생성형 인공지능(AI) 기반 빅데이터 분석 전문 기업 뉴엔AI(구 알에스엔, 대표 배성환)는 금융위원회에 증권신고서를 제출하고 본격적인 공모 절차에 착수했다고 23일 밝혔다.
뉴엔AI는 이번 상장을 통해 총 2,220,000주의 신주를 공모할 계획이며, 희망 공모가는 13,000원~15,000원으로 책정됐다. 이에 따른 공모 예정 금액은 약 289억 원에서 333억 원 규모다. 수요예측은 오는 6월 9일부터 13일까지 5일간 진행되며, 일반 청약은 6월 19일부터 20일까지 이틀간 실시된다. 상장 주관사는 NH투자증권으로, 뉴엔AI는 연내 코스닥 시장 상장을 목표로 하고 있다.
