한국청년기업가정신재단(이사장 한정화)은 ‘2025년 글로벌 액셀러레이팅 지원사업(이하 GMEP)’의 공동 사업설명회를 4개 주관기관 합동으로 오는 23일 팁스타운 S2에서 개최한다고 밝혔다.
이번 설명회는 해외진출 역량을 보유한 기업 대상으로 GMEP에 대한 스타트업의 이해를 돕고, 다양한 해외 진출 수요에 대응하기 위한 프로그램 구성과 주관기관별 특화 방향을 안내하기 위해 마련됐다.
글로벌 진출을 희망하는 국내 스타트업을 대상으로 진행되며, 참여 주관 기관은 한국청년기업가정신재단, 국토교통과학기술진흥원, 한국에듀테크산업협회, 한국특허정보원 총 4개 기관이다. ▲사업소개 및 선정절차 안내, ▲주관기관별 프로그램 소개, ▲스타트업 현장 상담 및 네트워킹 등 운영 예정이다.
이번 사업설명회는 주관기관 간 협업으로 추진되는 최초의 설명회로, 미주·유럽 등 다양한 권역의 글로벌 액셀러레이팅 프로그램을 한자리에서 비교·이해할 수 있다는 점에서 큰 의미가 있다.
GMEP은 중소벤처기업부가 총괄하고 창업진흥원이 전담하는 대표적인 글로벌 진출 지원 프로그램으로, 국내 유망 스타트업이 해외 현지에서 PoC(제품·서비스 검증), 투자유치, 사업화 협력 등 전 과정을 수행할 수 있도록 현지 액셀러레이터와 함께 밀착 지원하는 방식으로 운영된다.
올해는 미국, 유럽, 동남아, 아프리카 등 다양한 권역에서 스타트업의 성공적인 글로벌 스케일업을 위한 프로그램을 운영할 예정이며, 이번 설명회에 참여하는 4개 주관기관은 산업 특성과 글로벌 네트워크를 기반으로 차별화된 프로그램을 운영을 통해 참여기업을 지원할 계획이다.
기관별로 살펴보면 ▲한국청년기업가정신재단은 서비스플랫폼·빅데이터·지능형로봇 스타트업의 미국(서니베일·샌프란시스코) 진출을 도와 성장단계별 맞춤형 액셀러레이팅과 사업화검증 및 기술실증(PoC), 글로벌 파트너십 연계를 통해 실질적 진출 성과를 창출하는 데 중점을 둘 계획이며 ▲한국에듀테크산업협회는 에듀테크 스타트업의 미국(샌프란시스코·산호세) 진출을 지원하며, 실리콘밸리 현지 액셀러레이터와 협력하여 구글·스탠퍼드대 방문, TechCrunch 연계 데모데이 등을 통해 실증 기반의 글로벌 확장을 추진한다.
▲한국특허정보원은 IP 기반 딥테크 창업기업의 미국(서니베일·마운틴뷰) 진출을 지원하여 실리콘밸리의 글로벌 액셀러레이터와 협력하여 PoC, 기술사업화, VC 대상 IR 등 기술 중심 스타트업에 최적화된 프로그램을 운영하게된다. ▲국토교통과학기술진흥원은 국토교통 스타트업의 독일·핀란드 진출을 지원하고 도이치반, Microsoft, NVIDIA 등 글로벌 기업과의 기술 협업, SLUSH 등 유럽 창업 생태계와의 교류를 통해 PoC부터 IR까지 아우르는 통합 프로그램을 운영할 계획이다.
한국청년기업가정신재단 GMEP 사업관계자는 “본 사업은 단순한 해외 진출을 넘어, 창업기업이 현지 시장을 이해하고, 사업화 검증 및 기술 실증을 거쳐, 판로 개척과 잠재적 파트너 매칭까지 이어질 수 있도록 구성된 종합 프로그램으로, 현지 액셀러레이터와의 밀착 협업을 통해 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖춘 창업기업을 육성하는 데 중점을 두고 있다”고 말했다.
