중소벤처기업부(장관 오영주, 이하 중기부)는 14일 국내 유망 창업기업의 해외 진출과 정착을 지원하는 ‘2025년 글로벌 액셀러레이팅 지원사업’의 주관기관으로 한국농업기술진흥원 등 8곳을 선정했다고 밝혔다.
‘글로벌 액셀러레이팅 지원사업’은 유망 창업기업에 국내·외 액셀러레이팅 프로그램과 해외진출자금을 지원하여 창업기업의 해외진출과 성장을 뒷받침하는 사업이다. ’22년 ‘K-Startup 글로벌 진출 전략’ 및 ’23년 ‘스타트업 코리아 종합대책’에 따라 범부처 협업 사업으로 개편되어 창업기업의 업종·분야별로 전문화된 맞춤형 해외진출 지원을 추진하고 있다.
올해 선정된 주관기관(부처)과 주요 사업내용은 다음과 같다. 먼저 한국농업기술진흥원(농림부)은 농산업 분야 전문성을 바탕으로 푸드·애그테크, 그린바이오 창업기업의 싱가포르 진출을 지원한다. 싱가포르는 금융·투자의 중심지이자 동남아 시장 진출의 교두보로, 농식품 분야 창업기업의 성장에 적합한 환경을 갖췄다.
국토교통과학기술진흥원(국토부)은 국토교통 분야 연구개발 전문기관의 강점을 살려 국토교통 분야 창업기업의 독일·핀란드 진출을 돕는다. 도이치반, MS, 엔비디아 등 글로벌 기업과의 기술 협업, 현지 창업 생태계와의 교류를 추진한다. 한·아프리카재단(외교부)은 기관이 보유한 아프리카 현지 네트워크를 기반으로 기후테크·에이징테크 창업기업의 남아공·이집트 진출을 지원한다.
충남창조경제혁신센터(환경부)는 유럽시장 진출 지원 노하우를 활용하여 기후테크 분야 창업기업의 독일 진출을 돕는다. 산업 분야에 대한 환경부의 전문성과 충남창조경제혁신센터의 글로벌 네트워크 간 시너지가 기대된다.
올해 신규 참여 부처도 있다. 한국우주기술진흥협회(우주청)는 우주·항공 전문 글로벌 액셀러레이터와 협력하여 우주 분야 창업기업의 프랑스 진출을, 한국특허정보원(특허청)은 지식재산(IP) 기반 딥테크 창업기업의 미국 진출을 지원한다. 그에 따라 보다 다양한 분야의 창업기업에 맞춤형 해외진출 지원을 할 수 있게 되었다.
세계적인 창업 생태계를 보유하고 있으며 창업기업의 진출 수요가 많은 미국 진출을 지원하는 기관은 2곳 더 있다. 바로 한국에듀테크산업협회(산업부)와 한국청년기업가정신재단(교육부)이다. 두 기관은 특화 분야별 창업기업 육성 노하우를 바탕으로 각각 에듀테크, 서비스 플랫폼·빅데이터 및 지능형 로봇 창업기업의 미국 진출을 이끌 계획이다.
한편 중기부는 동 사업에 참여할 창업기업 140개 사를 4월 14일부터 5월 8일까지 모집한다. 참여를 희망하는 창업기업은 K-스타트업 누리집을 통해 온라인으로 신청하면 된다.
조경원 창업정책관은 “기술의 빠른 발전과 급변하는 대내외 환경 속에서 한 부처의 자원만으로는 한계가 있고 범부처 협업이 필수적이다. 앞으로도 스타트업의 해외 진출과 성장을 위하여 타 부처와 민간의 우수한 역량을 활용할 수 있도록 협업을 강화해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

Ministry of SMEs and Startups, 8 Ministries and “Customized Overseas Expansion Support for Startups”
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Oh Young-joo, hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of SMEs and Startups) announced on the 14th that it has selected 8 organizations, including the Korea Agricultural Technology Promotion Agency, as the main organizations for the '2025 Global Acceleration Support Project' to support overseas expansion and settlement of promising domestic startups.
