중소벤처기업부(장관 오영주)와 창업진흥원(원장 유종필)은 프랑스 파리에서 열리는 ‘비바테크놀로지(VIVA Technology 2025, 이하 비바테크)’에 ‘케이-스타트업(K-Startup) 통합관’을 오는 6월 11일부터 6월 14일(현지시간 기준)까지 운영할 계획이라고 밝혔다.
프랑스 비바테크는 미국 CES, 스페인 MWC와 함께 글로벌 3대 기술 박람회로 꼽히는 유럽 최대 규모의 창업기업 전시회로 2016년부터 프랑스 미디어사인 Groupe Les Echos와 Publicis Groupe가 주최하며, 작년에는 일론 머스크(테슬라, CEO), 린다 야카리노(X, CEO)가 참여하였으며, 160개 국가, 400명의 연사, 1만 3천 500개의 창업기업, 16만 5천명 이상의 참관객이 참여했다.
중소벤처기업부와 창업진흥원은 ’23년 비바테크의 ‘올해의 국가’에 한국이 선정된 이후로 매년 케이-스타트업 통합관을 구성하고 유럽 진출을 희망하는 유망 창업기업을 선발하여 맞춤형 사업매칭, 현지 교류행사 등의 프로그램을 제공하고 있다.
2025년에는 ‘혁신의 새로운 지평선’이라는 주제로 기술이 미치는 영향에 초점을 맞추어 미래산업과 윤리 거버넌스 등의 주제가 추가 되었으며 ‘올해의 국가’로는 캐나다가 선정됐다.
특히 이번 통합관 운영을 위해 창업진흥원, 경기창조경제혁신센터, 충남창조경제혁신센터, 인천테크노파크, 서울AI허브 5개 참여기관이 지난 18일(금)에 업무협약을 체결하였으며 창업기업의 유럽진출을 위해 사전역량강화 등 각 기관의 고유역량을 활용하여 지원할 예정이다.
창업진흥원 유종필 원장은 “프랑스는 유럽 기술혁신의 중심지로 자리매김하였으며, 창업기업의 유럽시장 진출을 위한 가늠터”라며, “앞으로도 ‘케이-스타트업’의 우수성을 전 세계에 알리며 창업기업의 해외시장 개척을 위해 적극 지원할 것”이라고 밝혔다.
한편 창업진흥원은 창업기업의 해외 시장 진출을 지원하기 위하여 올해 상반기에 인도 스타트업 마하쿰(Startup Mahakumbh, 4월), 프랑스 비바테크(VIVA Technology, 6월) 전시회 참여를 지원했다.
다가오는 하반기에는 싱가포르 스위치(SWITCH, 10월 예정), 사우디아라비아 비반(BIBAN, 11월 예정), 미국 CES전시회(’26.1월 예정)에 참여할 우수 창업기업을 지원하기 위해 4월 중 각 통합관 운영에 참여할 참여기관을 모집할 예정으로 자세한 내용은 K-Startup 누리집을 통해 확인할 수 있다.

Ministry of SMEs and Startups and Startup Agency to Operate Integrated ‘K-Startup’ Hall at Vivatech 2025
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Oh Young-joo) and the Korea Institute for Startups and Entrepreneurship Development (President Yoo Jong-pil) announced that they plan to operate the 'K-Startup Integrated Hall' at 'VIVA Technology 2025 (hereinafter VIVATECH)' to be held in Paris, France from June 11 to June 14 (local time).
France's VivaTech is considered one of the top three global technology exhibitions along with CES in the U.S. and MWC in Spain. It is the largest startup exhibition in Europe and has been hosted by French media companies Groupe Les Echos and Publicis Groupe since 2016. Last year, Elon Musk (Tesla, CEO) and Linda Yaccarino (X, CEO) participated, and 160 countries, 400 speakers, 13,500 startups, and over 165,000 visitors participated.
Since Korea was selected as VivaTech's 'Country of the Year' in 2023, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea Institute of Startups and Entrepreneurship Development have established the K-Startup Integrated Hall every year and have been providing programs such as customized business matching and local exchange events to select promising startups hoping to advance into Europe.
In 2025, the theme was ‘New Horizons for Innovation’, focusing on the impact of technology, adding topics such as future industries and ethical governance, and Canada was selected as ‘Country of the Year’.
In particular, for the operation of this integrated center, five participating organizations, including the Startup Promotion Agency, Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation, Chungnam Center for Creative Economy and Innovation, Incheon Technopark, and Seoul AI Hub, signed a business agreement on the 18th (Friday) and plan to support startups by utilizing their own unique capabilities, such as strengthening their pre-capacity, to advance into Europe.
Yoo Jong-pil, the president of the Korea Institute for Startups and Entrepreneurship Development, said, “France has established itself as the center of technological innovation in Europe and is a stepping stone for startups to enter the European market,” and added, “We will continue to promote the excellence of ‘K-Startup’ to the world and actively support startups to explore overseas markets.”
Meanwhile, in order to support startups’ entry into overseas markets, the Startup Promotion Agency supported their participation in the Startup Mahakumbh (April) exhibition in India and VIVA Technology (June) exhibition in France in the first half of this year.
In order to support excellent startups participating in Singapore SWITCH (scheduled for October), Saudi Arabia BIBAN (scheduled for November), and the US CES exhibition (scheduled for January 26) in the second half of the year, we plan to recruit participating organizations to operate each integrated hall in April. 中小ベンチャー企業部と創業振興院は「23年ビバテックの「今年の国家」に韓国が選ばれて以来、毎年ケイスタートアップ統合官を構成し、欧州進出を希望する有望創業企業を選抜し、カスタマイズされた事業マッチング、現地交流行事などのプログラムを提供している。
2025年には「革新の新しい地平線」というテーマで技術が及ぼす影響に焦点を当て、未来産業と倫理ガバナンスなどのテーマが追加され、「今年の国家」としてはカナダが選ばれた。
特に今回の統合館運営のために創業振興院、京畿創造経済革新センター、忠南創造経済革新センター、仁川テクノパーク、ソウルAIハブの5つの参加機関が18日(金)に業務協約を締結し、創業企業の欧州進出のために事前能力強化など各機関の固有力量を活用。
創業振興院ユ・ジョンピル院長は「フランスは欧州技術革新の中心地として位置づけ、創業企業の欧州市場進出のためのスケール」とし、「今後も「ケイスタートアップ」の優秀性を全世界に知らせ、創業企業の海外市場開拓のために積極的に支援する」と明らかにした。
一方、創業振興院は創業企業の海外市場進出を支援するため、今年上半期にインドスタートアップマハクム（Startup Mahakumbh、4月）、フランスビバテック（VIVA Technology、6月）展示会参加を支援した。
今後の下半期には、シンガポールスイッチ（SWITCH、10月予定）、サウジアラビアビバン（BIBAN、11月予定）、米国CES展示会（'26.1月予定）に参加する優秀創業企業を支援するため、4月中に各インテグレータ運営に参加する参加機関を募集する予定。