한편 이번 설명회를 통해 국내 스타트업은 기관별 프로그램을 비교하여 자사에 적합한 프로그램을 선택할 수 있으며, 사업 신청은 5월 8일(목)까지 가능하다.

Korea Youth Entrepreneurship Foundation, '2025 Global Acceleration Support Project' held
The Korea Youth Entrepreneurship Foundation (Chairman Han Jeong-hwa) announced that it will hold a joint business briefing session for the '2025 Global Acceleration Support Project (hereinafter referred to as GMEP)' with four hosting organizations at Tipstown S2 on the 23rd.
This briefing session was prepared to help startups understand GMEP and provide guidance on program composition and specialized directions for each hosting organization to respond to various overseas expansion demands, targeting companies with overseas expansion capabilities.
This event is for domestic startups that wish to enter the global market, and the participating organizations are the Korea Entrepreneurship Foundation, the Korea Agency for Infrastructure Technology Advancement, the Korea Edutech Industry Association, and the Korea Intellectual Property Office. The event will provide ▲business introduction and guidance on selection procedures, ▲program introduction by each hosting organization, ▲startup on-site consultation and networking, etc.
This business briefing is the first of its kind to be held in collaboration between the hosting organizations, and is very meaningful in that it allows for comparison and understanding of global accelerating programs from various regions, including the Americas and Europe, in one place.
GMEP is a representative global expansion support program overseen by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and managed by the Korea Institute of Startups and Entrepreneurship Development. It is operated in a way that provides close support to promising domestic startups so that they can carry out the entire process, including PoC (product/service verification), investment attraction, and commercialization cooperation, in cooperation with local accelerators overseas.
This year, we plan to operate programs for successful global scale-up of startups in various regions including the US, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Africa, and the four hosting organizations participating in this briefing session plan to support participating companies by operating differentiated programs based on industry characteristics and global networks.
By organization, ▲The Korea Entrepreneurship Foundation plans to focus on creating tangible results of advancement through customized acceleration by growth stage, commercialization verification and technology demonstration (PoC), and global partnership linkage to help service platform, big data, and intelligent robot startups advance into the US (Sunnyvale and San Francisco). ▲The Korea EdTech Industry Association supports EdTech startups advance into the US (San Francisco and San Jose) and promotes global expansion based on evidence through activities such as visits to Google and Stanford University and demo days linked to TechCrunch in cooperation with local accelerators in Silicon Valley.
▲The Korea Intellectual Property Office will support the entry of IP-based deep-tech startups into the US (Sunnyvale and Mountain View) and, in cooperation with global accelerators in Silicon Valley, will operate programs optimized for technology-centered startups, such as PoC, technology commercialization, and IR for VCs. ▲The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport plans to support the entry of land, infrastructure and transport startups into Germany and Finland and operate an integrated program encompassing PoC to IR through technology collaboration with global companies such as Deutsche Bahn, Microsoft, and NVIDIA, and exchanges with the European startup ecosystem such as SLUSH.
A GMEP project official from the Korea Entrepreneurship Foundation said, “This project is a comprehensive program that goes beyond simple overseas expansion to help startups understand local markets, go through commercialization verification and technology verification, and then move on to market development and potential partner matching. It focuses on fostering startups with global competitiveness through close collaboration with local accelerators.”
Meanwhile, through this briefing session, domestic startups can compare programs by institution and choose a program that suits their company, and business applications are available until Thursday, May 8.

