ISO 27001은 정보보호 관리체계(ISMS)의 구축과 운영에 대한 국제 표준을, ISO 27017은 클라우드 서비스 제공자를 위한 보안 통제 지침을, ISO 27018은 클라우드 환경 내 개인정보 보호에 중점을 둔 기준을 규정한다. 비즈니스캔버스는 이번 인증을 통해, SaaS 기업으로서 요구되는 보안 요건을 종합적으로 충족하는 체계를 갖추고 있음을 공식적으로 인정받았다.

이번 인증 갱신은 리캐치 제품 자체뿐만 아니라, 비즈니스캔버스 내부의 품질 활동과 보안 관리 체계에 대한 검증을 포함한다는 점에서 큰 의미가 있다. 이 인증을 통해 리캐치를 도입한 고객들은 내부 보안 검토 및 서비스 안정성 검증 과정에서 신뢰를 얻을 수 있는 근거를 마련할 수 있다.
