à des événements de réseautage.
La cible de recrutement est constituée d'experts dans chaque domaine et de cadres dirigeants de startups intéressés par l'écosystème startup.
