중소벤처기업부(장관 오영주, 이하 중기부)는 24일(화) 서울 포시즌스 호텔에서 ‘범부처 스타트업 해외진출 출범식’을 개최하고, 9개 부처가 협업하여 유망 창업기업의 해외진출을 본격 지원한다고 밝혔다.
‘Start Up, Together’라는 슬로건 아래 진행한 이번 행사에는 중기부 김성섭 차관을 비롯한 9개 부처* 관계자, 국회 산업통상자원중소벤처기업위원회 소속 김동아 의원, 창업진흥원 및 프로그램별 주관기관, ’25년 글로벌 액셀러레이팅 지원사업 참여기업 등 200여명이 참석해 스타트업 지원을 위한 범부처 협업 의지를 확인했다.

출범식에서 중기부는 그 간의 스타트업 지원 성과와 우수사례를 소개하고, 범부처 협업의 중요성을 강조했다. 아울러, 글로벌 액셀러레이팅 지원사업, 도전!K-스타트업 등 범부처 협업 창업지원사업을 안내하고 올해의 사업 추진계획도 밝혔다. 전년도 글로벌 액셀러레이팅 지원사업 참여기업인 딥세일즈(대표 김진성)도 참석해 해외 진출 성과와 경험을 공유하였다.
또한, 행사 슬로건이 부착된 박스에 부처별 프로그램 내용을 담은 깃발을 꽂는 퍼포먼스를 진행해 9개 부처가 스타트업의 글로벌 확장이라는 하나의 목표를 향해 협력한다는 메시지를 전달하고, 국내를 넘어 글로벌 시장으로 도약하는 스타트업의 여정에 이정표가 되겠다는 각오를 밝혔다.
이어진 네트워킹 시간에는 관계부처 및 주관기관, 참여기업이 함께 사업 아이템과 글로벌 진출 계획 및 각오를 묻고 답하며 소통하였다.
한편, ‘글로벌 액셀러레이팅 지원사업’은 유망 창업기업에 국내외 액셀러레이팅 프로그램과 해외진출자금을 지원하여 창업기업의 해외진출과 성장을 뒷받침하는 사업이다.
올해는 9개 부처가 참여하여 각 부처가 보유한 산업 분야별 전문성과 글로벌 역량을 바탕으로 유망 창업기업 148개사의 글로벌 진출을 맞춤형으로 지원한다. 특히, 중기부는 국내 AI 스타트업의 성장과 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 위해 AI 인프라가 풍부하고 세계 시장을 선도하는 미국 시장을 중심으로 특화지원을 강화할 계획이다.
중기부 김성섭 차관은 “9개 부처가 하나가 되어 스타트업 지원을 위한 새로운 협력의 장을 열겠다. 각 부처의 역량을 하나로 모으고 보유한 자원을 유기적으로 연계하여 스타트업의 든든한 동반자가 되겠다”라고 말했다.

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Oh Young-joo, hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of SMEs and Startups) held the 'Inter-Ministry Startup Overseas Expansion Launching Ceremony' at the Four Seasons Hotel in Seoul on Tuesday the 24th and announced that nine ministries will collaborate to provide full-scale support for promising startups to expand overseas.

At the launching ceremony, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups introduced the past startup support achievements and best practices and emphasized the importance of inter-ministerial collaboration. In addition, it introduced inter-ministerial collaborative startup support projects such as the Global Acceleration Support Project and Challenge! K-Startup, and also announced this year’s business promotion plan. Deep Sales (CEO Jinseong Kim), a company that participated in the previous year’s Global Acceleration Support Project, also attended and shared its overseas expansion achievements and experiences.
In addition, they performed a performance of planting flags containing the program details of each ministry in a box with the event slogan attached to it, conveying the message that the nine ministries are cooperating toward the single goal of global expansion of startups, and expressed their determination to become a milestone on the journey of startups that leap beyond the domestic market into the global market.
During the networking session that followed, related ministries, hosting organizations, and participating companies asked and answered questions about business items, global expansion plans, and determination.
Meanwhile, the 'Global Acceleration Support Project' is a project that supports overseas expansion and growth of promising startups by providing domestic and international acceleration programs and overseas expansion funds.
This year, nine ministries will participate and provide customized support for the global expansion of 148 promising startups based on their respective industry-specific expertise and global capabilities. In particular, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups plans to strengthen specialized support centered on the U.S. market, which has abundant AI infrastructure and is leading the global market, to promote the growth of domestic AI startups and enhance their global competitiveness.
Kim Seong-seop, Vice Minister of SMEs and Startups, said, “The nine ministries will unite to open a new chapter of cooperation to support startups. We will pool the capabilities of each ministry and organically link our resources to become a strong partner for startups.”

