부동산 거래 지원 플랫폼 ‘안전집사’가 인포뱅크로부터 투자를 유치했다고 25일 밝혔다.
이번 투자는 2025년 2월 결성된 인포뱅크의 ‘스타트업 코리아 IB 초격차 펀드’를 통해 이루어졌다. 해당 펀드에는 토스(비바리퍼블리카), 한국벤처투자, 대양전기공업, 에이피엠테크놀러지스 등이 주요 출자자(LP)로 참여하고 있다.
인포뱅크는 TIPS(Tech Incubator Program for Startup) 운영사이자, 스케일업 TIPS 프로그램도 운영하는 등 국내에서 활발히 활동 중인 액셀러레이터로, 약 300여 개의 스타트업 포트폴리오를 보유하고 있다.
안전집사는 부동산 초보자도 보다 안전하게 집을 구할 수 있도록 돕는 플랫폼으로, 단순 매물 검색을 넘어 집 방문 및 계약 단계까지 통합된 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 특히 전세사기 방지를 위한 기능으로, 계약 전 집주인의 갭투자자 여부를 사전에 확인할 수 있는 서비스를 운영하고 있다. 이 기능은 국내 1위 신용평가사 NICE평가정보와 공동으로 개발해 데이터 신뢰도를 확보했다.
또한, 집을 구하는 전 과정을 통합적으로 지원하는 시스템을 갖추고 있으며, 현재 수도권 공인중개사 약 1만여 명이 가입해 플랫폼을 활용 중이다. 이는 수도권 전체 공인중개사의 약 20% 수준이다.
이번 투자 및 제휴를 계기로 안전집사는 주요 LP인 토스와의 협력을 통해 부동산 관련 금융 서비스 고도화에도 나설 계획이다.
한편, 토스 관계자는 “양사의 협업을 통해 빠른 시일 내에 동반 성장이 가능할 것으로 기대하고 있다”고 전했다. 서울핀테크랩 관계자 또한 “안전집사는 부동산 시장의 투명성과 신뢰성을 제고하는 혁신적인 서비스를 제공하고 있다”며 “향후 성장 가능성이 높은 기업”이라고 평가했다.

In addition, it has a system that comprehensively supports the entire process of finding a home, and currently, about 10,000 licensed real estate agents in the metropolitan area have signed up and are utilizing the platform. This is about 20% of all licensed real estate agents in the metropolitan area.
With this investment and partnership, Anseondusa plans to further advance real estate-related financial services through cooperation with its major LP, Toss.
Meanwhile, a Toss official said, “We expect that the collaboration between the two companies will allow for rapid growth.” A Seoul Fintech Lab official also said, “Safe Butler is providing an innovative service that enhances transparency and reliability in the real estate market,” and evaluated it as “a company with high growth potential in the future.”

安全執事は、不動産初心者でもより安全に家を救うことを支援するプラットフォームで、単純な物件検索を超えて家訪問や契約段階まで統合されたサービスを提供している。特にチャーター詐欺防止のための機能で、契約前の家主のギャップ投資の有無を事前に確認できるサービスを運営している。この機能は国内１位の信用評価会社ＮＩＣＥ評価情報と共同で開発し、データ信頼度を確保した。
また、家を救う全過程を統合的に支援するシステムを備えており、現在首都圏公認仲介士約1万人余りが加入してプラットフォームを活用中だ。これは首都圏全体公認仲介士の約２０％水準だ。
今回の投資及び連携を契機に安全執事は主要LPであるトスとの協力を通じて不動産関連金融サービスの高度化にも乗り出す計画だ。
一方、トス関係者は「両社のコラボレーションを通じて、早いうちに同伴成長が可能だと期待している」と伝えた。ソウルフィンテックラップ関係者も「安全執事は不動産市場の透明性と信頼性を高める革新的なサービスを提供している」とし「今後の成長可能性が高い企業」と評価した。