The 'Global Acceleration Support Project' is a project that supports promising startups by providing domestic and international acceleration programs and overseas expansion funds to support overseas expansion and growth of startups. In accordance with the '22 K-Startup Global Expansion Strategy' and the '23 Startup Korea Comprehensive Plan', it has been reorganized into a pan-ministerial collaboration project, and is promoting customized overseas expansion support specialized by industry and field of startups.
The main organizations (ministries) selected this year and the main business contents are as follows. First, the Korea Agricultural Technology Promotion Agency (MAFRA) supports the entry of food, agtech, and green bio start-ups into Singapore based on its expertise in the agricultural industry. Singapore is a center of finance and investment and a bridgehead for entering the Southeast Asian market, and has an environment suitable for the growth of start-ups in the agricultural and food sector.
The Korea Agency for Infrastructure Technology Advancement (KAIT) is utilizing the strengths of specialized research and development institutions in the land, infrastructure and transport sector to help startups in the land, infrastructure and transport sector enter Germany and Finland. It is promoting technology collaboration with global companies such as Deutsche Bahn, MS, and Nvidia, and exchanges with local startup ecosystems. The Korea-Africa Foundation (MOFA) is supporting climate tech and aging tech startups to enter South Africa and Egypt based on the local African network owned by the institute.
Chungnam Creative Economy Innovation Center (Ministry of Environment) is utilizing its know-how in supporting entry into the European market to help climate tech startups enter Germany. Synergy between the Ministry of Environment’s expertise in the industrial sector and Chungnam Creative Economy Innovation Center’s global network is expected.
There are also new participating ministries this year. The Korea Aerospace Technology Promotion Association (KAIT) is cooperating with a global accelerator specializing in space and aviation to support the advancement of space startups into France, while the Korea Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) is supporting the advancement of deep-tech startups based on intellectual property (IP) into the United States. Accordingly, customized overseas expansion support can be provided to startups in a wider range of fields.
There are two more organizations that support the entry into the US, which has a global startup ecosystem and a high demand for startups. They are the Korea Edutech Industry Association (Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy) and the Korea Youth Entrepreneurship Foundation (Ministry of Education). Based on their expertise in fostering startups in specialized fields, the two organizations plan to lead the entry into the US of edutech, service platform/big data, and intelligent robot startups, respectively.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups will recruit 140 startups to participate in the project from April 14 to May 8. Startups wishing to participate can apply online through the K-Startup website .
Kyung-won Cho, Director of Startup Policy, said, “In the midst of rapid technological development and rapidly changing domestic and international environments, the resources of one ministry are limited, and collaboration across government agencies is essential. We will continue to strengthen collaboration so that we can utilize the excellent capabilities of other ministries and the private sector to help startups advance overseas and grow.”

