사단법인 초기투자액셀러레이터협회(협회장 전화성, 이하 KAIA)와 연구개발특구진흥재단(이사장 정희권, 이하 특구재단)은 6월 27일 서울 코엑스에서 ‘스타트업 인베스터 인사이트 포럼’을 공동 개최하고, 양 기관 간 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다. 이번 행사는 넥스트라이즈2025의 파트너 프로그램의 일환으로 마련됐다.
이번 포럼은 ‘딥테크 스타트업의 글로벌 오픈이노베이션과 컴퍼니빌딩’을 주제로, 극초기 단계의 스타트업에 대한 투자자 및 액셀러레이터의 역할을 조명하고, 고위험·고수익 구조를 갖는 딥테크 분야에서의 효과적인 투자 및 육성 전략을 논의하는 자리로 구성됐다.
양 기관은 이날 체결한 업무협약을 통해 ▲국가전략기술 및 딥테크 분야 초기 유망기업 발굴 및 추천 ▲투자기업의 기술사업화 및 글로벌 진출 지원 ▲공동 IR 행사 및 연계 프로그램 추진 등, 특구 내 초기기업의 투자 유치와 성장 지원을 위한 협력 체계를 구축하기로 합의했다.
포럼에서는 ▲공성현 KAIA 사무국장이 액셀러레이터의 역할과 협회의 기능에 대해 발표하고, ▲손수창 특구재단 본부장이 연구개발특구의 딥테크 스타트업 육성 전략을 소개했다. 이어 ▲안동옥 더게리슨 대표는 펩시 아시아의 오픈이노베이션 사례를 공유했고, ▲명승은 벤처스퀘어 대표는 컴퍼니빌딩을 통한 테크 스타트업 육성 방안을 발표했다. 발표 이후에는 기술사업화와 글로벌 진출 전략을 주제로 패널 토론이 이어졌다.
전화성 KAIA 협회장은 “딥테크 창업은 긴 개발기간과 높은 리스크를 동반하지만, 국가 전략산업을 견인하는 핵심 분야”라며 “특구재단과의 협업을 통해 컴퍼니빌딩을 포함한 초기 육성 제도를 강화하고, 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖춘 기술기반 스타트업을 적극 발굴하겠다”고 밝혔다.
정희권 특구재단 이사장은 “공공기술의 사업화와 첨단 스타트업 육성은 특구재단의 핵심 역할”이라며 “이번 협력을 통해 국가전략기술 기반의 유망 기업들이 시장에 보다 빠르게 안착하고 글로벌로 확장할 수 있도록 실질적인 지원을 지속하겠다”고 말했다.

Early Investment Accelerator Association, Research and Development Special Zone Promotion Foundation Sign MOU and Hold Insight Forum
The Korea Early Investment Accelerator Association (Chairman Jeon Hwa-seong, hereinafter KAIA) and the Research and Development Special Zone Promotion Foundation (Chairman Jeong Hee-kwon, hereinafter KAIA) announced that they co-hosted the 'Startup Investor Insight Forum' at COEX in Seoul on June 27 and signed a business agreement (MOU) between the two organizations. This event was organized as part of the NextRise2025 partner program.
This forum, themed ‘Global Open Innovation and Company Building of Deep Tech Startups,’ was designed to highlight the roles of investors and accelerators in very early-stage startups and discuss effective investment and nurturing strategies in the high-risk, high-return deep tech field.
Through the business agreement signed that day, the two organizations agreed to establish a cooperative system to attract investment and support the growth of early-stage companies in the special zone, including ▲discovering and recommending promising early-stage companies in the national strategic technology and deep tech fields, ▲supporting the commercialization of technology and global expansion of invested companies, and ▲promoting joint IR events and related programs.
At the forum, ▲ KAIA Secretary General Gong Seong-hyeon presented on the role of accelerators and the functions of the association, ▲ Special Zone Foundation Headquarters Director Son Su-chang introduced the R&D Special Zone’s deep tech startup fostering strategy, ▲ The Garrison CEO Ahn Dong-ok shared the case of Pepsi Asia’s open innovation, and ▲ Venture Square CEO Myeong Seung-eun presented a plan to foster tech startups through company buildings. After the presentations, a panel discussion on technology commercialization and global expansion strategies followed.
KAIA President Jeon Hwa-seong said, “Deep tech startups involve long development periods and high risks, but they are a key field that drives national strategic industries.” He added, “Through collaboration with the special zone foundation, we will strengthen the initial nurturing system, including company buildings, and actively discover technology-based startups with global competitiveness.”
Jeong Hee-kwon, chairman of the Special Zone Foundation, said, “Commercialization of public technology and fostering cutting-edge startups are the core roles of the Special Zone Foundation,” and added, “Through this collaboration, we will continue to provide practical support so that promising companies based on national strategic technologies can settle into the market more quickly and expand globally.”

