중동 기반의 Global Business Developer AGCC(대표 전정현)는 중소벤처기업부와 창업 진흥원이 주관하는 ‘2025년 K‑스카우터’ 사업의 주관기관으로 최종 선정됐다고 17일 밝혔다.
K‑스카우터 사업은 주관기관의 글로벌 네트워크를 활용해 한국 진출을 희망하는 해외 유망 창업기업을 발굴·추천하고, 본사의 국내 이전 및 신규 정착을 지원하는 인바운드 특화 프로그램이다. 주관기관들은 2025년 12월까지 해외 창업기업을 발굴해 액셀러레이팅과 정착 지원을 수행한다.
AGCC는 ▲중동(UAE·사우디) ▲북미(미국) ▲북유럽(스웨덴) ▲동남아(베트남·싱가포르) 등 글로벌 스타트업 허브와의 실질 협력 네트워크를 활용해 유망 글로벌 기업을 발굴할 계획이다. 또한 발굴한 해외 스타트업 10개사(역플립 기업 포함)에게는 ▲한국내 법인설립·비자·보육센터 입주를 아우르는 ‘한국 정착 패스트트랙’ 제공 ▲AGCC의 월간 네트워킹 플랫폼 LinkX Alliance 연계 및 Demo Day 개최 ▲중기부·창업진흥원 인바운드 정책(스타트업코리아 비자,글로벌 스타트업 센터 등) 후속 연계 ▲PoC(Proof of Concept)·투자 유치·한국 파트너 매칭 통합 패키지 운영 등을 지원해, 해외 창업기업이 한국의 창업 생태계에 안정적으로 연착륙하고 성장할 수 있도록 도울 예정이다.
전정현 AGCC 대표는 “AGCC가 이미 중동 시장에서 검증해 온 ‘PoC–시장진출–투자’ 모델을 한국 인바운드 프로그램에도 적용해 해외 스타트업들이 한국을 아시아·글로벌 확장의 전략 거점으로 삼을 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”며 “국내 창업생태계의 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

AGCC, 'K-Scouter' Host Organization Final Selection
Middle East-based Global Business Developer AGCC (CEO Jeon Jeong-hyeon) announced on the 17th that it has been selected as the final host organization for the '2025 K-Scouter' project hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Institute for Startups and Entrepreneurship Development .
The K-Scouter Project is an inbound specialized program that utilizes the global network of the host organization to discover and recommend promising overseas startups that wish to enter Korea, and to support the relocation of headquarters and new settlement in Korea. The host organization will discover overseas startups and provide acceleration and settlement support until December 2025.
AGCC plans to discover promising global companies by utilizing its substantial cooperative network with global startup hubs in ▲the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia), ▲North America (USA), ▲Northern Europe (Sweden), and ▲Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Singapore). In addition, the 10 overseas startups discovered (including reverse flip companies) will be provided with ▲a ‘Korean settlement fast track’ encompassing incorporation, visa, and incubation center entry in Korea, ▲linkage with AGCC’s monthly networking platform LinkX Alliance and hosting a Demo Day, ▲follow-up linkage with the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Institute of Startups and Entrepreneurship Development’s inbound policies (Startup Korea visa, Global Startup Center, etc.), and ▲operation of an integrated package for PoC (Proof of Concept), investment attraction, and Korean partner matching, etc., to help overseas startups make a stable, soft landing and grow in the Korean startup ecosystem.
Jeong-Hyeon Jeon, CEO of AGCC, said, “AGCC will actively support overseas startups to use Korea as a strategic base for their Asian and global expansion by applying the ‘PoC-Market Entry-Investment’ model that has already been verified in the Middle East market to the Korean inbound program,” and “We will do our best to strengthen the global competitiveness of the domestic startup ecosystem.”

总部位于中东的全球商业开发商 AGCC（代表理事全正铉）17 日宣布，其已被选为由中小企业部和韩国创业振兴院主办的“2025 K-Scouter”项目的最终主办机构。
K-Scouter项目是利用主办机构的全球网络，发现并推荐希望进入韩国市场的有前景的海外初创企业，并支持其在韩国总部的迁移和新定居的入境专业化项目。赞助机构将发掘海外初创企业，并提供加速和安顿支持，直至2025年12月。

Sélection finale de l'AGCC et de l'organisation hôte « K-Scouter »
Le développeur commercial mondial AGCC basé au Moyen-Orient (PDG Jeon Jeong-hyeon) a annoncé le 17 qu'il avait été sélectionné comme organisation hôte finale du projet « 2025 K-Scouter » hébergé par le ministère des PME et des startups et l'Institut coréen pour le développement des startups et de l'entrepreneuriat .
Le projet K-Scouter est un programme spécialisé entrant qui utilise le réseau mondial de l'organisation d'accueil pour découvrir et recommander des startups étrangères prometteuses souhaitant entrer sur le marché coréen et pour soutenir la relocalisation et la nouvelle implantation de leur siège social en Corée. Les organisations sponsors découvriront des startups étrangères et fourniront un soutien à l'accélération et à l'installation jusqu'en décembre 2025.
L'AGCC prévoit de découvrir des entreprises mondiales prometteuses en utilisant son réseau de coopération pratique avec des pôles de startups mondiaux au Moyen-Orient (EAU, Arabie saoudite), en Amérique du Nord (États-Unis), en Europe du Nord (Suède) et en Asie du Sud-Est (Vietnam, Singapour). En outre, pour les 10 startups étrangères découvertes (y compris les sociétés de flip inversé), nous prévoyons de fournir ▲ une « voie rapide d'installation en Corée » couvrant la constitution, le visa et l'entrée dans un centre d'incubation en Corée, ▲ un lien avec la plateforme de réseautage mensuelle LinkX Alliance de l'AGCC et l'organisation d'une journée de démonstration, ▲ un lien de suivi avec le ministère des PME et des startups et les politiques entrantes de l'Institut coréen des startups et du développement de l'entrepreneuriat (visa Startup Korea, Global Startup Center, etc.), et ▲ exploiter un package intégré pour le PoC (Proof of Concept), l'attraction des investissements et la mise en relation de partenaires coréens, pour aider les startups étrangères à effectuer un atterrissage stable et en douceur et à se développer dans l'écosystème des startups coréennes.
