인공지능(AI) 인프라 기술 혁신기업 아크릴이 한국거래소에 코스닥 상장예비심사 청구서를 제출했다고 15일 밝혔다. 상장 주관사는 신한투자증권이다.
아크릴은 자연어 처리(NLP) 기반 딥러닝 기술에서부터 최신 대규모 언어모델(LLM) 및 MLOps 기술까지 폭넓은 AI 인프라 역량을 갖춘 기업으로 성장했다.
금번 코스닥 상장을 통해 아크릴은 AI 인프라 기술의 산업 내 확산 및 글로벌 경쟁력 확보에 나설 계획이다. 특히 중앙아시아와 동남아시아 시장을 중심으로 글로벌 시장 진출을 본격화하며, 현지 헬스케어 기업들과 함께 정부기관과 전략적 파트너십 및 협업을 적극 확대할 예정이다.
AI 개발의 필수 요소인 인프라 운영 기술을 자체 솔루션으로 공급해온 아크릴은, ‘소프트웨어 엔비디아’로 불릴 수 있는 AI 인프라 시장의 핵심 기업으로 자리매김하겠다는 목표도 내세웠다.

Acrylic, submits 'KOSDAQ listing preliminary review application' to Korea Exchange
Acrylic, an artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure technology innovation company, announced on the 15th that it had submitted an application for preliminary review for listing on KOSDAQ to the Korea Exchange. The lead manager for the listing is Shinhan Investment & Securities.
Acrylic has grown into a company with a wide range of AI infrastructure capabilities, from deep learning technology based on natural language processing (NLP) to the latest large-scale language model (LLM) and MLOps technology.
Through this KOSDAQ listing, Acrylic plans to expand its AI infrastructure technology within the industry and secure global competitiveness. In particular, it will actively advance into the global market, focusing on the Central Asian and Southeast Asian markets, and actively expand strategic partnerships and collaborations with local healthcare companies and government agencies.
Acrylic, which has been supplying infrastructure operation technology, an essential element of AI development, as its own solution, has also set a goal of establishing itself as a key company in the AI infrastructure market that can be called the 'Software Nvidia.'
