전남 화순 미생물실증지원센터(이하 센터)는 14일, 화순에 위치한 학교법인 우정학원 능주고등학교와 전남 지역 바이오 전문 인력 양성을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약의 주요 내용은 양 기관이 교육 및 진로 탐색의 최신 동향을 공유하고, 전문 인력 양성을 위한 협력망을 구축하는 것이다. 이를 통해 학생들에게 효과적인 진로 탐색 기회를 제공하고, 지속 가능한 인력 양성 협력 체계를 마련할 계획이다.
능주고등학교는 센터와의 협력을 통해 학생들에게 바이오 및 의약품 분야의 진로와 입시에 관한 다양한 정보를 제공하고, 실무 교육 및 체험 기회를 마련하는 데 기여할 예정이다. 이를 통해 고등학교 과정에서 대학에서도 경험하기 어려운 현장 실습을 미리 경험할 수 있도록 하며, 최근 특성화고 및 마이스터고에서 강조하는 전문기술인 및 창의융합형 인재 양성과도 일맥상통한다.
능주고등학교는 특히 ‘지역 명문’ 사립고등학교로 자리 잡고 있으며, 전남 지역 서울대 합격 실적에서 매년 1위를 기록하며 높은 명성을 이어가고 있다. 이번 협약을 통해 능주고등학교는 단순히 우수한 입시 성과를 넘어서, 현장 맞춤형 인재를 양성하고, 미래 성장 산업인 바이오 분야에서 핵심 인재를 배출하는 학교로 자리매김할 것으로 기대된다.
한편, 센터는 산업통상자원부와 전라남도 화순군이 지원하는 ‘백신산업 전문인력양성사업’을 통해 2025년 6월 교육관을 개관하며 본격적인 인력 양성에 나설 예정이다. 센터는 2026년까지 900명 이상의 수료생을 배출할 목표를 가지고 있으며, 이를 위해 준공과 동시에 확대된 교육 운영을 추진할 계획이다.
2025년 6월 준공 예정인 교육관은 광주·전남권 최대 규모의 GMP 실습이 가능한 첨단 시설로, 미생물 배양부터 정제까지 실습할 수 있는 50L 배양기, 고압멸균기, 연속원심분리기 등의 의약품 생산 설비와 함께 HPLC, LC-MS 등을 활용한 이화학 분석, 미생물 시험, 환경 모니터링 등 품질관리 실습이 가능한 장비를 갖출 예정이다. 이로 인해 교육기관과의 협력 가능 범위가 더욱 확대될 것으로 기대된다.

Microbiological Verification Support Center Signs Business Agreement with Neungju High School
The Jeonnam Hwasun Microbiology Support Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) announced on the 14th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with the Woojung Academy Neungju High School located in Hwasun for the training of bio experts in the Jeonnam region.
The main content of this agreement is that the two institutions will share the latest trends in education and career exploration and establish a cooperative network for training professional personnel. Through this, we plan to provide students with effective career exploration opportunities and establish a sustainable human resource training cooperation system.
Neungju High School plans to provide students with a variety of information on career paths and entrance exams in the bio and pharmaceutical fields through cooperation with the center, and to contribute to creating opportunities for practical education and experience. Through this, students will be able to experience field training in advance, which is difficult to experience even in college, during their high school course, and it is in line with the recent emphasis on fostering professional technicians and creative convergence talents in specialized high schools and Meister high schools.
Neungju High School is particularly established as a 'regional prestigious' private high school, and has maintained a high reputation by recording the highest number of admissions to Seoul National University in the Jeonnam region every year. Through this agreement, Neungju High School is expected to establish itself as a school that goes beyond simply excellent entrance exam results, fosters talent tailored to the field, and produces key talent in the bio field, a future growth industry.
Meanwhile, the center plans to open an education center in June 2025 and begin full-scale human resource development through the 'Vaccine Industry Professional Human Resources Development Project' supported by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do. The center aims to produce more than 900 graduates by 2026, and plans to expand education operations upon completion to achieve this goal.
The training center, scheduled for completion in June 2025, will be a state-of-the-art facility capable of conducting GMP training on the largest scale in the Gwangju-Jeonnam area. It will be equipped with pharmaceutical production facilities such as a 50L incubator, high-pressure sterilizer, and continuous centrifuge for training in everything from microbial culture to purification, as well as equipment for quality control training such as physical and chemical analysis using HPLC, LC-MS, microbial testing, and environmental monitoring. This is expected to further expand the scope of cooperation with educational institutions.