中基部、8つの省庁と「創業企業にカスタマイズされた海外進出支援」
中小ベンチャー企業部（長官オ・ヨンジュ、以下中期部）は１４日、国内有望創業企業の海外進出と定着を支援する「２０２５年グローバルアクセラレーティング支援事業」の主管機関として韓国農業技術振興院など８カ所を選定したと明らかにした。
「グローバルアクセラレーティング支援事業」は、有望な創業企業に国内・外のアクセラレーティングプログラムと海外進出資金を支援し、創業企業の海外進出と成長を支える事業だ。 '22年'K-Startupグローバル進出戦略'および'23年'スタートアップコリア総合対策'により汎部処協業事業に改編され、創業企業の業種・分野別に専門化されたカスタマイズされた海外進出支援を推進している。
今年選ばれた主管機関（省庁）と主要事業内容は次の通りである。まず韓国農業技術振興院（農林部）は農産業分野の専門性を土台にフード・アグテック、グリーンバイオ創業企業のシンガポール進出を支援する。シンガポールは金融・投資の中心地であり、東南アジア市場進出の橋頭梁で、農食品分野の創業企業の成長に適した環境を整えた。
国土交通科学技術振興院（国土部）は、国土交通分野の研究開発専門機関の強みを活かし、国土交通分野の創業企業のドイツ・フィンランド進出を支援する。土一盤、MS、NVIDIAなどグローバル企業との技術コラボレーション、現地創業生態系との交流を推進する。韓・アフリカ財団（外交部）は、機関が保有するアフリカ現地ネットワークを基盤に、気候テック・エージングテック創業企業の南アフリカ・エジプト進出を支援する。
忠南創造経済革新センター（環境部）は、欧州市場進出支援ノウハウを活用して、気候テック分野の創業企業のドイツ進出を支援する。産業分野に対する環境部の専門性と忠南創造経済革新センターのグローバルネットワーク間の相乗効果が期待される。
今年の新規参加省もある。韓国宇宙技術振興協会（宇宙庁）は宇宙・航空専門グローバルアクセラレータと協力して宇宙分野創業企業のフランス進出を、韓国特許情報院（特許庁）は知識財産（ＩＰ）ベースのディープテック創業企業の米国進出を支援する。これにより、より多様な分野の創業企業にカスタマイズされた海外進出支援ができるようになった。
世界的な創業生態系を保有しており、創業企業の進出需要が多い米国進出を支援する機関はさらに2ヶ所ある。まさに韓国エデュテック産業協会（産業部）と韓国青年企業家庭新財団（教育部）だ。両機関は、特化分野別創業企業育成ノウハウを基に、それぞれエデュテック、サービスプラットフォーム・ビッグデータおよびインテリジェントロボット創業企業の米国進出をリードする計画だ。
一方、中期部は同事業に参加する創業企業140社を4月14日から5月8日まで募集する。参加を希望する創業企業は、K-スタートアップのネットハウスを通じてオンラインで申請すればよい。
チョ・ギョンウォン創業政策館は「技術の急速な発展と急変する対内外環境の中である省庁の資源だけには限界があり、汎省庁協業が必須である。今後もスタートアップの海外進出と成長のために他省と民間の優秀な能力を活用できるように協業を強化していく」と話した。

中小企业部等8个部门“针对初创企业海外拓展的定制化支持”
中小企业和风险投资部（部长吴英珠，以下简称中小企业和风险投资部） 14日表示，已选定韩国农业技术振兴院等8家机构作为“2025全球加速支持项目”的主要机构，以支持国内有前景的初创企业在海外扩张和落户。
“全球加速支持项目”是通过提供国内外加速计划和海外扩张资金，支持有前景的初创企业海外扩张和成长的项目。根据‘22 K-Startup 全球扩张战略’和‘23 Startup Korea 综合计划’，该计划已被改组为一个跨部门合作项目，旨在为初创公司提供按行业和领域专门定制的海外扩张支持。

还有两个组织支持进入美国，美国拥有全球创业生态系统，对初创企业的需求很高。这两个组织分别是韩国教育科技产业协会（贸易、工业和能源部）和韩国青年创业基金会（教育部）。两家机构计划凭借各自在专业领域培育初创企业的经验，引领教育科技、服务平台/大数据、智能机器人等初创企业进军美国市场。
同时，中小企业和初创企业部将于4月14日至5月8日招募140家初创企业参与该项目。希望参与的初创企业可以通过K-Startup网站在线申请。
创业政策局局长赵京元表示：“在技术飞速发展、国内外环境瞬息万变的背景下，单个部门的资源有限，跨部门合作至关重要。我们将继续加强合作，充分利用其他部门和私营部门的优秀能力，助力初创企业在海外发展壮大。”

Ministère des PME et des Startups, 8 ministères et « Accompagnement personnalisé à l'expansion internationale des startups »
Le ministère des PME et des startups (ministre Oh Young-joo, ci-après dénommé le ministère des PME et des startups) a annoncé le 14 qu'il avait sélectionné 8 organisations, dont l'Agence coréenne de promotion des technologies agricoles, comme principales organisations pour le « Projet de soutien à l'accélération mondiale 2025 » pour soutenir l'expansion et l'implantation à l'étranger de startups nationales prometteuses.