中小企业部（部长吴英珠）和韩国创业振兴院（院长刘钟弼）表示，计划在6月11日至14日（当地时间）于法国巴黎举办的“VIVA Technology 2025（以下简称VIVATECH）”上运营“K-Startup综合馆”。
法国VivaTech展会与美国CES、西班牙MWC并称为全球三大科技展会。它是欧洲最大的初创企业展会，自2016年起由法国媒体集团Les Echos和Publicis Groupe主办。去年，埃隆·马斯克（特斯拉，首席执行官）和琳达·亚卡里诺（X，首席执行官）参加了展会，共有160个国家、400名演讲者、13,500家初创企业和超过165,000名参观者参加了展会。
自韩国于2023年被选为VivaTech“年度国家”以来，中小企业部和韩国创业企业发展研究院每年都会设立K-Startup综合馆，并通过提供定制化商业匹配和当地交流活动等项目，选拔有潜力进军欧洲的初创企业。
2025年的主题为“创新新视野”，关注技术的影响，增加了未来产业和道德治理等主题，加拿大被选为“年度国家”。

Le ministère des PME et des startups et l'Agence des startups exploiteront le hall intégré « K-Startup » à Vivatech 2025
Le ministère des PME et des startups (ministre Oh Young-joo) et l'Institut coréen pour le développement des startups et de l'entrepreneuriat (président Yoo Jong-pil) ont annoncé qu'ils prévoyaient d'exploiter le « K-Startup Integrated Hall » à « VIVA Technology 2025 (ci-après VIVATECH) » qui se tiendra à Paris, en France, du 11 au 14 juin (heure locale).
Le salon VivaTech en France est considéré comme l'un des trois plus grands salons technologiques mondiaux avec le CES aux États-Unis et le MWC en Espagne. Il s'agit du plus grand salon de startups en Europe et il est organisé par les sociétés de médias françaises Groupe Les Echos et Publicis Groupe depuis 2016. L'année dernière, Elon Musk (Tesla, PDG) et Linda Yaccarino (X, PDG) y ont participé, et 160 pays, 400 intervenants, 13 500 startups et plus de 165 000 visiteurs y ont participé.
Depuis que la Corée a été sélectionnée comme « Pays de l'année » par VivaTech en 2023, le ministère des PME et des startups et l'Institut coréen des startups et du développement de l'entrepreneuriat ont créé chaque année le K-Startup Integrated Hall et ont proposé des programmes tels que des rencontres commerciales personnalisées et des événements d'échange locaux pour sélectionner des startups prometteuses souhaitant progresser en Europe.
En 2025, le thème était « Nouveaux horizons pour l’innovation », mettant l’accent sur l’impact de la technologie, ajoutant des sujets tels que les industries du futur et la gouvernance éthique, et le Canada a été sélectionné comme « Pays de l’année ».
En particulier, pour le fonctionnement de ce centre intégré, cinq organisations participantes, dont l'Agence de promotion des startups, le Centre Gyeonggi pour l'économie créative et l'innovation, le Centre Chungnam pour l'économie créative et l'innovation, Incheon Technopark et Seoul AI Hub, ont signé un accord commercial le 18 (vendredi) et prévoient de soutenir les startups en utilisant leurs propres capacités uniques, telles que le renforcement de leurs pré-capacités, pour progresser en Europe.
Yoo Jong-pil, président de l'Institut coréen pour le développement des startups et de l'entrepreneuriat, a déclaré : « La France s'est imposée comme le centre de l'innovation technologique en Europe et constitue un tremplin pour les startups qui souhaitent entrer sur le marché européen », et a ajouté : « Nous continuerons à promouvoir l'excellence de « K-Startup » dans le monde et à soutenir activement les startups dans leur exploration des marchés étrangers. »
Parallèlement, afin de soutenir l'entrée des startups sur les marchés étrangers, l'Agence de promotion des startups a soutenu leur participation au salon Startup Mahakumbh (avril) en Inde et au salon VIVA Technology (juin) en France au cours du premier semestre de cette année.
Afin de soutenir les excellentes startups participant au SWITCH de Singapour (prévu pour octobre), au BIBAN d'Arabie saoudite (prévu pour novembre) et au salon CES américain (prévu pour le 26 janvier) au cours du second semestre de l'année, nous prévoyons de recruter des organisations participantes pour exploiter chaque hall intégré en avril.
