기술보증기금(이하 ‘기보’)은 기획재정부가 주관한 ‘2024 회계연도 기금운용평가’에서 ‘우수’ 등급을 달성했다고 30일(금) 밝혔다.
기금운용평가는 ‘국가재정법’에 따라 민간전문가로 구성된 기금운용평가단이 기금의 자산운용 성과와 운용체계 적정성을 평가하는 것으로, 이번 기금운용평가는 총 27개 기금을 대상으로 실시됐다. 기보는 지난해에 이어 2년 연속 ‘우수’ 등급을 획득하며, 자산운용 체계･정책･집행 전반에 걸쳐 추진해온 개선 노력과 혁신 성과를 인정받았다.
특히 기보는 운용자산 다각화를 위해 해외자산 비중을 확대하고, 금융시장 변동성에 대응하기 위해 담당 임원 주관의 전략회의를 정기적으로 개최하며 시장 변화에 따라 포트폴리오 리밸런싱을 실시하는 등 운용수익률 향상을 위해 적극적인 활동을 펼쳤다.
또한 ‘코리아 밸류업 지수’를 벤치마크 지수로 도입하고, ‘녹색펀드(Green Fund)’를 개설해 기금운용을 녹색경제활동과 직접 연계하는 등 금융시장의 최신 트렌드를 선제적으로 반영한 점도 높게 평가받았다.
이러한 성과를 바탕으로 기보는 2년 연속 ‘우수’ 등급을 달성함과 동시에, 금융성 기금 중 최고 등급을 획득하며 연기금 자산운용 분야의 모범사례로 자리매김했다는 평가를 받고 있다.
김종호 기보 이사장은 “기보는 지난해 대내외 불확실성 확대로 금융시장의 변동성이 커지는 상황에서도 시장 친화적인 자산운용 프로세스를 적극 도입해 의미있는 성과를 거둘 수 있었다”며, “앞으로도 다각적인 운용 프로세스 혁신을 통해 기금의 안정성과 수익성을 동시에 높여 나갈 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Kibo Achieves 'Excellent' Grade in Ministry of Strategy and Finance Fund Management Evaluation for 2 Consecutive Years
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “KIBO”) announced on Friday the 30th that it achieved an “excellent” grade in the “2024 Fiscal Year Fund Management Evaluation” hosted by the Ministry of Strategy and Finance.
The fund management evaluation is an evaluation of the asset management performance and the appropriateness of the management system by a fund management evaluation team comprised of private experts in accordance with the ‘National Finance Act’. This fund management evaluation was conducted on a total of 27 funds. Kibo received an ‘excellent’ grade for the second consecutive year, and was recognized for its efforts to improve and innovate across the asset management system, policy, and execution.
In particular, Kibo has been actively working to improve operating returns by increasing the proportion of overseas assets to diversify operating assets, regularly holding strategic meetings led by executives in charge to respond to financial market volatility, and rebalancing the portfolio according to market changes.
In addition, it was highly evaluated for proactively reflecting the latest trends in the financial market, such as introducing the 'Korea Value Up Index' as a benchmark index and establishing a 'Green Fund' to directly link fund management with green economic activities.
Based on these achievements, Kibo has achieved an 'excellent' rating for two consecutive years, and is evaluated as having established itself as a model case in the field of pension fund asset management by obtaining the highest rating among financial funds.

棋宝、2年連続基材部基金運用評価「優秀」等級達成
技術保証基金（以下「起報」）は、企画財政部が主管した「２０２４会計年度基金運用評価」で「優秀」等級を達成したと３０日（金）明らかにした。
基金運用評価は「国家財政法」により民間専門家で構成された基金運用評価団が基金の資産運用成果と運用体系の適正性を評価するもので、今回の基金運用評価は計27基金を対象に実施された。ギボは昨年に続き2年連続「優秀」等級を獲得し、資産運用体系・政策・執行全般にわたって推進してきた改善努力と革新成果を認められた。
特にギボは、運用資産の多角化のために海外資産の比重を拡大し、金融市場の変動性に対応するために担当役員主管の戦略会議を定期的に開催し、市場の変化に応じてポートフォリオのリバランスを行うなど、運用収益率向上のために積極的な活動を展開した。
また、「コリアバリューアップ指数」をベンチマーク指数として導入し、「グリーンファンド（Green Fund）」を開設し、基金運用をグリーン経済活動と直接連携するなど、金融市場の最新トレンドを先制的に反映した点も高く評価された。
このような成果を基に、棋保は2年連続「優秀」等級を達成するとともに、金融性基金の中で最高等級を獲得し、年基金資産運用分野のベストプラクティスとして位置づけたという評価を受けている。

Kibo连续两年在企划财政部基金管理评估中获得“优秀”评级
韩国技术金融公社（以下简称“KIBO”） 30日（周五）宣布，在企划财政部主办的“2024年度资金运营评估”中获得了“优秀”等级。
基金经营评估是根据《国家金融法》的规定，由民间专家组成的基金经营评估小组对基金资产管理业绩和管理体制的适当性进行评估。本次基金管理评价共对27只基金进行。 Kibo 连续第二年获得“优秀”评级，其在资产管理系统、政策和执行方面改进和创新的努力获得认可。
具体来说，Kibo积极致力于通过增加海外资产比例来实现经营资产的多元化，定期召开由主管高管主持的战略会议来应对金融市场的波动，并根据市场变化重新平衡投资组合，从而提高经营回报。
此外，该公司还引入“韩国价值上涨指数”作为基准指数，并设立“绿色基金”，将基金运营与绿色经济活动直接挂钩，积极反映金融市场最新动向，获得了高度评价。

Kibo obtient la note « Excellent » à l'évaluation de la gestion des fonds du ministère de la Stratégie et des Finances pour la deuxième année consécutive
La Korea Technology Finance Corporation (ci-après dénommée « KIBO ») a annoncé vendredi 30 avoir obtenu la note « excellente » lors de l'« Évaluation de la gestion des fonds de l'exercice 2024 » organisée par le ministère de la Stratégie et des Finances.
L'évaluation de la gestion du fonds est une évaluation de la performance de la gestion des actifs du fonds et de la pertinence de son système de gestion par une équipe d'évaluation de la gestion du fonds composée d'experts du secteur privé conformément à la loi sur les finances nationales. Cette évaluation de la gestion des fonds a été menée sur un total de 27 fonds. Kibo a reçu la note « Excellent » pour la deuxième année consécutive, reconnaissant ainsi ses efforts d'amélioration et d'innovation dans son système de gestion d'actifs, ses politiques et son exécution.
En particulier, Kibo s'efforce activement d'améliorer les rendements d'exploitation en augmentant la proportion d'actifs étrangers pour diversifier les actifs d'exploitation, en organisant régulièrement des réunions stratégiques dirigées par des dirigeants chargés de répondre à la volatilité des marchés financiers et en rééquilibrant le portefeuille en fonction des changements du marché.
