스타에셋(주)가 국내 F&B 창업자와 외식업 경영자들을 위한 실전 성장 지원 프로그램, ‘스타 외식인 프로젝트’ 참가기업을 모집한다.
‘스타 외식인 프로젝트’는 기존의 ‘K-Food Star 챌린저 프로그램’에서 명칭과 구성을 개편한 것으로, F&B 분야의 예비 창업자, 창업 7년 이내 소상공인, 프랜차이즈 확장 희망자, F&B 브랜드(IP), 유통·제조·푸드테크·로컬 크리에이터 등 업계 종사자라면 누구나 지원할 수 있다.
본 프로그램은 스타에셋(주)의 투자연계 프로그램인 ‘K-Food Star 액셀러레이팅 프로그램’의 예비 단계로, 외식업 경영자들이 ‘장사’에서 ‘사업’으로 도약할 수 있도록 실질적인 지원을 제공하는 것이 특징이다.
모집 대상은 예비 창업자, 창업 7년 이내의 소상공인, 프랜차이즈 확장 희망자, F&B 관련 브랜드(IP), 유통·제조·푸드테크·로컬 크리에이터 등 F&B 업계 종사자이며, 모집 기간은 2025년 6월 1일(일) 24시까지이다. 부산과 서울 각 20개 기업 선착순으로 모집할 예정이며, 참가비는 무료이다.
교육 프로그램은 부산에서 2025년 6월 12일(목) ~ 6월 13일(금), 서울에서는 2025년 6월 17일(화) ~ 6월 18일(수) 일정으로 진행된다.
프로그램 주요 혜택은 선배 창업자들의 성공 사례 및 실질적인 경영 전략 공유, 정부 정책 자금 활용법, 민간 투자 연계 방안 등 경영에 필요한 실무 교육 제공, 사업 아이템 발표 및 전문가 피드백 기회 제공, 권역별 최우수 기업 선정 시, ‘K-Food Star 액셀러레이팅 프로그램’ 프리 패스권 제공, 우수 기업이 아니더라도 향후 액셀러레이팅 프로그램 지원 시 가산점 부여 등이다.

Star Asset Co., Ltd. is recruiting participating companies for the 'Star Restaurant Project', a practical growth support program for domestic F&B entrepreneurs and restaurant managers.
The 'Star Restaurateur Project' is a revised version of the existing 'K-Food Star Challenger Program' with a new name and structure. Anyone in the F&B industry, including aspiring entrepreneurs, small business owners within 7 years of starting a business, those hoping to expand a franchise, F&B brands (IP), distribution/manufacturing/food tech/local creators, etc., can apply.
This program is a preliminary stage of the 'K-Food Star Acceleration Program', an investment-linked program of Star Asset Co., Ltd., and is characterized by providing practical support to restaurant business managers to help them make the leap from 'business' to 'operation'.
The recruitment target is aspiring entrepreneurs, small business owners who have been in business for less than 7 years, those who wish to expand their franchises, F&B-related brands (IP), distribution/manufacturing/food tech/local creators, and other F&B industry professionals. The recruitment period is until 24:00 on Sunday, June 1, 2025. 20 companies each from Busan and Seoul will be recruited on a first-come, first-served basis, and the participation fee is free.
The training program will be held in Busan from Thursday, June 12 to Friday, June 13, 2025, and in Seoul from Tuesday, June 17 to Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
The main benefits of the program include providing practical education necessary for management, such as sharing of success stories and practical management strategies by senior entrepreneurs, ways to utilize government policy funds, and ways to link with private investment, opportunities to present business items and receive feedback from experts, providing a free pass to the 'K-Food Star Accelerating Program' when the best company by region is selected, and granting extra points when applying for future accelerating programs even if the company is not an excellent one.
