반도체 부품 전문 제조기업 해성디에스는 글로벌 반도체 기업 텍사스 인스트루먼트(Texas Instruments, 이하 TI)로부터 ‘최우수 공급업체 상(Supplier Excellence Award)’을 수상했다고 밝혔다. 이번 수상은 2022년에 이어 두 번째다.
TI는 매년 전 세계 1만 개 이상의 공급업체를 대상으로 기술력, 품질, 공급 안정성, 원가 경쟁력, 환경·사회적 책임 등의 항목을 종합적으로 평가해 소수의 우수 협력사를 선정하고 있다. 2025년에는 19개 업체만이 수상했다.
해성디에스는 패키지 기판과 리드프레임 등 반도체 핵심 부품 분야에서 품질 및 납기 신뢰도를 기반으로 TI와의 공급 파트너십을 지속해 왔다. 회사 측은 이번 수상이 장기적인 신뢰 관계와 지속적인 품질 개선, 기술 협력 노력의 결과로 평가된다는 점에서 의미가 크다고 설명했다.
해성디에스 관계자는 “이번 수상은 품질 혁신과 고객 만족을 위한 내부 역량 강화가 글로벌 시장에서도 인정받았다는 점에서 의미가 있다”며, “향후에도 TI를 비롯한 글로벌 고객사와의 협력 관계를 공고히 하면서 지속 가능한 성장을 이어가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Haesung DS , a specialized semiconductor component manufacturer, announced that it received the 'Supplier Excellence Award' from global semiconductor company Texas Instruments (TI). This is the second time it has received the award, following 2022.
Every year, TI comprehensively evaluates more than 10,000 suppliers worldwide on technological capabilities, quality, supply stability, cost competitiveness, and environmental and social responsibility to select a small number of excellent partners. In 2025, only 19 companies received the award.
Haesung DS has maintained a supply partnership with TI based on quality and delivery reliability in the semiconductor core component sector, including package substrates and lead frames. The company explained that this award is significant in that it is evaluated as a result of long-term trust, continuous quality improvement, and technical cooperation efforts.
A Haesung DS official said, “This award is significant in that our internal capacity enhancement for quality innovation and customer satisfaction has been recognized in the global market,” and added, “We will continue to strengthen our cooperative relationship with global customers, including TI, and achieve sustainable growth in the future.”
