강원창조경제혁신센터(이하 강원혁신센터)는 6월 5일 원주 인터불고호텔 루비홀에서 바이오·헬스케어 분야 스타트업의 투자유치 역량 강화와 글로벌 진출 가능성 확대를 목적으로 ‘2025 BioHealth-Investment Insight’ 세미나를 개최했다.
이번 세미나는 ‘투자와 성공의 교차점, K-바이오헬스케어의 도약’을 주제로 열렸으며, 바이오·헬스케어 스타트업 관계자, 벤처캐피탈, 유관기관 등 약 120여 명이 참석해 해당 산업의 투자 확대와 글로벌 시장 진출에 대한 높은 관심을 나타냈다.
행사는 총 세 개 세션으로 구성됐다. Session 1에서는 △오라클벤처투자 배준학 대표의 ‘바이오-헬스케어 투자 트렌드 분석’, △한국바이오투자파트너스 이기칠 대표의 ‘단계별 투자 전략과 스케일업’, △테라젠헬스 정재호 대표의 ‘스타트업과 투자자의 관점 차이’, △바디텍메드 조성우 이사의 ‘글로벌 사업 확장 사례’ 등 실무 중심의 강연이 진행됐다.
Session 2에서는 ‘K-바이오헬스케어 스타트업의 투자유치 성공방정식과 글로벌 확장’을 주제로 패널토론이 이어졌으며, 업계 전문가들이 다양한 투자 전략과 시장 진출 경험을 공유했다.
Session 3에서는 IR 피칭 프로그램이 운영됐다. 강원혁신센터의 창업BuS 프로그램과 연계해 바이오·헬스케어 분야 스타트업이 직접 투자자 앞에서 기업을 소개하고, 실제 투자유치 기회를 모색하는 자리가 마련됐다.
이번 세미나는 산업 정보 공유를 넘어 도내 스타트업과 투자자 간 네트워킹 강화, 성공적인 투자 전략 확산, 글로벌 진출 가능성 확대 등 지역 바이오·헬스케어 생태계 전반에 실질적 기회를 제공한 것으로 평가받고 있다.
강원혁신센터 관계자는 “이번 행사는 강원지역 바이오·헬스케어 산업의 성장 가능성을 확인할 수 있는 계기였다”며 “앞으로도 도내 유망 스타트업의 지속 성장을 위한 투자 연계와 지원 활동을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Gangwon Innovation Center, '2025 BioHealth-Investment Insight' completed
Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as Gangwon Innovation Center) held the '2025 BioHealth-Investment Insight' seminar at the Ruby Hall of Wonju Interburgo Hotel on June 5th with the aim of strengthening the investment attraction capacity of startups in the bio and healthcare fields and expanding their global expansion potential.
This seminar was held under the theme of ‘The Intersection of Investment and Success, the Leap of K-Bio Healthcare’, and about 120 people including bio and healthcare startups, venture capitalists, and related organizations attended, showing great interest in expanding investment in the industry and entering the global market.
The event consisted of three sessions in total. Session 1 featured practical lectures such as ‘Analysis of Bio-Healthcare Investment Trends’ by Bae Jun-hak, CEO of Oracle Venture Investment, ‘Step-by-step Investment Strategy and Scale-up’ by Lee Ki-chil, CEO of Korea Bio Investment Partners, ‘Differences in Perspectives between Startups and Investors’ by Jeong Jae-ho, CEO of Teragen Health, and ‘Cases of Global Business Expansion’ by Cho Seong-woo, Director of Bodytech Med.
In Session 2, a panel discussion was held on the topic of ‘Successful Investment Attraction Equation and Global Expansion for K-Bio Healthcare Startups’, where industry experts shared various investment strategies and market entry experiences.
In Session 3, an IR pitching program was held. In conjunction with the Gangwon Innovation Center’s Startup BuS program, a place was created where startups in the bio and healthcare fields could directly introduce their companies to investors and seek actual investment attraction opportunities.
This seminar is evaluated to have provided practical opportunities to the entire regional bio and healthcare ecosystem, such as strengthening networking between local startups and investors, spreading successful investment strategies, and expanding the possibility of global expansion beyond sharing industrial information.
An official from the Gangwon Innovation Center said, “This event was an opportunity to confirm the growth potential of the bio and healthcare industries in the Gangwon region,” and added, “We will continue to provide investment linkages and support activities for the continued growth of promising startups in the province.”

