전남 화순 미생물실증지원센터는 11일 한국폴리텍대학 바이오캠퍼스와 바이오 전문 인력 양성을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 양 기관이 보유한 교육 자원과 인프라를 공유하고, 실무 중심의 교육과 현장 실습 기회를 확대함으로써 바이오 분야 인재 양성에 협력하는 것을 주요 목표로 한다.
협약에 따라 양측은 △시설 및 장비 공동 활용 △입시·진학 정보 교류 △전문 인력 양성 노하우 공유 △교육과정 연계 및 공동 개발 등 다양한 분야에서 협력할 예정이다.
한국폴리텍대학 바이오캠퍼스는 국내 유일의 바이오 특성화 교육기관으로, 5개 전공 학과를 운영하고 있다. 최근 3년간 평균 취업률 88.6%, 정규직 취업률 93.6% 등의 성과를 기록하며, 삼성바이오로직스를 비롯한 바이오 산업 주요 기업에 다수의 인재를 배출한 바 있다.
화순 미생물실증지원센터는 산업통상자원부와 전라남도, 화순군이 지원하는 ‘백신산업 전문인력양성사업’의 일환으로 2025년 6월 교육관을 개관할 예정이다. 센터는 GMP 실습 교육이 가능한 지역 최대 규모의 시설을 구축 중이며, 2026년까지 900명 이상의 전문 인력 배출을 목표로 하고 있다. 또한 세계보건기구(WHO)의 ‘글로벌 바이오 화순 캠퍼스’ 운영에도 참여하고 있다.
센터 관계자는 “이번 협약을 통해 학생들이 산업 현장을 직접 경험하고, 바이오 산업을 선도할 인재로 성장할 수 있는 기반이 마련됐다”며 “지속적인 협력으로 실질적인 교육 효과를 높일 것”이라고 밝혔다.

Microbial Verification Support Center Signs Business Agreement with Korea Polytechnic University Bio Campus
The Jeonnam Hwasun Microbiology Support Center announced on the 11th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with the Korea Polytechnic University Bio Campus for the training of bio experts.
The main goal of this agreement is to cooperate in fostering talent in the bio field by sharing educational resources and infrastructure owned by both organizations and expanding opportunities for practical training and field training.

Korea Polytechnic University Bio Campus is the only bio-specialized educational institution in Korea, operating five major departments. It has recorded an average employment rate of 88.6% and a regular employment rate of 93.6% over the past three years, and has produced many talented individuals for major bio-industry companies, including Samsung BioLogics.
The Hwasun Microbial Demonstration Support Center is scheduled to open an education center in June 2025 as part of the 'Vaccine Industry Professional Training Project' supported by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, South Jeolla Province, and Hwasun County. The center is building the largest facility in the region capable of GMP practical training and aims to produce more than 900 professional personnel by 2026. It is also participating in the operation of the World Health Organization (WHO)'s 'Global Bio Hwasun Campus'.
A center official said, “Through this agreement, a foundation has been established for students to directly experience the industrial field and grow into talents who will lead the bio industry,” adding, “We will increase the practical effectiveness of education through continued cooperation.”

華順微生物実証支援センターは、産業通商資源部と全羅南道、華順郡が支援する「ワクチン産業専門人材養成事業」の一環として、2025年6月に教育官を開館する予定だ。センターはGMP実習教育が可能な地域最大規模の施設を構築中であり、2026年までに900人以上の専門人材排出を目指している。また、世界保健機関（WHO）の「グローバルバイオ花順キャンパス」運営にも参加している。
センター関係者は「今回の条約を通じて学生が産業現場を直接経験し、バイオ産業を先導する人材に成長できる基盤が設けられた」とし「持続的な協力で実質的な教育効果を高めるだろう」と明らかにした。

Le Centre de soutien à la vérification microbienne signe un accord commercial avec le campus biologique de l'Université polytechnique de Corée
Le Centre de soutien à la microbiologie de Jeonnam Hwasun a annoncé le 11 qu'il avait signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec le campus biologique de l'Université polytechnique de Corée pour la formation d'experts en biologie.
L’objectif principal de cet accord est de coopérer pour encourager les talents dans le domaine biologique en partageant les ressources éducatives et les infrastructures appartenant aux deux organisations et en élargissant les possibilités de formation pratique et de formation sur le terrain.
Selon l'accord, les deux parties coopéreront dans divers domaines, notamment : ▲l'utilisation conjointe des installations et des équipements ▲l'échange d'informations sur les examens d'entrée et les promotions ▲le partage d'expertise dans la formation du personnel professionnel ▲la liaison et le développement conjoint des programmes d'études.
Le Campus Bio de l'Université Polytechnique de Corée est le seul établissement d'enseignement biospécialisé de Corée, avec cinq départements principaux. Il a enregistré un taux d'emploi moyen de 88,6 % et un taux d'emploi régulier de 93,6 % au cours des trois dernières années, et a formé de nombreux talents pour de grandes entreprises du secteur bio, dont Samsung BioLogics.
Le Centre de soutien à la démonstration microbienne de Hwasun devrait ouvrir un centre de formation en juin 2025 dans le cadre du Projet de formation professionnelle de l'industrie des vaccins, soutenu par le ministère du Commerce, de l'Industrie et de l'Énergie de la province du Jeolla du Sud et du comté de Hwasun. Le centre construit actuellement la plus grande installation de la région capable de dispenser des formations pratiques aux BPF et vise à former plus de 900 professionnels d'ici 2026. Il participe également au fonctionnement du Campus mondial de biotechnologie de Hwasun de l'Organisation mondiale de la santé (OMS).
Un responsable du centre a déclaré : « Grâce à cet accord, une base a été établie pour que les étudiants puissent découvrir directement le domaine industriel et devenir des talents qui dirigeront l'industrie biologique », ajoutant : « Nous augmenterons l'efficacité pratique de l'éducation grâce à une coopération continue. »
