스마트팜 전문기업 그린플러스는 전북 김제시에 51억 원 규모의 청년 스마트팜 계약을 체결했다고 13일 밝혔다.
이번 계약은 전라북도 김제시 청하면 관상리 일대에 1만4,545㎡(4,400평) 규모로 조성되며, 완숙토마토 재배를 목적으로 하는 스마트팜 시설이다.
청년 스마트팜은 전국 지자체에 구축된 스마트팜 혁신밸리와 지역특화 임대형 스마트팜 교육 절차를 마친 농업인들을 대상으로 진행되는 정부의 스마트팜 핵심 확산정책이다. 인구소멸이 시작되고 있는 지자체들은 스마트팜 중심의 지역 발전과 인구 유입을 더욱 촉진할 계획이다.
특히, 그린플러스는 전국 스마트팜 혁신밸리의 대부분을 구축한 만큼 혁신밸리 교육생 출신의 청년농업인들은 자연스럽게 그린플러스의 스마트팜으로 이어지고 있다.
이미 경북 상주, 전남 나주, 충남 보령 등 국내 최대 청년 스마트팜 시공 실적을 보유하고 있으며 B2B, B2G 중심의 스마트팜 수주에서 실제 농업인을 대상으로 하는 B2C 비중이 크게 증가 중이다.

Green Plus Signs 5.1 Billion Won Youth Smart Farm Contract with Gimje-si, Jeollabuk-do
Smart farm specialist Green Plus announced on the 13th that it had signed a youth smart farm contract worth 5.1 billion won in Gimje-si, Jeollabuk-do.
This contract is for a smart farm facility with an area of 14,545㎡ (4,400 pyeong) in Gwansang-ri, Cheongha-myeon, Gimje-si, Jeollabuk-do, aimed at growing ripe tomatoes.
Youth Smart Farm is the government's core smart farm expansion policy that is being implemented for farmers who have completed the smart farm innovation valley and regional rental smart farm education procedures established in local governments nationwide. Local governments where population decline is beginning to promote regional development and population inflow centered on smart farms.
In particular, as Green Plus has built most of the smart farm innovation valleys across the country, young farmers who graduated from the innovation valleys are naturally moving on to Green Plus’ smart farms.
We already have the largest youth smart farm construction performance in Korea, including in Sangju, Gyeongbuk, Naju, Jeollanam-do, and Boryeong, Chungcheongnam-do, and the proportion of B2C targeting actual farmers is increasing significantly in smart farm orders centered on B2B and B2G.

スマートファーム専門企業グリーンプラスは、全北キム・ジェシに51億ウォン規模の青年スマートファーム契約を締結したと13日明らかにした。
今回の契約は全羅北道金製市庁舎なら観賞里一帯に1万4,545㎡(4,400坪)規模で造成され、完熟トマト栽培を目的とするスマートファーム施設だ。
青年スマートファームは、全国自治体に構築されたスマートファーム革新バレーと地域特化賃貸型スマートファーム教育手続きを終えた農業人を対象に進行される政府のスマートファーム核心拡散政策だ。人口消滅が始まっている自治体は、スマートファーム中心の地域発展と人口流入をさらに促進する計画だ。
特に、グリーンプラスは全国のスマートファームイノベーションバレーの大部分を構築しただけに、イノベーションバレー教育生出身の青年農業人たちは自然にグリーンプラスのスマートファームにつながっている。
すでに慶北上州、全南ナジュ、忠南保寧など国内最大の青年スマートファーム施工実績を保有しており、B2B、B2G中心のスマートファーム受注で実際の農業人を対象とするB2C比重が大幅に増加中だ。
チョン・スンテグリーンプラス代表は「現在、国内スマートファームイノベーションバレーはほとんどグリーンプラスが構築した」とし、「政府はスマートファームのスマートファームの割合を20％まで高めることを目指しており、当社は青年農業人の安定的な創業基盤の造成と地域農業競争力強化を通じてB2Cスマートファーム市場を成功的に攻略している」と述べた。

Le spécialiste des fermes intelligentes Green Plus a annoncé le 13 avoir signé un contrat de ferme intelligente pour les jeunes d'une valeur de 5,1 milliards de wons à Gimje-si, Jeollabuk-do.
Ce contrat concerne une installation agricole intelligente d'une superficie de 14 545㎡ (4 400 pyeong) à Gwansang-ri, Cheongha-myeon, Gimje-si, Jeollabuk-do, visant à cultiver des tomates mûres.
Youth Smart Farm est la principale politique d'expansion des fermes intelligentes du gouvernement qui cible les agriculteurs qui ont achevé les vallées d'innovation des fermes intelligentes et les procédures régionales de formation à la location de fermes intelligentes établies dans les gouvernements locaux à travers le pays.
