슈퍼블록의 자회사 오버플렉스(대표 김재윤)가 18일 공유숙박 플랫폼 위홈(대표 조산구)과 외국인 관광객 유치를 위한 양해각서(MOU)를 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 양사의 신뢰를 바탕으로 디지털 바우처 상품의 거래 활성화를 위해 상호 협력하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 통해 외래방문객을 대상으로 여행 숙박에 기여할 예정이다.
위홈(Wehome)은 정부가 공인한 실증특례 기업으로서 가성비 높은 숙소부터 프리미엄 풀빌라까지 다양한 유형의 숙소를 찾을 수 있는 로컬 공유숙박 플랫폼이다. 오는 2월 28일까지 문화체육관광부와 한국방문의해위원회가 주최하는 ‘2025 코리아그랜드세일(Korea Grand Sale 2025)’에 참가해 해외 관광객들에게 특별한 할인 혜택을 선보이고 있다.
오버플렉스는 다양한 유무형 자산 및 권리를 디지털 바우처 형태로 거래할 수 있는 글로벌 플랫폼 ‘오버플렉스 마켓’의 베타 버전을 공개했다. 오버플렉스 마켓 베타 서비스는 외국인 관광객이 K-뷰티 시술 티켓을 구매하고 QR코드로 매장에서 사용할 수 있는 서비스를 제공한다. 지난 17일부터 헤어메이크업샵 ‘청담뮤아이’의 단독 할인권을 판매하는 기획전을 개시해 일본인 관광객의 관심을 얻고 있다.
김재윤 오버플렉스 대표는 “위홈과의 협력을 통해 오버플렉스 마켓은 데일리케이션 서비스로 발돋움”이라며 “외국인 관광객을 사로잡아 디지털 바우처 상품 거래의 우수 사례를 선보이겠다”고 포부를 밝혔다.
조산구 위홈 대표는 “이번 업무협약을 통해 외래방문객을 대상으로 여행 숙박에 기여할 예정이다”고 화답했다.

Overflex signs business agreement with Wehome
Superblock's subsidiary Overplex (CEO Kim Jae-yoon) announced on the 18th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with shared accommodation platform Wehome (CEO Jo San-goo) to attract foreign tourists.
This agreement aims to promote mutual cooperation to activate digital voucher product transactions based on trust between the two companies, which will contribute to travel accommodation for foreign visitors.
Wehome is a local shared accommodation platform where you can find various types of accommodations, from cost-effective accommodations to premium pool villas, as a government-certified special case enterprise. It is participating in the '2025 Korea Grand Sale' hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Tourism Organization until February 28, offering special discounts to overseas tourists.
Overflex has released the beta version of the global platform 'Overflex Market' where various tangible and intangible assets and rights can be traded in the form of digital vouchers. The Overflex Market beta service provides a service where foreign tourists can purchase K-beauty treatment tickets and use them in stores with QR codes. Since the 17th, it has been garnering attention from Japanese tourists by launching a special event selling exclusive discount coupons for the hair and makeup shop 'Cheongdam Muai'.
Kim Jae-yoon, CEO of Overflex, said, “Through our collaboration with Wehome, Overflex Market will take a leap forward as a dailycation service,” and expressed his ambition, “We will captivate foreign tourists and present best practices in digital voucher product transactions.”
Jo Sang-gu, the representative of Wihom, responded, “Through this business agreement, we plan to contribute to travel accommodations for foreign visitors.”
