한국소프트웨어산업협회(회장 조준희, KOSA)는 15일 서울 송파구 문정동에서 ‘KOSA HOF DAY with KSTA'(이하 호프데이)를 개최했다. 100여명의 회원사 임직원들이 한자리에 모인 행사장은 반가운 인사와 웃음소리로 가득 찼다.
KOSA는 지역별 회원사들의 교류·협력을 통해 비즈니스 기회를 창출하고자 주기적으로 호프데이를 개최하고 있다. 직급에 구애받지 않으며 자유롭게 담소를 나누고, 새로운 비즈니스 아이디어를 공유하는 모습이 곳곳에서 눈에 띄었다.
특히 이번 행사는 지난해 KOSA에서 신규 론칭한 교육전문브랜드 케이스타(KSTA)의 다양한 기업대상 교육을 소개하는 자리로 마련됐다. KSTA는 체계적인 신입직원 교육과정과 최신 기술트렌드를 반영한 재직자 역량향상 특화 프로그램에 대한 정보를 제공하며 참석자들의 관심을 모았다.
서성일 KOSA 상근부회장은 “AI·SW 인재양성을 위해 현장의 수요를 반영한 실무형 인재양성이 무엇보다 중요하다”며, “케이스타는 이러한 시대적 요구에 부응하는 교육 플랫폼으로, 회원사 여러분의 적극적인 참여와 소중한 피드백을 바탕으로 함께 성장하는 브랜드로 발전시켜 나가겠다”고 말했다.
KOSA 회원사를 대상으로 비즈니스 확장을 위한 교류 행사를 지속적으로 추진하고 있으며 오는 5월 28일에는 서울 삼정호텔에서 ‘KOSA 런앤그로우 포럼’을 개최한다. 뇌과학자 장동선 박사가 ‘뇌과학자가 바라보는 AI 시대의 미래’를 주제로 강연할 예정이다.

Korea Software Industry Association Holds Hope Day
The Korea Software Industry Association (Chairman Jo Jun-hee, KOSA) held 'KOSA HOF DAY with KSTA' (hereinafter referred to as HOF Day) on the 15th in Munjeong-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul. The event hall, where about 100 executives and employees of member companies gathered, was filled with happy greetings and laughter.
KOSA holds Hope Days periodically to create business opportunities through exchanges and cooperation among regional member companies. People are seen freely chatting and sharing new business ideas regardless of their rank.
In particular, this event was designed to introduce various corporate training programs offered by KSTA, a new education brand launched by KOSA last year. KSTA attracted the attention of attendees by providing information on systematic new employee training programs and specialized programs for improving the capabilities of employees that reflect the latest technology trends.
Seong-il Seo, Executive Vice President of KOSA, said, “In order to cultivate AI and SW talent, practical talent cultivation that reflects the needs of the field is most important,” and added, “KOSA is an educational platform that responds to these needs of the times, and we will develop it into a brand that grows together with our member companies based on their active participation and valuable feedback.”
We are continuously promoting exchange events for business expansion targeting KOSA members, and on May 28, we will hold the 'KOSA Run & Grow Forum' at the Samjeong Hotel in Seoul. Neuroscientist Dr. Jang Dong-seon will give a lecture on the topic of 'The Future of the AI Era as Seen by Neuroscientists.'

KOSA会員会社を対象に事業拡大のための交流行事を継続的に推進しており、来る5月28日にはソウル三井ホテルで「KOSAラン＆グローフォーラム」を開催する。脳科学者チャン・ドンソン博士が「脳科学者が眺めるAI時代の未来」をテーマに講演する予定だ。

L'Association coréenne de l'industrie du logiciel organise une journée de l'espoir
L'Association coréenne de l'industrie du logiciel (président Jo Jun-hee, KOSA) a organisé le « KOSA HOF DAY avec KSTA » (ci-après dénommé HOF Day) le 15 à Munjeong-dong, Songpa-gu, Séoul. La salle de réception, où se sont réunis une centaine de dirigeants et d'employés des entreprises membres, était remplie de salutations joyeuses et de rires.
KOSA organise périodiquement des Journées de l'espoir pour créer des opportunités commerciales à travers des échanges et une coopération entre les entreprises membres régionales. Les gens ont été vus en train de discuter librement et de partager de nouvelles idées commerciales, quel que soit leur rang.
Cet événement a notamment été conçu pour présenter divers programmes de formation en entreprise proposés par KSTA, une nouvelle marque d’éducation lancée par KOSA l’année dernière.
