서울시가 조성하고 한국과학기술연구원(KIST)과 고려대학교가 공동 운영하는 바이오·의료 창업 지원 플랫폼 ‘서울바이오허브’가 대원제약과 협력해 『2025년 서울바이오허브–대원제약 오픈이노베이션 프로그램』을 추진한다고 29일 밝혔다.
이번 프로그램은 제약·바이오 분야 스타트업의 기술 역량을 강화하고 대기업과의 협업 기회를 제공하는 데 목적을 두고 있으며, 올해로 2회째를 맞는다. 특히 대원제약의 기술 수요와 연계한 유망 스타트업 발굴을 통해 기술 고도화 및 사업화 가능성을 함께 모색할 예정이다.
선정된 기업은 서울바이오허브와 대원제약의 공동 지원을 통해 기술 검증, 시장 진출 등 실질적 성장 기회를 얻게 된다. 서울바이오허브는 전문 액셀러레이터와 연계해 기업 진단, 국내외 전문가 컨설팅, 해외 시장 검증 등의 맞춤형 프로그램을 제공할 계획이다.
대원제약은 산업 현장에서의 실무 경험을 바탕으로 스타트업의 기술에 대한 시장성 평가, 피드백 제공, 의약품 구현 관련 조언 등을 수행한다. 또한 선발된 스타트업 중 우수기업은 대원제약이 운영하는 ‘더함 프로그램’에 참여할 수 있는 기회도 주어진다.
모집 대상은 국내 창업 8년 이내 스타트업이며, 모집 분야는 대원제약의 신사업과 관련된 △펩타이드 △저분자 △약물 전달 기술 △디바이스 기반 약물 전달 기술 등이다. 최종 선정은 서류 및 발표 평가를 통해 2개 기업이 결정된다.
참가 신청은 오는 7월 10일(목) 오후 3시까지 서울바이오허브 홈페이지를 통해 온라인으로 접수할 수 있다.
서울바이오허브사업단 김현우 단장은 “이번 협업은 공공과 민간이 함께 제약·바이오 분야의 개방형 혁신 생태계를 조성해 나가는 좋은 사례가 될 것”이라며 “서울바이오허브는 앞으로도 유망 스타트업들이 글로벌 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있도록 다양한 방식의 지원을 확대해 나갈 계획”이라고 밝혔다.

Seoul Biohub X Daewon Pharmaceutical, 2025 Seoul Biohub-Daewon Pharmaceutical Open Innovation Program
Seoul Bio Hub, a bio and medical startup support platform established by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and jointly operated by the Korea Institute of Science and Technology (KIST) and Korea University, announced on the 29th that it will be promoting the '2025 Seoul Bio Hub-Daewon Pharmaceutical Open Innovation Program' in cooperation with Daewon Pharmaceutical.
This program aims to strengthen the technological capabilities of pharmaceutical and biotech startups and provide opportunities for collaboration with large corporations, and this is its second year. In particular, it plans to discover promising startups that are linked to Daewon Pharmaceutical’s technological needs and explore technological advancement and commercialization possibilities together.
The selected companies will receive practical growth opportunities such as technology verification and market entry through joint support from Seoul Bio Hub and Daewon Pharmaceutical. Seoul Bio Hub plans to provide customized programs such as corporate diagnosis, domestic and international expert consulting, and overseas market verification in conjunction with professional accelerators.
Based on its practical experience in the industrial field, Daewon Pharmaceutical conducts marketability assessments of startups’ technologies, provides feedback, and provides advice on pharmaceutical implementation. In addition, excellent companies among the selected startups are given the opportunity to participate in the ‘The Ham Program’ operated by Daewon Pharmaceutical.
The recruitment target is domestic startups established within the past 8 years, and the recruitment fields are related to Daewon Pharmaceutical's new business, such as △peptides, △small molecules, △drug delivery technology, and △device-based drug delivery technology. The final selection will be made to two companies through document and presentation evaluation.
Applications for participation can be submitted online through the Seoul Biohub website until 3:00 PM on Thursday, July 10th.

選ばれた企業はソウルバイオハブと大原製薬の共同支援を通じて技術検証、市場進出など実質的な成長機会を得ることになる。ソウルバイオハブは専門アクセラレータと連携して企業診断、国内外専門家コンサルティング、海外市場検証などのカスタマイズされたプログラムを提供する計画だ。
大原製薬は、産業現場での実務経験に基づいて、スタートアップの技術に対する市場性評価、フィードバック提供、医薬品の実装に関するアドバイスなどを行う。また、選抜されたスタートアップの中で優秀企業は、隊員製薬が運営する「ダハムプログラム」に参加する機会も与えられる。
募集対象は国内創業8年以内のスタートアップであり、募集分野は大原製薬の新事業に関連する△ペプチド△低分子△薬物伝達技術△デバイスベースの薬物伝達技術などだ。最終選定は、書類及び発表評価を通じて2社が決定される。
参加申請は7月10日(木)午後3時までソウルバイオハブホームページを通じてオンラインで受付することができる。
ソウルバイオハブ事業団キム・ヒョヌ団長は「今回のコラボレーションは公共と民間が共に製薬・バイオ分野の開放型革新生態系を造成していく良い事例になるだろう」とし「ソウルバイオハブは今後も有望スタートアップがグローバル競争力を確保できるように多様な方式の支援を拡大していく計画。

Seoul Bio Hub, une plateforme de soutien aux startups bio et médicales créée par le gouvernement métropolitain de Séoul et exploitée conjointement par l'Institut coréen des sciences et technologies (KIST) et l'Université de Corée, a annoncé le 29 qu'elle promouvrait le « Programme d'innovation ouverte pharmaceutique Seoul Bio Hub-Daewon 2025 » en coopération avec Daewon Pharmaceutical.
Ce programme vise à renforcer les capacités technologiques des startups des industries pharmaceutiques et bio et à offrir des opportunités de collaboration avec de grandes entreprises, et c'est sa deuxième année. En particulier, nous prévoyons d’explorer les avancées technologiques et les possibilités de commercialisation en découvrant des startups prometteuses liées aux besoins technologiques de Daewon Pharmaceutical.
Les entreprises sélectionnées bénéficieront d'opportunités de croissance pratiques, telles que la vérification de la technologie et l'entrée sur le marché, grâce au soutien conjoint de Seoul Biohub et de Daewon Pharmaceutical.