フォーラムでは▲公城県KAIA事務局長がアクセラレーターの役割と協会の機能について発表し、▲孫昌唱特区財団本部長が研究開発特区のディープテックスタートアップ育成戦略を紹介した。続いて▲アン・ドンオク・ダゲリソン代表はペプシアジアのオープンイノベーション事例を共有し、▲明勝はベンチャースクエア代表はカンパニービルを通じたテックスタートアップ育成案を発表した。発表後には技術事業化とグローバル進出戦略をテーマにパネル討論が続いた。
電話性KAIA協会長は「ディープテック創業は長い開発期間と高いリスクを伴うが、国家戦略産業を牽引する核心分野」とし「特区財団との協業を通じてカンパニービルを含む初期育成制度を強化し、グローバル競争力を備えた技術基盤スタートアップを積極的に発掘した」。
チョン・ヒクォン特区財団理事長は「公共技術の事業化と先端スタートアップ育成は特区財団の核心役割」とし「今回の協力を通じて国家戦略技術基盤の有望企業が市場に迅速に安着し、グローバルに拡張できるように実質的な支援を続ける」と話した。

早期投资加速器协会与研究开发特区促进基金会签署谅解备忘录并举办洞察论坛
韩国早期投资加速器协会（会长：全华成，以下简称“KAIA”）与研究开发特区振兴财团（会长：郑熙权，以下简称“KAIA”）宣布，双方于6月27日在首尔COEX会展中心联合举办了“初创企业投资者洞察论坛”，并签署了双方业务合作协议（MOU）。本次活动是NextRise2025合作伙伴计划的一部分。
本次论坛以“全球深度科技创业公司的开放式创新与公司建设”为主题，旨在强调投资者和加速器在极早期创业公司中的作用，并讨论在高风险、高回报的深度科技领域有效的投资和培育策略。
通过当天签署的业务协议，两家机构同意建立合作体系，以吸引投资并支持特区内的早期企业成长，包括▲在国家战略技术及深技术领域发现和推荐有前景的早期企业、▲支持被投资企业的技术商业化和全球扩张、▲推动联合 IR 活动和相关项目。
论坛上，▲韩国产业振兴协会秘书长孔成铉介绍了加速器的作用和协会的职能，▲特区财团本部部长孙秀昌介绍了研发特区的深度科技创业公司培育战略，▲Garrison代表安东玉分享了百事亚洲开放式创新的案例，▲Venture Square代表明承恩介绍了通过办公楼培育科技创业公司的方案。演讲结束后，围绕技术商业化和全球扩张战略展开了小组讨论。
韩国创业家协会会长全华成表示：“深度科技初创企业虽然发展周期长、风险高，但也是推动国家战略产业的关键领域。”他还表示，“我们将通过与特区财团的合作，强化包括企业建设在内的初期培育体系，积极发掘具有全球竞争力的技术型初创企业。”
特区财团理事长郑熙权表示，“公共技术的商业化和尖端创业公司的培育是特区财团的核心职责”，并表示，“通过此次合作，我们将持续提供切实的支持，使基于国家战略技术的有前景企业能够更快地进入市场，并在全球拓展业务”。

L'Association d'accélération des investissements précoces et la Fondation pour la promotion de la zone spéciale de recherche et développement signent un protocole d'accord et organisent un forum d'information
L'Association coréenne d'accélération des investissements précoces (Korea Early Investment Accelerator Association, présidée par Jeon Hwa-seong, ci-après KAIA) et la Fondation pour la promotion de la zone spéciale de recherche et développement (R&D Special Zone Promotion Foundation, présidée par Jeong Hee-kwon, ci-après KAIA) ont annoncé l'organisation conjointe du « Startup Investor Insight Forum » au COEX de Séoul le 27 juin et la signature d'un protocole d'accord. Cet événement s'inscrivait dans le cadre du programme de partenariat NextRise2025.
Ce forum, sur le thème « Innovation ouverte mondiale et création d'entreprise de startups Deep Tech », a été conçu pour mettre en évidence le rôle des investisseurs et des accélérateurs dans les startups en phase de démarrage et discuter des stratégies d'investissement et de développement efficaces dans le domaine des technologies profondes à haut risque et à haut rendement.
Grâce à l'accord commercial signé ce jour-là, les deux organisations ont convenu d'établir un système de coopération pour attirer les investissements et soutenir la croissance des entreprises en phase de démarrage dans la zone spéciale, notamment en découvrant et en recommandant des entreprises prometteuses en phase de démarrage dans les domaines technologiques stratégiques nationaux et les technologies de pointe, en soutenant la commercialisation de la technologie et l'expansion mondiale des entreprises investies, et en promouvant des événements IR conjoints et des programmes connexes.
Lors du forum, ▲ Gong Seong-hyeon, secrétaire général de la KAIA, a présenté le rôle des accélérateurs et les fonctions de l'association, ▲ Son Su-chang, directeur du siège de la Special Zone Foundation, a présenté la stratégie de promotion des startups deep tech de la R&D Special Zone, ▲ Ahn Dong-ok, PDG de Garrison, a présenté le cas de l'innovation ouverte de Pepsi Asia, et ▲ Myeong Seung-eun, PDG de Venture Square, a présenté un plan pour promouvoir les startups technologiques par le biais de la création d'entreprises. Après les présentations, une table ronde sur la commercialisation des technologies et les stratégies d'expansion mondiale a suivi.
Le président de la KAIA, Jeon Hwa-seong, a déclaré : « Les startups de haute technologie impliquent de longues périodes de développement et des risques élevés, mais elles constituent un secteur clé qui stimule les industries stratégiques nationales. » Il a ajouté : « Grâce à la collaboration avec la fondation de la zone spéciale, nous renforcerons le système de soutien initial, notamment la création d'entreprises, et nous identifierons activement des startups technologiques compétitives à l'échelle mondiale. »
Jeong Hee-kwon, président de la Special Zone Foundation, a déclaré : « La commercialisation des technologies publiques et la promotion des startups de pointe sont les rôles principaux de la Special Zone Foundation », et a ajouté : « Grâce à cette collaboration, nous continuerons à fournir un soutien pratique afin que les entreprises prometteuses basées sur des technologies stratégiques nationales puissent s'installer plus rapidement sur le marché et se développer à l'échelle mondiale. »