中期部、「部門部スタートアップ海外進出発足式」開催…「有望創業企業海外進出支援」
中小ベンチャー企業部（長官オ・ヨンジュ、以下中期部）は２４日（火）ソウルフォーシーズンズホテルで「汎部処スタートアップ海外進出発足式」を開催し、９つの省庁が協業して有望創業企業の海外進出を本格支援すると明らかにした。
'Start Up, Together'というスローガンの下で行われた今回のイベントには、中期部のキム・ソンソプ次官をはじめとする9つの省庁*関係者、国会産業通商資源中小ベンチャー企業委員会所属のキム・ドンア議員、創業振興院およびプログラム別主管機関など20年グローバルアクセラレーティング支援事業0支援のための部署のコラボレーション意志を確認した。

発足式で中期部は、その間のスタートアップ支援成果とベストプラクティスを紹介し、部署協力の重要性を強調した。さらに、グローバルアクセラレーティング支援事業、挑戦！前年度のグローバルアクセラレーティング支援事業参加企業であるディープセールス（代表キム・ジンソン）も参加し、海外進出成果と経験を共有した。
また、イベントスローガンが付着したボックスに省庁別番組内容を盛り込んだ旗を挿すパフォーマンスを進行し、9つの省庁がスタートアップのグローバル拡張という一つの目標に向けて協力するというメッセージを伝え、国内を越えてグローバル市場に飛躍するスタートアップの旅程にマイルストーンになるという。
続くネットワーキングの時間には、関係省庁及び主管機関、参加企業が共に事業アイテムとグローバル進出計画及び覚悟を問い、回答して疎通した。
一方、「グローバルアクセラレーティング支援事業」は、有望な創業企業に国内外のアクセラレーティングプログラムと海外進出資金を支援し、創業企業の海外進出と成長を支える事業だ。
今年は９つの省庁が参加し、各省庁が保有する産業分野別専門性とグローバル能力を基に、有望創業企業１４８社のグローバル進出をカスタマイズして支援する。特に、中期部は国内AIスタートアップの成長とグローバル競争力強化のためにAIインフラが豊富で世界市場をリードする米国市場を中心に特化支援を強化する計画だ。
中期部のキム・ソンソプ次官は「９つの省庁が一つになってスタートアップ支援のための新たな協力の場を開く。各省庁の力量を一つに集めて保有した資源を有機的に連携してスタートアップの心強い仲間になる」と話した。

中小企业和风险投资部（部长吴英珠，以下简称中小企业和风险投资部）于24日（周二）在首尔四季酒店举行了“部际初创企业海外拓展启动仪式”，并表示9个部委将合作为有前景的初创企业进军海外提供全方位支持。
本次活动以“Start Up, Together”为主题，韩国中小企业厅次官金成燮、9个部委*相关人士、国会产业通商资源部中小企业委员会金东雅议员、韩国创业振兴院及具体项目主办机构、‘25个全球加速支援项目’参与企业等约200人出席，彰显了部委间合作支援初创企业的意愿。