GMEPは中小ベンチャー企業部が総括して創業振興院が専担する代表的なグローバル進出支援プログラムで、国内有望スタートアップが海外現地でPoC（製品・サービス検証）、投資誘致、事業化協力など全過程を遂行できるように現地アクセラレーターと密着支援する方式で運営される。
今年は米国、ヨーロッパ、東南アジア、アフリカなど多様な圏域でスタートアップの成功したグローバルスケールアップのためのプログラムを運営する予定であり、今回の説明会に参加する4つの主管機関は産業特性とグローバルネットワークを基に差別化されたプログラムを運営を通じて参加企業を支援する計画だ。
機関別に見てみると▲韓国青年企業家庭新財団はサービスプラットフォーム・ビッグデータ・インテリジェントロボットスタートアップの米国（サニーベール・サンフランシスコ）進出を支援成長段階別オーダーメード型アクセラレーティングと事業化検証及び技術実証（PoC）、グローバルパートナーシップ連携を通じて実質進出成果を創出▲韓国エデュテック産業協会はエデュテックスタートアップの米国（サンフランシスコ・サンノゼ）進出を支援し、シリコンバレー現地アクセラレータと協力してグーグル・スタンフォード大学訪問、TechCrunch連携デモデーなどを通じて実証基盤のグローバル拡張を推進する。
▲韓国特許情報院はIPベースのディープテック創業企業の米国(サニーベール・マウンテンビュー)進出を支援し、シリコンバレーのグローバルアクセラレータと協力してPoC、技術事業化、VC対象IRなど技術中心スタートアップに最適化されたプログラムを運営することになる。東一班、Microsoft、NVIDIAなどグローバル企業との技術コラボレーション、SLUSHなど欧州創業生態系との交流を通じてPoCからIRまで組み合わせる統合プログラムを運営する計画だ。
韓国青年企業家庭新財団GMEP事業関係者は「本事業は単純な海外進出を超え、創業企業が現地市場を理解し、事業化検証及び技術実証を経て、販路開拓と潜在的パートナーマッチングまで繋がるように構成された総合プログラムで、現地アクセラレーターとの密着企業協業重点を置いている」と話した。
一方、今回の説明会を通じて国内スタートアップは機関別プログラムを比較して自社に適したプログラムを選択することができ、事業申請は5月8日(木)まで可能だ。

韩国青年创业财团（会长韩正华）表示，将于23日与4家主办机构在Tipstown S2举办“2025全球加速支援项目（以下简称GMEP）”联合事业说明会。
此次说明会旨在帮助初创企业了解GMEP，针对具有海外拓展能力的企业，指导项目构成，并针对各主办机构如何应对各种海外拓展需求，提供专业化的方向指导。
此次活动面向希望进军全球市场的韩国初创企业，参与机构包括韩国创业基金会、韩国基础设施技术振兴院、韩国教育科技产业协会和韩国知识产权局。 ▲计划开展企业介绍及选拔流程指导、▲各主办机构项目介绍、▲创业现场咨询及交流等活动。
此次商务说明会是主办方首次联合举办，能够在同一个场所比较和了解美洲、欧洲等不同地区的全球加速项目，具有十分重要的意义。
GMEP 是一个具有代表性的全球扩张支持计划，由中小企业和创业部监管，并由韩国创业和创业发展研究所管理。其运营方式是密切支持国内有前景的初创企业，与海外当地加速器合作，开展包括PoC（产品/服务验证）、招商引资、商业化合作在内的整个流程。
今年，我们计划在美国、欧洲、东南亚、非洲等各个地区运营帮助初创企业成功实现全球规模扩张的计划，参加本次说明会的四家主办机构计划根据行业特点和全球网络运营差异化计划，为参与企业提供支持。
以组织形式来看▲韩国创业财团计划通过按成长阶段定制化的加速、事业化验证及技术实证（PoC）、全球合作伙伴关系等，集中创造切实的推进成果，帮助服务平台、大数据、智能机器人等初创企业进军美国（桑尼维尔、旧金山）。 ▲韩国教育科技产业协会支持教育科技初创公司进军美国（旧金山、圣何塞），并与硅谷当地加速器合作，通过访问谷歌、斯坦福大学、与TechCrunch联动的Demo Day等活动，有据可依地推动全球扩张。
▲韩国知识产权局将与硅谷全球加速器合作，支持以IP为基础的深度科技初创公司进入美国（桑尼维尔和山景城），并运营针对技术型初创公司优化的计划，例如PoC、技术商业化和VC的IR等。 ▲国土交通省计划支持土地、基础设施和交通初创企业进军德国和芬兰，并通过与德国铁路、微软、NVIDIA等全球企业进行技术合作以及与SLUSH等欧洲初创企业生态系统的交流，运营从PoC到IR的一体化计划。
韩国创业基金会GMEP项目相关负责人表示：“该项目是一项综合性计划，超越了简单的海外扩张，旨在帮助初创企业了解当地市场，进行商业化验证和技术验证，进而推进市场开发和潜在合作伙伴匹配。该项目致力于通过与当地加速器密切合作，培育具有全球竞争力的初创企业。”
同时，通过本次说明会，国内初创企业可以比较各机构的项目，选择适合自己公司的项目，商业申请截止日期为5月8日（星期四）。

La Fondation coréenne pour l'entrepreneuriat des jeunes (président Han Jeong-hwa) a annoncé qu'elle organiserait une séance d'information commerciale conjointe pour le « Projet mondial de soutien à l'accélération 2025 (ci-après dénommé GMEP) » avec quatre organisations hôtes à Tipstown S2 le 23.
