세이브더칠드런 동부지역본부는 6월 12일 서울 중구 사랑의열매 회관에서 열린 ‘2025 사랑의열매 배분사업 성과공유회’에서 우수상을 받았다.
이번 성과공유회는 사랑의열매가 전국 268건의 추천 배분 사례를 대상으로 다양성 및 형평성, 혁신성, 사업성과 및 파급성, 체계성 및 합리성, 예산의 현실성 등을 종합 평가해 19건의 우수 배분사업을 선정해 진행됐다.
행사에는 배분사업 수행기관 관계자와 사랑의열매 관계자 등 약 100명이 참석해 우수 배분사업을 공유하고 지역사회 문제 해결에 기여한 활동을 소개했다. 이 자리에서 세이브더칠드런 동부지역본부는 2024년 이주배경청소년 10명을 대상으로 진행한 자립역량강화사업 ‘드림캐치’ 프로그램으로 우수 평가를 받았다.
‘드림캐치’는 청소년들이 주체적으로 자립을 모색할 수 있도록 진로탐색, 맞춤형 꿈 지원비, 사례관리, 부모교육 등 종합적인 서비스를 제공하는 프로그램이다. 사업 결과 참여 청소년들의 진로성숙도와 학업 자기효능감이 유의미하게 향상됐으며, 부모의 양육태도도 긍정적인 변화를 보인 것으로 나타났다.
세이브더칠드런 동부지역본부 울산아동권리센터 조정현 센터장은 “사업을 통해 이주배경청소년들이 자립을 위한 역량을 강화하는 데 집중했다”며 “앞으로도 이주배경청소년을 비롯해 울산 지역 아동들의 권리와 자립 지원에 힘쓸 계획”이라고 말했다.

Save the Children Eastern Regional Headquarters, '2025 Love Fruit Distribution Project Performance Sharing Meeting' Excellence Award
Save the Children Eastern Regional Headquarters received an award of excellence at the '2025 Love Fruit Distribution Project Performance Sharing Meeting' held at the Love Fruit Hall in Jung-gu, Seoul on June 12.
This performance sharing session was held by selecting 19 excellent distribution projects through a comprehensive evaluation of 268 recommended distribution cases nationwide by the Fruit of Love in terms of diversity and equity, innovation, business performance and ripple effect, systematicity and rationality, and budgetary realism.
About 100 people, including distribution project implementation agency officials and Love Fruit officials, attended the event to share excellent distribution projects and introduce activities that contributed to solving community problems. At the event, Save the Children Eastern Regional Headquarters received an excellent evaluation for the 'Dream Catch' program, a self-reliance capacity building project targeting 10 immigrant youth in 2024.
'Dream Catch' is a program that provides comprehensive services such as career exploration, customized dream support, case management, and parent education so that youth can seek independence on their own. As a result of the project, the career maturity and academic self-efficacy of participating youth significantly improved, and parents' parenting attitudes also showed positive changes.
“Through this project, we focused on strengthening the capacity of youth from immigrant backgrounds to become independent,” said Jeong-Hyeon Cho, director of the Ulsan Children’s Rights Center at Save the Children’s Eastern Regional Headquarters. “We plan to continue to work to support the rights and independence of children in the Ulsan region, including youth from immigrant backgrounds.”

セーブ・ザ・チルドレン東部地域本部は6月12日、ソウル中区愛の果実会館で開かれた「2025愛の実配分事業成果共有会」で優秀賞を受けた。
今回の成果共有会は、愛の実が全国268件の推薦配分事例を対象に多様性及び公平性、革新性、事業成果及び波及性、体系性及び合理性、予算の現実性などを総合評価し、19件の優秀配分事業を選定して進められた。
行事には配分事業遂行機関関係者と愛の実関係者など約100人が参加し、優秀配分事業を共有し、地域社会問題解決に寄与した活動を紹介した。この席でセーブ・ザ・チルドレン東部地域本部は2024年、移住背景青少年10人を対象に進行した自立能力強化事業「ドリームキャッチ」プログラムで優秀評価を受けた。
「ドリームキャッチ」は、青少年が主体的に自立を模索できるように進路探索、カスタマイズされた夢支援費、事例管理、親教育など総合的なサービスを提供するプログラムだ。事業結果参加青少年たちの進路成熟度と学業自己効能感が有意に向上し、両親の養育態度も肯定的な変化を見せたことが分かった。
セーブ・ザ・チルドレン東部地域本部蔚山児童権利センターのチョンヒョンセンター長は「事業を通じて移住背景青少年たちが自立のための力量を強化することに集中した」とし「今後も移住背景青少年をはじめ、蔚山地域児童の権利と自立支援に努める計画」と話した。

