한국소프트웨어산업협회(회장 조준희, KOSA)는 이스트소프트, 네이버클라우드, 스마트인재개발원과 대한민국 인공지능(AI) 인재 양성을 위한 교육사업 공동 추진을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 지난 4일 밝혔다.
협약식은 지난 3월 10일 서울 서초구 이스트소프트 본사에서 서성일 한국소프트웨어산업협회 상근부회장, 박연정 한국소프트웨어산업협회 전무, 정상원 이스트소프트 대표, 임태건 네이버클라우드 전무, 반수경 스마트인재개발원 원장 등 각 기업 및 기관의 주요 관계자가 참석한 가운데 개최됐다. 참석자들은 국가 경쟁력을 좌우할 AI 산업 발전에 있어 특화된 인재 확보와 양성의 중요성에 공감하며 협력 체계 구축에 뜻을 모았다.
4개 기업은 업무협약을 통해 ▲AI 특화형 교육 커리큘럼 구축 ▲AI 인재 양성을 위한 교육사업 운영 ▲산업 현장 맞춤형 실무 AI 인재 양성 ▲채용 연계 프로그램 추진 등 산업과 교육 현장을 연계한 다양한 협력 체계를 만들어 나가기로 약속했다.
이를 통해 AI 분야의 전문적인 교육 프로그램을 구축하고 지속적인 교육 지원과 역량 개발을 위한 환경을 조성해나갈 계획이다.
KOSA는 산하 AI·SW교육센터 KSTA(케이스타)를 중심으로 현재 AWS, 엔비디아, 인텔 등 글로벌 빅테크 기업들과 협력해 최신 기술 트렌드를 반영한 AI 전문 교육을 운영하고 있다. 특히 교육 대상자의 수준과 산업계 수요를 고려한 특화형 콘텐츠를 함께 개발 중이다.
서성일 부회장은 “AI 기술의 성장은 가속화되고 있으나 전문 인재 공급이 산업 수요를 따라가지 못하고 있다”며 “2025년에만 1만 명 이상의 AI 인재가 부족할 것으로 예상되는 상황에서 협회는 현장 중심의 실전형 인재 양성에 집중해 이러한 인재 격차 해소에 기여하겠다”고 강조했다.
KOSA는 이번 협약을 계기로 민간 기업들과의 협력을 확대하고, AI 기술 기반 교육의 질을 높여 전문성과 실무역량을 갖춘 인재 양성 모델을 국내 교육 생태계에 정착시킬 계획이다.

Korea Software Industry Association, Eastsoft, Naver Cloud, and Smart Talent Development Center Sign Business Agreement
The Korea Software Industry Association (Chairman Jo Jun-hee, KOSA) announced on the 4th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Eastsoft , Naver Cloud , and Smart Talent Development Institute for jointly promoting educational projects to foster artificial intelligence (AI) talent in Korea.
The signing ceremony was held on March 10th at the Eastsoft headquarters in Seocho-gu, Seoul, with key figures from each company and organization in attendance, including Seong-il Seo, Executive Vice President of the Korea Software Industry Association, Yeon-jeong Park, Executive Director of the Korea Software Industry Association, Sang-won Jeong, CEO of Eastsoft, Tae-geon Lim, Executive Director of Naver Cloud, and Su-gyeong Ban, Director of the Smart Talent Development Institute. The attendees shared the importance of securing and nurturing specialized talent for the development of the AI industry, which will determine national competitiveness, and agreed to establish a cooperative system.
The four companies promised to create various cooperative systems linking industry and education through a business agreement, such as ▲establishing an AI-specific education curriculum, ▲operating an education program to foster AI talent, ▲cultivating practical AI talent tailored to industrial sites, and ▲promoting a recruitment-linked program.
Through this, we plan to build a professional education program in the AI field and create an environment for continuous educational support and capacity development.
KOSA is currently operating AI specialized education that reflects the latest technology trends in cooperation with global big tech companies such as AWS, Nvidia, and Intel, centered around its AI/SW education center KSTA. In particular, it is developing specialized content that takes into account the level of the training target and the needs of the industry.
Vice Chairman Seo Seong-il emphasized, “Although the growth of AI technology is accelerating, the supply of specialized talent is not keeping up with industrial demand,” and “With a shortage of more than 10,000 AI talents expected in 2025 alone, the association will focus on fostering practical talent centered on the field and contribute to resolving this talent gap.”
With this agreement, KOSA plans to expand cooperation with private companies, improve the quality of AI technology-based education, and establish a model for fostering talents with expertise and practical capabilities in the domestic education ecosystem.

