부산창조경제혁신센터(대표이사 김용우, 이하 부산창경)는 27일(금) ‘스스로 프로젝트 Prep 베트남’ 발대식을 개최하고, 비수도권 유망 스타트업 20개사의 베트남 진출을 위한 본격적인 사업 운영에 착수했다.
‘스스로 프로젝트 Prep 베트남’은 부산지방중소벤처기업청과 한국남부발전이 주최하고 부산창경이 주관하는 3단계(사전·현지·사후) 글로벌 액셀러레이팅 프로그램이다. 2024년 시범 운영을 거쳐 올해 본 사업으로 확대되었으며, 베트남을 목표로 수출, 투자 유치, 오픈이노베이션까지 연계하는 전주기적 스타트업 글로벌 진출 지원 체계를 갖추고 있다.

이날 발대식에는 부산지방중소벤처기업청, 한국남부발전, 부산창경 관계자 및 선정된 스타트업 임직원들이 참석하여 성공적인 베트남 진출을 위한 협력의 첫걸음을 내딛었다.
‘스스로 프로젝트 Prep 베트남’은 발대식에서 본격적인 기업 진단에 돌입했다. 스타트업들은 사전에 제출한 자가진단표를 바탕으로 투자사와 1:1 컨설팅을 통해 베트남 진출 목표를 수립했다. 이후 8월에 베트남 호치민에서 ▲현지 산업계 관계자 밋업 ▲IR 발표 ▲네트워킹 ▲스타트업 생태계 탐방 ▲현장방문형 비즈니스 미팅을 진행하고, 동남아 최대 글로벌 스타트업 박람회인 InnoEX 2025에 참가할 예정이다.
‘스스로 프로젝트 Prep 베트남’에서는 단순 수출 상담을 넘어 기술 협력, 공동사업화, 투자 유치 등 글로벌 오픈이노베이션 협력 기회를 확대하며, 이후 성과 점검 멘토링을 통해 기업별 진출 성과를 점검하고 후속 연계까지 이어질 수 있도록 전폭 지원할 계획이다.
부산창경 김용우 대표이사는 “스스로 프로젝트 Prep 베트남은 비수도권 스타트업이 스스로 글로벌 진출을 주도하는 사업이다”라며, “스타트업의 글로벌 오픈이노베이션 파트너십 유치를 위해 다각적 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 밝혔다.

Busan Changgyeong, Self-Project Prep Vietnam Launch Ceremony Held
Busan Creative Economy Innovation Center (CEO Yongwoo Kim, hereinafter referred to as Busan Creative Economy) held the 'Self-Project Prep Vietnam' launching ceremony on the 27th (Friday) and began full-scale business operations for the advancement of 20 promising startups outside the metropolitan area into Vietnam.
'Self-Project Prep Vietnam' is a 3-stage (pre-, local, and post-) global accelerating program hosted by Busan Regional SMEs and Startups Agency and Korea Southern Power and organized by Busan Changgyeong. After a pilot operation in 2024, it was expanded into a full-scale project this year, and has a full-cycle startup global expansion support system that links exports, investment attraction, and open innovation targeting Vietnam.

On this day, officials from the Busan Regional SMEs and Startups Agency, Korea Southern Power, Busan Changgyeong, and executives and staff from selected startups attended the inauguration ceremony, taking the first step toward cooperation for successful entry into Vietnam.
'Self-Project Prep Vietnam' started a full-scale corporate diagnosis at the launching ceremony. Startups established Vietnam entry goals through 1:1 consulting with investors based on the self-diagnosis sheet submitted in advance. After that, in August, they will hold ▲local industry people meetup ▲IR presentation ▲networking ▲startup ecosystem exploration ▲on-site business meeting in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and participate in InnoEX 2025, the largest global startup fair in Southeast Asia.
'Self-Project Prep Vietnam' will expand opportunities for global open innovation cooperation beyond simple export consultations, including technological cooperation, joint commercialization, and investment attraction. In addition, through performance review mentoring, we plan to provide full support to check the performance of each company's advancement and continue with follow-up connections.
Busan Changgyeong CEO Yongwoo Kim said, “The Prep Vietnam project is a business in which non-metropolitan startups take the lead in advancing into the global market on their own,” and added, “We will spare no effort in providing multifaceted support to attract startups to global open innovation partnerships.”