救助儿童会东部地区本部于6月12日在首尔中区爱情果实馆举行的“2025爱情果实分发项目业绩分享会”上获得了优秀奖。
本次业绩分享会由爱之果从全国268个推荐发行案例中，从多样性与公平性、创新性、经营绩效与波及效应、系统性与合理性、预算现实性等方面进行综合评估，评选出19个优秀发行项目。
约100名捐赠项目实施机构负责人和“爱果”相关人员出席了此次活动，分享了优秀的捐赠项目，并介绍了为解决社区问题做出贡献的活动。救助儿童会东部地区总部在活动中获得了“梦想接力”项目的优秀评价，该项目旨在培养2024年10名移民青少年的自立能力。
“梦想接力”项目旨在为青少年提供职业探索、定制化梦想支持、个案管理、家长教育等全方位服务，帮助他们实现自主发展。项目实施后，参与青少年的职业成熟度和学业自我效能感显著提升，家长的育儿态度也呈现出积极变化。
“通过这个项目，我们致力于增强移民背景青少年的独立能力，”救助儿童会东部地区总部蔚山儿童权利中心主任赵正铉表示。“我们计划继续努力支持蔚山地区儿童，包括移民背景青少年，的权利和独立。”

Siège régional de l'Est de Save the Children, Prix d'excellence « Réunion de partage des performances du projet de distribution de fruits de l'amour 2025 »
Le siège régional de Save the Children Est a reçu un prix d'excellence lors de la « Réunion de partage des performances du projet de distribution de fruits d'amour 2025 » qui s'est tenue au Love Fruit Hall à Jung-gu, Séoul, le 12 juin.
Cette séance de partage de performance a été organisée en sélectionnant 19 excellents projets de distribution à travers une évaluation complète de 268 cas de distribution recommandés à l'échelle nationale par Fruit of Love en termes de diversité et d'équité, d'innovation, de performance commerciale et d'effet d'entraînement, de systématicité et de rationalité, et de réalisme budgétaire.
Une centaine de personnes, dont des responsables de l'agence de mise en œuvre du projet de distribution et de Love Fruit, ont assisté à l'événement pour présenter d'excellents projets de distribution et des activités contribuant à résoudre les problèmes de la communauté. Lors de cet événement, le siège régional Est de Save the Children a reçu une excellente évaluation pour le programme « Dream Catch », un projet de renforcement des capacités d'autonomie ciblant dix jeunes immigrants en 2024.
« Dream Catch » est un programme qui offre des services complets tels que l'exploration de carrière, un accompagnement personnalisé, la gestion de cas et l'éducation parentale afin que les jeunes puissent acquérir leur indépendance. Grâce à ce projet, la maturité professionnelle et l'auto-efficacité scolaire des jeunes participants se sont considérablement améliorées, et l'attitude parentale des parents a également évolué positivement.
« Grâce à ce projet, nous nous sommes attachés à renforcer la capacité des jeunes issus de l'immigration à devenir autonomes », a déclaré Jeong-Hyeon Cho, directrice du Centre des droits de l'enfant d'Ulsan au siège régional Est de Save the Children. « Nous comptons poursuivre nos efforts pour soutenir les droits et l'autonomie des enfants de la région d'Ulsan, y compris des jeunes issus de l'immigration. »
