강원창조경제혁신센터는 푸드테크 산업의 혁신을 이끌 유망 창업기업 발굴을 위한 ‘2025년 강원 BRIDGE 푸드테크 육성사업’ 참여기업을 모집한다고 2일 밝혔다. 모집은 오는 4월 18일(금)까지 진행된다.
이번 사업은 세포배양식품 생산, 식품 스마트 제조 등 푸드테크 분야의 10대 핵심 기술을 보유한 업력 3~7년 미만의 스타트업을 대상으로 하며, 강원도 외 지역의 기업도 신청할 수 있다. 단, 강원도 외 기업이 선정될 경우, 강원도로의 이전 및 1년 이상 사업장 유지 조건이 적용된다.
선정된 기업은 사업화 자금으로 최대 35백만 원을 지원받으며, 전문 액셀러레이팅과 후속 투자 연계 프로그램에 참여할 수 있는 기회를 얻게 된다. 또한, 강원창조경제혁신센터의 창업BuS 프로그램에 참여함으로써 기업 진단과 투자 네트워크를 구축할 수 있어, 기업 성장의 중요한 기회가 될 것으로 예상된다.
신청은 4월 1일부터 4월 18일 오후 6시까지 온라인을 통해 접수 가능하며, 자세한 사항은 강원창조경제혁신센터 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있다.
강원창조경제혁신센터 이해정 대표이사는 “푸드테크는 강원도의 산업구조를 고려할 때 반드시 육성해야 할 분야로, 다양한 확장성을 가진 만큼 향후 관련 분야 스타트업을 적극적으로 지원할 계획”이라고 말했다.

Gangwon Innovation Center, '2025 Gangwon BRIDGE Food Tech Promotion Project' Participating Companies Recruitment
Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center announced on the 2nd that it is recruiting participating companies for the '2025 Gangwon BRIDGE Food Tech Promotion Project' to discover promising startups that will lead innovation in the food tech industry. Recruitment will be held until Friday, April 18th.
This project targets startups with 3 to 7 years of experience and possessing 10 core technologies in the food tech field, such as cell culture food production and smart food manufacturing. Companies outside of Gangwon-do can also apply. However, if a company outside of Gangwon-do is selected, the conditions of relocation to Gangwon-do and maintaining the business location for more than 1 year will be applied.
The selected companies will receive up to 35 million won in business funds and have the opportunity to participate in professional acceleration and follow-up investment linkage programs. In addition, by participating in the Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center’s startup BuS program, they will be able to build a business diagnosis and investment network, which is expected to be an important opportunity for business growth.

今回の事業は細胞培養食品生産、食品スマート製造などフードテック分野の10大核技術を保有した業力3～7年未満のスタートアップを対象としており、江原道外地域の企業も申請できる。ただし、江原道外企業が選定される場合、江原道の移転及び1年以上事業場維持条件が適用される。
選ばれた企業は事業化資金で最大35百万ウォンを支援され、専門アクセラレーティングと後続投資連携プログラムに参加する機会を得ることになる。また、江原創造経済革新センターの創業BuSプログラムに参加することで企業診断と投資ネットワークを構築することができ、企業成長の重要な機会になると予想される。
申請は4月1日から4月18日午後6時までオンラインを通じて受付可能で、詳細は江原創造経済革新センターホームページで確認することができる。
江原創造経済革新センター理解政代表理事は「フードテックは江原道の産業構造を考慮する際に必ず育成しなければならない分野で、多様な拡張性を持つだけに今後関連分野のスタートアップを積極的に支援する計画」と話した。

Ce projet cible les startups ayant entre 3 et 7 ans d'expérience et possédant 10 technologies de base dans le domaine de la technologie alimentaire, notamment la production alimentaire par culture cellulaire et la fabrication d'aliments intelligents. Les entreprises situées en dehors de Gangwon-do peuvent également postuler. Toutefois, si une entreprise située en dehors de Gangwon-do est sélectionnée, les conditions de relocalisation à Gangwon-do et de maintien du lieu d'implantation de l'entreprise pendant plus d'un an s'appliqueront.
Les entreprises sélectionnées recevront jusqu'à 35 millions de wons en fonds de commercialisation et auront la possibilité de participer à des programmes d'accélération professionnelle et de suivi des investissements. De plus, la participation au programme Startup BuS du Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center devrait constituer une opportunité importante pour la croissance de l'entreprise, car elle permettra un diagnostic de l'entreprise et la création d'un réseau d'investissement.