「自らプロジェクトPrepベトナム」では、単純輸出相談を超えて技術協力、共同事業化、投資誘致などグローバルオープンイノベーション協力機会を拡大し、以後の成果チェックメンタリングを通じて企業別進出成果を点検し、後続の連携までつながるよう全面支援する計画だ。

釜山昌庆，越南自主项目准备启动仪式举行
釜山创造经济革新中心（代表金龙宇，以下简称釜山创造经济）于27日（星期五）举行了‘自主项目进军越南’启动仪式，为将首都圈外的20家有前景的初创企业引进越南，开始了正式的商务运营。
“越南自主项目准备”是由釜山地方中小企业振兴院和韩国南方电力公司主办，釜山昌庆市承办的，分为前期、本地、后期三个阶段的全球加速项目。该项目于2024年试运行，今年已扩展为正式项目，并针对越南构建了连接出口、招商引资和开放式创新的全周期初创企业全球扩张支持体系。

“越南自主项目准备”在启动仪式上正式启动了企业诊断。创业公司根据事先提交的自我诊断表，通过与投资者进行一对一咨询，制定越南入驻目标。之后，8月将在越南胡志明市举办▲当地业界人士见面会▲IR发表会▲交流会▲初创企业生态系统探索▲现场商务洽谈等活动，并参加东南亚最大的全球创业博览会——InnoEX 2025。
“越南自主项目准备”项目将拓展全球开放式创新合作机会，不仅限于简单的出口磋商，还将涵盖技术合作、联合商业化、招商引资等。此外，我们还计划通过绩效评估指导，全力支持各公司推进项目的进展，并持续进行后续合作。
釜山昌庆代表金龙宇表示，“Prep Vietnam项目是帮助非首都圈初创企业独自率先进军全球市场的事业”，并表示，“我们将全力提供多方面的支持，吸引初创企业加入全球开放式创新伙伴关系”。

Le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Busan (PDG Yongwoo Kim, ci-après dénommé Busan Creative Economy) a organisé la cérémonie de lancement du « Self-Project Prep Vietnam » le 27 (vendredi) et a commencé des opérations commerciales à grande échelle pour l'avancement de 20 startups prometteuses en dehors de la zone métropolitaine au Vietnam.
« Self-Project Prep Vietnam » est un programme d'accélération mondial en trois étapes (pré-, local et post-) organisé par l'Agence régionale des PME et startups de Busan et Korea Southern Power, et organisé par Busan Changgyeong. Après une phase pilote en 2024, il a été étendu à un projet à grande échelle cette année et propose un système complet de soutien à l'expansion internationale des startups, alliant exportations, attraction d'investissements et innovation ouverte ciblant le Vietnam.

Ce jour-là, des responsables de l'Agence régionale des PME et des startups de Busan, de Korea Southern Power, de Busan Changgyeong, ainsi que des dirigeants et du personnel de startups sélectionnées ont assisté à la cérémonie d'inauguration, faisant ainsi le premier pas vers la coopération pour une entrée réussie au Vietnam.
« Self-Project Prep Vietnam » a lancé un diagnostic d'entreprise complet lors de la cérémonie de lancement. Les startups ont défini leurs objectifs d'entrée au Vietnam grâce à des consultations individuelles avec les investisseurs, sur la base de la fiche d'autodiagnostic soumise au préalable. Ensuite, en août, elles organiseront une rencontre avec les acteurs locaux du secteur, une présentation IR, du réseautage, une exploration de l'écosystème des startups et une réunion d'affaires sur site à Hô-Chi-Minh-Ville, au Vietnam, et participeront à InnoEX 2025, le plus grand salon mondial des startups d'Asie du Sud-Est.
Le projet « Self-Project Prep Vietnam » élargira les possibilités de coopération internationale en matière d'innovation ouverte au-delà des simples consultations à l'exportation, incluant la coopération technologique, la commercialisation conjointe et l'attraction d'investissements. De plus, grâce à un mentorat d'évaluation des performances, nous prévoyons d'apporter un soutien complet pour évaluer la progression de chaque entreprise et de maintenir des relations de suivi.
Yongwoo Kim, PDG de Busan Changgyeong, a déclaré : « Le projet Prep Vietnam est une activité dans laquelle les startups non métropolitaines prennent les devants pour progresser sur le marché mondial par elles-mêmes », et a ajouté : « Nous n'épargnerons aucun effort pour fournir un soutien multiforme afin d'attirer les startups vers des partenariats mondiaux d'innovation ouverte. »