Session 3ではIRピッチングプログラムが運営された。江原革新センターの創業BuSプログラムと連携し、バイオ・ヘルスケア分野のスタートアップが直接投資家の前で企業を紹介し、実際の投資誘致機会を模索する場が設けられた。
今回のセミナーは産業情報共有を超え、都内スタートアップと投資家間のネットワーキング強化、成功した投資戦略の拡散、グローバル進出の可能性の拡大など、地域のバイオ・ヘルスケア生態系全般に実質的な機会を提供したと評価されている。

江原道创造经济革新中心（以下简称江原革新中心）为了加强生物及健康医疗领域初创企业的招商引资能力，扩大其全球扩张潜力，于6月5日在原州因特伯格酒店红宝石厅举办了“2025生物健康-投资洞察”研讨会。
本次研讨会以“投资与成功的交汇，K-Bio Healthcare的飞跃”为主题，约120名生物及医疗健康初创企业、风险投资家、相关机构人士出席，对扩大行业投资、进军全球市场表现出浓厚兴趣。
本次活动共设三个环节。第一环节由甲骨文风险投资公司代表裴俊学主讲的“生物医疗投资趋势分析”、韩国生物投资伙伴公司代表李基七主讲的“分步投资战略与规模化”、Teragen Health公司代表郑在浩主讲的“初创企业与投资者的视角差异”、Bodytech Med公司代表赵成宇主讲的“全球事业拓展案例”等实践性讲座组成。
在第二环节中，以“K-Bio医疗保健初创企业的成功投资吸引方程式和全球扩张”为主题进行了小组讨论，行业专家分享了各种投资策略和市场进入经验。
第三部分举办了IR推介会。与江原道革新中心的Startup BuS项目合作，为生物和医疗健康领域的初创企业提供了一个平台，让他们可以直接向投资者介绍自己的公司，并寻求实际的招商机会。
本次研讨会被认为为整个区域生物和医疗保健生态系统提供了实践机会，例如加强当地初创企业和投资者之间的联系、传播成功的投资策略以及扩大除共享行业信息之外的全球扩张的可能性。

Le Gangwon Creative Economy Innovation Center (ci-après dénommé Gangwon Innovation Center) a organisé le séminaire « 2025 BioHealth-Investment Insight » au Ruby Hall de l'hôtel Wonju Interburgo le 5 juin dans le but de renforcer la capacité d'attraction des investissements des startups dans les domaines de la bio et de la santé et d'élargir leur potentiel d'expansion mondiale.
Ce séminaire s'est tenu sous le thème « L'intersection de l'investissement et du succès, le saut de K-Bio Healthcare », et environ 120 personnes, dont des startups bio et de santé, des capital-risqueurs et des organisations connexes, y ont participé, manifestant un grand intérêt pour l'expansion des investissements dans l'industrie et l'entrée sur le marché mondial.
L'événement comprenait trois sessions au total. La première session proposait des conférences pratiques telles que « Analyse des tendances d'investissement dans le secteur de la biosanté » par Bae Jun-hak, PDG d'Oracle Venture Investment ; « Stratégie d'investissement et développement à grande échelle étape par étape » par Lee Ki-chil, PDG de Korea Bio Investment Partners ; « Différences de perspectives entre startups et investisseurs » par Jeong Jae-ho, PDG de Teragen Health ; et « Cas d'expansion commerciale mondiale » par Cho Seong-woo, directeur de Bodytech Med.
Lors de la session 2, une table ronde a eu lieu sur le thème « Équation d'attraction d'investissement réussie et expansion mondiale pour les startups de soins de santé K-Bio », où des experts du secteur ont partagé diverses stratégies d'investissement et expériences d'entrée sur le marché.
Lors de la troisième session, un programme de pitching IR a été organisé. En collaboration avec le programme Startup BuS du Centre d'innovation de Gangwon, un espace a été créé où les startups des secteurs de la biotechnologie et de la santé ont pu présenter directement leurs entreprises aux investisseurs et rechercher de réelles opportunités d'investissement.
Ce séminaire est considéré comme ayant fourni des opportunités pratiques à l'ensemble de l'écosystème régional de la bio et de la santé, telles que le renforcement du réseautage entre les startups et les investisseurs locaux, la diffusion de stratégies d'investissement réussies et l'élargissement des possibilités d'expansion mondiale au-delà du partage d'informations industrielles.
Un responsable du Centre d'innovation de Gangwon a déclaré : « Cet événement a été l'occasion de confirmer le potentiel de croissance des industries de la biotechnologie et de la santé dans la région de Gangwon », et a ajouté : « Nous continuerons à fournir des liens d'investissement et des activités de soutien pour la croissance continue des startups prometteuses dans la province. »
