부동산 경매 정보 플랫폼 ‘경매마당’(운영사 위시드)은 부실채권(NPL) 투자 전문 기업 이엠파이낸셜대부와 NPL 분야 공동 사업 추진을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 16일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 양사가 보유한 전문성과 자원을 바탕으로 NPL 관련 사업을 공동 기획하고, 실무적 협력 체계를 구축하기 위해 마련됐다. 협약에 따라 양사는 ▲공동 사업 및 프로젝트 개발 ▲정보·인프라 공유 ▲채권 및 부동산 매물 정보 교류 ▲공동 마케팅 및 교육·세미나 개최 등 다양한 영역에서 협력할 계획이다.
이를 통해 투자자들에게 보다 향상된 정보 접근성과 실무 지원 역량을 제공하고, NPL 시장 내 투자 편의성을 제고하는 것을 목표로 한다.
경매마당은 2019년부터 부동산 경매 정보를 무료로 제공해 온 플랫폼으로, 사용자 친화적 UI와 자체 개발한 권리분석 알고리즘을 통해 초보자도 쉽게 경매 정보를 활용할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. 최근에는 NPL, 수익률 분석 등 부동산 투자 전반으로 서비스 영역을 확대하고 있다.
