전남 화순 미생물실증지원센터(센터장 조민, 이하 센터)는 서울바이오허브에서 개최한 ‘혁신 융합 서밋 – 신약소재와 비임상 실증’ 행사를 성황리에 마무리했다고 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 화순전남대학교병원과 공동으로 주최하였으며, 혁신 신약소재물질의 사업화를 지원하는 취지에서 마련됐다. 제약바이오 분야의 기업들을 대상으로 CDMO(위탁개발생산), CRO(임상시험수탁기관), GMP 컨설팅 등 신약개발 전주기에 걸친 전문가들을 초청하여 개발 과정 전반을 점검하고 네트워크를 확장하는 기회를 제공했다.
1부 세미나 강연에서는 센터가 2025년 3분기 가동 예정인 mRNA 제조동을 기반으로 기존 공공 CDMO 사업 확장 계획과 지난 6년간의 성과(Track Record) 및 공공 CDMO의 차별성과 강점을 전달했다. 이외에도 화순전남대학교병원의 기업지원 사례와 사업 소개, 비엔피케어 정재호 전무의 GMP 국제 동향, 비엑스플랜트 김희선 대표의 Value-up를 위한 R&D 개발 전략 등 다채로운 강연이 제공되어 현장 반응을 이끌었다.
2부 네트워킹 행사에서는 수도권 소재 CDMO, 연구기관, 소재·부품·장비(소부장) 기업들이 참석해 공동 사업 개발 가능성을 논의하고, 서울바이오허브 입주 기업들과의 교류를 통해 실질적인 정보 공유의 장이 마련됐다.
센터 관계자는 “최근 제약바이오 시장에서 벤처캐피탈(VC) 및 엔젤 투자 등 민간 투자가 위축되며, 많은 신약개발 파이프라인이 중단되고 있는 상황”이라며 “투자 환경이 회복되기까지 센터가 다양한 측면에서 실질적인 지원을 제공할 수 있으니 적극적인 문의를 바란다”고 전했다.

Microbial Verification Support Center, 'Innovation Convergence Summit – New Drug Materials and Non-Clinical Verification' Concluded
The Jeonnam Hwasun Microbial Validation Support Center (Director Cho Min, hereinafter referred to as the Center) announced that it successfully concluded the 'Innovation Convergence Summit – New Drug Materials and Non-clinical Validation' event held at Seoul Biohub.
This event was co-hosted with Hwasun Chonnam National University Hospital and was organized with the purpose of supporting the commercialization of innovative new drug materials. It invited experts from the entire new drug development cycle, including CDMO (contract development and manufacturing), CRO (clinical trial contract organization), and GMP consulting, targeting companies in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields, to review the entire development process and provide an opportunity to expand the network.
In the first part of the seminar, the center shared its plan to expand the existing public CDMO business based on the mRNA manufacturing facility scheduled to be operational in the third quarter of 2025, as well as its track record over the past six years and the differentiation and strengths of public CDMO. In addition, there were various lectures, such as the corporate support case and business introduction of Chonnam National University Hospital in Hwasun, GMP international trends by Executive Director Jaeho Jeong of BNP Care, and R&D development strategies for value-up by CEO Heesun Kim of BX Plant, which drew responses from the field.
The second networking event was attended by CDMOs, research institutes, and material, component, and equipment (SME) companies located in the metropolitan area, who discussed the possibility of developing joint businesses and provided a venue for sharing practical information through exchanges with companies located in the Seoul Bio Hub.
A center official said, “Recently, private investment such as venture capital (VC) and angel investment in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology market has been shrinking, and many new drug development pipelines are being halted,” adding, “Until the investment environment recovers, the center can provide practical support in various aspects, so we ask for your active inquiries.”

微生物実証支援センター、「革新融合サミット – 新薬素材と非臨床実証」仕上げ
全南華順微生物実証支援センター（センター長チョミン、以下センター）はソウルバイオハブで開催した「革新融合サミット – 新薬素材と非臨床実証」の行事を盛況裏に終えたと明らかにした。
今回の行事は華順全南大学病院と共同で主催し、革新新薬素材の事業化を支援する趣旨で設けられた。製薬バイオ分野の企業を対象に、ＣＤＭＯ（委託開発生産）、ＣＲＯ（臨床試験受託機関）、ＧＭＰコンサルティングなど新薬開発全周期にわたる専門家を招待し、開発過程全体を点検し、ネットワークを拡張する機会を提供した。
第1部セミナー講演では、センターが2025年第3四半期の稼働予定のmRNA製造棟を基盤に、既存の公共CDMO事業拡張計画と、過去6年間の成果（Track Record）および公共CDMOの差別性と強みを伝えた。他にも、華順全南大学病院の企業支援事例と事業紹介、ビエンピケアチョン・ジェホ専務のGMP国際動向、ビエックスプラントキム・ヒソン代表のValue-upのためのR&D開発戦略など多彩な講演が提供され、現場反応を導いた。
2部ネットワーキング行事では、首都圏所在のCDMO、研究機関、素材・部品・装備（小部長）企業が参加し、共同事業開発の可能性を議論し、ソウルバイオハブ入居企業との交流を通じて実質的な情報共有の場が設けられた。
センター関係者は「最近の製薬バイオ市場でベンチャーキャピタル（VC）やエンジェル投資など民間投資が萎縮し、多くの新薬開発パイプラインが中断されている状況」とし「投資環境が回復するまで、センターがさまざまな側面で実質的な支援を提供できるため、積極的な問い合わせを願う」と伝えた。

全南和顺微生物验证支持中心（所长：赵敏，以下简称该中心）宣布，在首尔生物中心举办的‘创新融合峰会-新药材料及非临床验证’活动圆满结束。

中心相关人士表示，“最近，风险投资（VC）、天使投资等民间投资在制药和生物技术市场不断萎缩，许多新药研发渠道也陷入停滞”，并表示，“在投资环境恢复之前，中心可以在各方面提供切实的支持，请大家积极垂询”。

Centre de soutien à la vérification microbienne, « Sommet de convergence de l'innovation – Nouveaux matériaux pharmaceutiques et vérification non clinique » terminé
Le Centre de soutien à la validation microbienne Jeonnam Hwasun (directeur Cho Min, ci-après dénommé le Centre) a annoncé avoir conclu avec succès l'événement « Innovation Convergence Summit – New Drug Materials and Non-clinical Validation » organisé au Seoul Biohub.
Cet événement a été organisé conjointement avec l'hôpital universitaire national Hwasun Chonnam et a été organisé dans le but de soutenir la commercialisation de nouveaux médicaments innovants. Nous avons invité des experts de l'ensemble du cycle de développement de nouveaux médicaments, y compris les CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization), les CRO (Contract Clinical Research Organization) et les consultants GMP, ciblant les entreprises des secteurs pharmaceutique et biotechnologique, pour examiner l'ensemble du processus de développement et leur offrir l'opportunité d'élargir leur réseau.

Un responsable du centre a déclaré : « Récemment, les investissements privés tels que le capital-risque (VC) et les investissements providentiels sur le marché pharmaceutique et biotechnologique ont diminué, et de nombreux nouveaux pipelines de développement de médicaments sont interrompus », ajoutant : « Jusqu'à ce que l'environnement d'investissement se rétablisse, le centre peut fournir un soutien pratique dans divers aspects, nous vous demandons donc de nous faire part de vos demandes actives. »