Cette séance d'information a été préparée pour aider les startups à comprendre le GMEP et fournir des conseils sur la composition du programme et des orientations spécialisées pour chaque organisation d'hébergement afin de répondre à diverses demandes d'expansion à l'étranger, ciblant les entreprises ayant des capacités d'expansion à l'étranger.
Cet événement s'adresse aux startups nationales souhaitant pénétrer le marché mondial. Les organisations participantes sont la Korea Entrepreneurship Foundation, l'Agence coréenne pour l'avancement des technologies d'infrastructure, l'Association coréenne de l'industrie Edutech et l'Office coréen de la propriété intellectuelle. ▲Nous prévoyons de proposer des conseils sur le processus de présentation et de sélection des entreprises, ▲la présentation du programme par chaque organisation d'accueil, ▲la consultation et le réseautage sur place des startups, etc.

Le GMEP est un programme représentatif de soutien à l'expansion mondiale supervisé par le ministère des PME et des startups et géré par l'Institut coréen des startups et du développement de l'entrepreneuriat. Il est exploité de manière à fournir un soutien étroit aux startups nationales prometteuses afin qu'elles puissent mener à bien l'ensemble du processus, y compris la PoC (vérification du produit/service), l'attraction des investissements et la coopération en matière de commercialisation, en coopération avec des accélérateurs locaux à l'étranger.
Cette année, nous prévoyons de mettre en œuvre des programmes pour le développement mondial réussi des startups dans diverses régions, notamment aux États-Unis, en Europe, en Asie du Sud-Est et en Afrique, et les quatre organisations hôtes participant à cette séance d'information prévoient de soutenir les entreprises participantes en mettant en œuvre des programmes différenciés en fonction des caractéristiques de l'industrie et des réseaux mondiaux.

▲L'Office coréen de la propriété intellectuelle soutiendra l'entrée de startups de haute technologie basées sur la propriété intellectuelle aux États-Unis (Sunnyvale et Mountain View) et mettra en œuvre des programmes optimisés pour les startups axées sur la technologie, tels que PoC, la commercialisation de technologies et IR pour les VC, en coopération avec des accélérateurs mondiaux de la Silicon Valley. ▲Le ministère du Territoire, des Infrastructures et des Transports prévoit de soutenir l'avancement des startups du secteur du territoire, des infrastructures et des transports en Allemagne et en Finlande, et de mettre en œuvre un programme intégré couvrant tout, du PoC à l'IR, grâce à une collaboration technologique avec des entreprises mondiales telles que Deutsche Bahn, Microsoft et NVIDIA, et des échanges avec l'écosystème européen des startups telles que SLUSH.
Un responsable du projet GMEP de la Fondation coréenne pour l'entrepreneuriat a déclaré : « Ce projet est un programme complet qui va au-delà de la simple expansion à l'étranger. Il aide les startups à comprendre les marchés locaux, à valider leur commercialisation et leur technologie, puis à développer leur marché et à trouver des partenaires potentiels. Il vise à favoriser la compétitivité mondiale des startups grâce à une étroite collaboration avec les accélérateurs locaux. »
En attendant, grâce à cette séance d'information, les startups nationales peuvent comparer les programmes par institution et choisir un programme qui convient à leur entreprise, et les candidatures commerciales sont disponibles jusqu'au jeudi 8 mai.