全南華順微生物実証支援センター（以下センター）は１４日、華順に位置する学校法人友情学院の陵州高校と全南地域のバイオ専門人材養成のための業務協約（ＭＯＵ）を締結したと明らかにした。

一方、センターは産業通商資源部と全羅南道華順郡が支援する「ワクチン産業専門人材養成事業」を通じて2025年6月に教育官を開館し、本格的な人材養成に乗り出す予定だ。センターは2026年までに900人以上の修了生を排出する目標を持っており、このため竣工と同時に拡大した教育運営を推進する計画だ。
2025年6月に竣工予定の教育官は、光州・全南圏最大規模のGMP実習が可能な先端施設で、微生物培養から精製まで実習できる50L培養器、高圧滅菌器、連続遠心分離機などの医薬品生産設備とともに、HPLC、LC-MSなどを活用した品質管理、異化学分析。これにより、教育機関との協力可能範囲がさらに拡大することが期待される。

全南和顺微生物学支援中心（以下简称该中心）14日表示，与位于和顺的宇中学院绫州高中签署了为全南地区培养生物专门人才的业务协议（MOU）。
本协议的主要内容是两所院校将分享教育和职业探索的最新趋势，并建立专业人才培养合作网络。通过此，我们计划为学生提供有效的职业探索机会并建立可持续的人力资源开发合作体系。
甯州高中计划通过与该中心的合作，为学生提供生物和制药领域的职业道路和入学考试的各种信息，并为创造实践教育和体验机会做出贡献。此举可使学生们在高中阶段提前体验到在大学里难以体验到的实地训练，也符合近年来专门高中和精英高中重视培养专业技术人员和创意融合人才的要求。

另外，该中心计划通过由产业通商资源部和全罗南道和顺郡支持的“疫苗产业专业培训项目”，于2025年6月开设教育中心，开始全面开展人员培训。该中心的目标是到2026年培养出900多名毕业生，并计划在建成后扩大教育业务以实现这一目标。
该培训中心预计于2025年6月竣工，将成为光州-全南地区最大规模的GMP培训中心，配备50L培养箱、高压灭菌器、连续离心机等药品生产设备，可进行从微生物培养到纯化的培训，还配备HPLC、LC-MS理化分析、微生物检测、环境监测等质量控制培训设备。此举有望进一步扩大与教育机构可能的合作范围。

Le Centre de soutien à la vérification microbiologique signe un accord commercial avec le lycée de Neungju
Le Centre de soutien microbiologique de Jeonnam Hwasun (ci-après dénommé le Centre) a annoncé le 14 avoir signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec le lycée Woojung Academy Neungju situé à Hwasun pour la formation d'experts en biologie dans la région de Jeonnam.
Le contenu principal de cet accord est que les deux institutions partageront les dernières tendances en matière d’éducation et d’exploration de carrière et établiront un réseau de coopération pour la formation du personnel professionnel. Grâce à cela, nous prévoyons d’offrir aux étudiants des opportunités efficaces d’exploration de carrière et d’établir un système de coopération durable en matière de développement des ressources humaines.
Le lycée de Neungju prévoit de fournir aux étudiants une variété d'informations sur les parcours professionnels et les examens d'entrée dans les domaines biologique et pharmaceutique grâce à la coopération avec le centre, et de contribuer à créer des opportunités d'éducation et d'expérience pratiques. Cela permettra aux étudiants de bénéficier d'une formation sur le terrain à l'avance pendant leurs études secondaires, ce qui est difficile à vivre même à l'université, et s'inscrit dans la lignée de l'accent mis récemment sur la promotion des techniciens professionnels et des talents de convergence créative dans les lycées spécialisés et les lycées Meister.
Le lycée de Neungju est particulièrement bien établi en tant que lycée privé « régional prestigieux » et continue d'avoir une excellente réputation en se classant premier chaque année en termes de nombre d'étudiants admis à l'Université nationale de Séoul dans la région de Jeonnam. Grâce à cet accord, le lycée de Neungju devrait aller au-delà de la simple obtention d'excellents résultats aux examens d'entrée et s'établir comme une école qui encourage les talents adaptés au domaine et produit des talents clés dans le domaine biologique, une industrie en croissance future.
Entre-temps, le centre prévoit d'ouvrir un centre de formation en juin 2025 et de commencer la formation à grande échelle du personnel dans le cadre du « Projet de formation professionnelle de l'industrie des vaccins » soutenu par le ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie et Hwasun-gun, Jeollanam-do. Le centre vise à former plus de 900 diplômés d'ici 2026 et prévoit d'étendre ses activités éducatives une fois terminé pour atteindre cet objectif.
Le centre de formation, dont l'achèvement est prévu pour juin 2025, sera une installation de pointe capable de dispenser des formations aux BPF à grande échelle dans la région de Gwangju-Jeonnam. Il sera équipé d'installations de production pharmaceutique telles qu'un incubateur de 50 L, un stérilisateur haute pression et une centrifugeuse continue pour la formation, de la culture microbienne à la purification, ainsi que d'équipements pour la formation au contrôle qualité, notamment les analyses physico-chimiques par HPLC, LC-MS, les tests microbiens et la surveillance environnementale. Cela devrait permettre d’élargir encore davantage le champ de coopération possible avec les établissements d’enseignement.