4つの企業は業務協約を通じて▲AI特化型教育カリキュラム構築▲AI人材養成のための教育事業運営▲産業現場カスタマイズ型実務AI人材養成▲採用連携プログラム推進など産業と教育現場を連携した多様な協力体制を作っていくことを約束した。
これにより、AI分野の専門的な教育プログラムを構築し、継続的な教育支援と能力開発のための環境を造成していく計画だ。
KOSAは傘下のAI・SW教育センターKSTA（ケイスタ）を中心に現在、AWS、NVIDIA、Intelなどグローバルビッグテク企業と協力して最新技術トレンドを反映したAI専門教育を運営している。特に教育対象者の水準と産業界の需要を考慮した特化型コンテンツを共に開発中だ。
ソ・ソンイル副会長は「AI技術の成長は加速しているが、専門人材供給が産業需要に追いついていない」とし「2025年にのみ1万人以上のAI人材が不足すると予想される状況で、協会は現場中心の実戦型人材養成に集中し、こうした人材格差の解消に寄与した」。
KOSAは今回の条約をきっかけに民間企業との協力を拡大し、AI技術基盤教育の質を高め、専門性と実務能力を備えた人材養成モデルを国内教育生態系に定着させる計画だ。

韩国软件产业协会（会长赵俊熙、KOSA） 4日宣布，与Eastsoft 、 Naver Cloud 、智能人才开发院签署了业务协议（MOU），将共同推进培养韩国人工智能（AI）人才的教育项目。
签约仪式于3月10日在首尔市瑞草区Eastsoft总部举行，韩国软件行业协会执行副会长徐成一、韩国软件行业协会理事朴妍贞、Eastsoft首席执行官郑尚元、Naver Cloud执行董事林泰根、智能人才开发院院长班秀京等各公司和组织的主要负责人出席了仪式。与会人员对于决定国家竞争力的人工智能产业发展中确保和培养专业人才的重要性达成了共同认识，并同意建立合作体制。
四家公司承诺通过业务协议建立各种产学研合作体系，如▲制定AI专门教育课程、▲运营AI人才培养教育项目、▲培养适合产业现场的实用AI人才、▲推进招聘挂钩计划等。
通过此，我们计划建立人工智能领域的专业教育计划，并创造持续教育支持和能力发展的环境。
目前，KOSA以AI/SW教育中心KSTA为中心，与AWS、Nvidia、Intel等全球大型科技公司合作，开展反映最新技术趋势的专业AI教育。特别是，我们正在开发考虑到学员水平和行业需求的专业内容。
徐成一副会长强调，“虽然AI技术的发展正在加速，但专业人才的供给却跟不上产业需求”，“预计仅2025年AI人才缺口就将超过1万人，协会将以领域为中心，着力培养实用人才，为弥补人才缺口做出贡献”。
通过此次协议，KOSA计划扩大与民间企业的合作，提高基于人工智能技术的教育质量，并在国内教育生态系统中建立培养具有专业知识和实践能力的人才的典范。

L'Association coréenne de l'industrie du logiciel (président Jo Jun-hee, KOSA) a annoncé le 4 qu'elle avait signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec Eastsoft , Naver Cloud et Smart Talent Development Institute pour promouvoir conjointement des projets éducatifs visant à favoriser les talents en intelligence artificielle (IA) en Corée.
La cérémonie de signature a eu lieu le 10 mars au siège d'Eastsoft à Seocho-gu, Séoul, en présence de personnalités clés de chaque entreprise et organisation, dont Seong-il Seo, vice-président exécutif de la Korea Software Industry Association, Yeon-jeong Park, directeur exécutif de la Korea Software Industry Association, Sang-won Jeong, PDG d'Eastsoft, Tae-geon Lim, directeur exécutif de Naver Cloud, et Su-gyeong Ban, directeur du Smart Talent Development Institute. Les participants ont partagé une compréhension commune de l’importance de sécuriser et de nourrir les talents spécialisés dans le développement de l’industrie de l’IA, qui déterminera la compétitivité nationale, et ont convenu d’établir un système coopératif.
Les quatre entreprises ont promis de créer divers systèmes de coopération reliant l'industrie et l'éducation par le biais d'un accord commercial, tels que ▲l'établissement d'un programme d'éducation spécifique à l'IA, ▲l'exploitation d'un programme d'éducation pour favoriser les talents de l'IA, ▲la culture de talents pratiques de l'IA adaptés aux sites industriels et ▲la promotion d'un programme lié au recrutement.
Grâce à cela, nous prévoyons de construire un programme de formation professionnelle dans le domaine de l’IA et de créer un environnement propice au soutien éducatif continu et au développement des capacités.
KOSA propose actuellement une formation spécialisée en IA qui reflète les dernières tendances technologiques en coopération avec de grandes entreprises technologiques mondiales telles qu'AWS, Nvidia et Intel, centrée autour de son centre de formation IA/SW KSTA. Nous développons notamment des contenus spécialisés qui tiennent compte du niveau des stagiaires et des besoins du secteur.
Le vice-président Seo Seong-il a souligné : « Bien que la croissance de la technologie de l'IA s'accélère, l'offre de talents spécialisés ne suit pas la demande industrielle » et « Avec une pénurie de plus de 10 000 talents en IA prévue pour la seule année 2025, l'association se concentrera sur la promotion des talents pratiques centrés sur le domaine et contribuera à résoudre ce manque de talents. »
Avec cet accord, KOSA prévoit d'élargir la coopération avec les entreprises privées, d'améliorer la qualité de l'éducation basée sur la technologie de l'IA et d'établir un modèle pour encourager les talents dotés d'une expertise et de capacités pratiques dans l'écosystème éducatif national.