Le « Global Acceleration Support Project » est un projet qui soutient l'expansion et la croissance à l'étranger de startups prometteuses en proposant des programmes d'accélération nationaux et internationaux et des fonds d'expansion à l'étranger. Conformément à la « Stratégie d'expansion mondiale des startups 22 K » et au « Plan global des startups coréennes 23 », il a été réorganisé en un projet de collaboration interministérielle pour promouvoir un soutien personnalisé à l'expansion à l'étranger spécialisé par industrie et par domaine pour les startups.
Les principales organisations (ministères) sélectionnées cette année et leurs principaux contenus commerciaux sont les suivants. Premièrement, l’Agence coréenne de promotion des technologies agricoles (MAFTA) soutient l’entrée de start-ups du secteur alimentaire, de l’agrotechnologie et de la bio-écologie à Singapour en s’appuyant sur son expertise dans le secteur agricole. Singapour est un centre financier et d’investissement et une porte d’entrée vers le marché de l’Asie du Sud-Est, offrant un environnement propice à la croissance des start-ups dans le secteur agricole et alimentaire.
L'Agence coréenne pour le développement des technologies d'infrastructure (KAIT) s'appuie sur les atouts des institutions de recherche et développement spécialisées dans le secteur du foncier, des infrastructures et des transports pour aider les startups du secteur du foncier, des infrastructures et des transports à progresser en Allemagne et en Finlande. Nous favorisons la collaboration technologique avec des entreprises mondiales telles que Deutsche Bahn, MS et Nvidia, ainsi que les échanges avec l'écosystème local des startups. La Fondation Corée-Afrique (ministère des Affaires étrangères) soutient l’avancement des startups de technologies climatiques et de technologies vieillissantes en Afrique du Sud et en Égypte sur la base du réseau africain local de l’organisation.
Le Centre d'innovation pour l'économie créative de Chungnam (ministère de l'Environnement) utilise son savoir-faire en matière de soutien à l'entrée sur le marché européen pour aider les startups de technologies climatiques à pénétrer le marché allemand. Une synergie est attendue entre l’expertise du ministère de l’Environnement dans le secteur industriel et le réseau mondial du Centre d’innovation pour l’économie créative de Chungnam.
Il y a également de nouveaux ministères participants cette année. L'Association coréenne de promotion des technologies aérospatiales (KATP) coopère avec un accélérateur mondial spécialisé dans l'espace et l'aviation pour soutenir l'avancement des startups spatiales en France, tandis que l'Office coréen de la propriété intellectuelle (KIPO) soutient l'avancement des startups de haute technologie basées sur la propriété intellectuelle (PI) aux États-Unis. En conséquence, nous pouvons désormais fournir un soutien personnalisé à l’expansion à l’étranger aux startups dans un plus large éventail de domaines.
Il existe deux autres organisations qui soutiennent l’entrée aux États-Unis, qui disposent d’un écosystème mondial de startups et d’une forte demande de startups. Il s'agit de l'Association coréenne de l'industrie Edutech (ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie) et de la Fondation coréenne pour l'entrepreneuriat des jeunes (ministère de l'Éducation). S'appuyant sur leur expertise dans la promotion de startups dans des domaines spécialisés, les deux organisations prévoient de mener l'avancement des startups dans le domaine de l'edutech, des plateformes de services/big data et des robots intelligents sur le marché américain.
Parallèlement, le ministère des PME et des startups recrutera 140 startups pour participer au projet du 14 avril au 8 mai. Les startups souhaitant participer peuvent postuler en ligne via le site Web K-Startup .