在启动仪式上，中小企业和风险投资部介绍了以往的创业扶持成果和最佳实践，并强调了部际合作的重要性。此外，还介绍了“全球加速扶持项目”和“Challenge! K-Startup”等部际合作创业扶持项目，并公布了今年的商务推广计划。参与去年“全球加速扶持项目”的Deep Sales（代表：金镇成）也出席了此次活动，并分享了其海外拓展的成果和经验。
此外，还进行了将写有各部门项目内容的旗帜插在印有活动口号的盒子里的表演，传达了9个部门为了初创企业进军全球市场这一单一目标而携手合作的信息，表达了要成为初创企业跨越国内市场、迈向全球市场的征程上的里程碑的决心。
在随后的交流会上，相关部门、主办机构和参与公司就业务项目、全球扩张计划和决心等问题进行了提问和解答。
同时，“全球加速支持项目”是通过提供国内外加速计划和海外扩张资金来支持有前景的初创企业海外扩张和成长的项目。
今年，九个部门将参与其中，并根据各自行业专长和国际化能力，为148家有潜力的初创企业提供定制化全球拓展支持。特别是，中小企业和初创企业部计划以拥有丰富人工智能基础设施、引领全球市场的美国市场为中心，加强专业化支持，以促进韩国人工智能初创企业的发展，提升其全球竞争力。

Le ministère des PME et des startups (ministre Oh Young-joo, ci-après dénommé le ministère des PME et des startups) a organisé la « cérémonie de lancement de l'expansion des startups à l'étranger interministérielle » à l'hôtel Four Seasons de Séoul le mardi 24 et a annoncé que neuf ministères collaboreront pour fournir un soutien à grande échelle aux startups prometteuses pour se développer à l'étranger.
Sous le slogan « Start Up, Together », cet événement a réuni environ 200 personnes, dont le vice-ministre des PME et des startups Kim Sung-seop, des responsables de neuf ministères*, le député Kim Dong-ah du Comité du commerce, de l'industrie, de l'énergie, des PME et des startups de l'Assemblée nationale, l'Institut coréen pour le développement des startups et de l'entrepreneuriat et des organisations organisatrices spécifiques au programme, ainsi que des entreprises participant au « 25 Global Acceleration Support Project », confirmant la volonté de collaboration interministérielle pour soutenir les startups.

Lors de la cérémonie de lancement, le ministère des PME et des Startups a présenté ses réalisations et ses meilleures pratiques en matière de soutien aux start-ups, et a souligné l'importance de la collaboration interministérielle. Il a également présenté des projets collaboratifs interministériels de soutien aux start-ups, tels que le Projet de soutien à l'accélération mondiale et Challenge! K-Startup, et annoncé le plan de promotion commerciale de cette année. Deep Sales (PDG : Jinseong Kim), entreprise ayant participé au Projet de soutien à l'accélération mondiale l'année précédente, était également présente et a partagé ses réussites et expériences en matière d'expansion à l'étranger.
En outre, ils ont réalisé une performance consistant à planter des drapeaux contenant les détails du programme de chaque ministère dans une boîte avec le slogan de l'événement attaché, transmettant le message que les neuf ministères coopèrent vers l'objectif unique de l'expansion mondiale des startups, et ont exprimé leur détermination à devenir une étape importante dans le voyage des startups qui dépassent le marché intérieur pour atteindre le marché mondial.
Au cours de la séance de réseautage qui a suivi, les ministères concernés, les organisations hôtes et les entreprises participantes ont posé et répondu à des questions sur les points commerciaux, les plans d'expansion mondiale et la détermination.
Parallèlement, le « Global Acceleration Support Project » est un projet qui soutient l'expansion et la croissance à l'étranger de startups prometteuses en fournissant des programmes d'accélération nationaux et internationaux et des fonds d'expansion à l'étranger.
Cette année, neuf ministères participeront et apporteront un soutien personnalisé à l'expansion internationale de 148 startups prometteuses, en s'appuyant sur leur expertise sectorielle et leurs capacités internationales respectives. Le ministère des PME et des Startups prévoit notamment de renforcer son soutien spécialisé axé sur le marché américain, qui dispose d'une infrastructure d'IA abondante et domine le marché mondial, afin de favoriser la croissance des startups nationales spécialisées dans l'IA et d'améliorer leur compétitivité internationale.
Kim Seong-seop, vice-ministre des PME et des Startups, a déclaré : « Les neuf ministères s'uniront pour ouvrir un nouveau chapitre de coopération en faveur des start-ups. Nous mutualiserons les compétences de chaque ministère et associerons nos ressources de manière organique pour devenir un partenaire solide pour les start-ups. »
