데이터 플랫폼 서비스 기업 넥스원소프트(대표 최덕훈)는 제주항공과 함께 재외동포를 위한 비대면 본인확인 인증체계 도입을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 2일 밝혔다.
이번 협약을 통해 양사는 재외동포 대상 전자여권 기반의 비대면 신원확인 체계를 항공 서비스에 적용하고, 고객 편의성과 인증 서비스의 효율성을 높이는 데 협력할 계획이다. 제주항공은 이번 협약을 통해 항공업계 최초로 재외국민 및 재외동포 대상의 본인확인 서비스를 제공하게 된다. 해당 서비스는 7월 말부터 운영될 예정이다.
양측은 ▲전자여권 기반 비대면 인증 체계 구축 ▲재외동포 고객의 항공 서비스 접근성 향상 ▲여행 및 항공 분야 디지털 전환(DX) 추진 ▲공동 마케팅 및 서비스 고도화 등을 주요 협력 분야로 설정했다.
넥스원소프트는 앞서 재외동포청 및 한국인터넷진흥원(KISA)이 주관하는 ‘재외동포 비대면 신원확인 체계’ 사업의 기술 기반을 구축한 바 있으며, 이 체계는 세계 최초로 전자여권을 활용해 재외동포의 신원을 확인하고 인증서를 발급하는 구조로 운영된다. 현재 국민은행, 신한은행, 우리은행, 하나은행, 토스 등 5개 기관이 해당 인증서를 발급 중이며, 하반기 중 발급 기관이 추가 확대될 예정이다.
최덕훈 넥스원소프트 대표는 “이번 협약은 재외동포를 위한 디지털 인증 환경을 확장하는 중요한 계기가 될 것”이라며 “국내외 다양한 기업과 협력해 신원확인 서비스를 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
이혁중 제주항공 정보보호최고책임자(CISO)는 “재외동포를 위한 비대면 신원확인 서비스를 항공업계에서 처음으로 도입하게 되어 의미가 크다”며 “앞으로도 고객 중심의 혁신적 서비스를 지속적으로 발굴해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

Nexone Soft Signs Business Agreement with Jeju Air
Data platform service company NexoneSoft (CEO Choi Deok-hoon) announced on the 2nd that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Jeju Air to introduce a non-face-to-face identity verification system for overseas Koreans.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to apply a non-face-to-face identity verification system based on electronic passports for overseas Koreans to airline services and cooperate to improve customer convenience and the efficiency of authentication services. Through this agreement, Jeju Air will be the first in the airline industry to provide an identity verification service for overseas Koreans and overseas Koreans. The service is scheduled to be operated from the end of July.
The two sides set the following as key areas of cooperation: ▲Establishing a non-face-to-face authentication system based on electronic passports, ▲Improving accessibility to airline services for overseas Korean customers, ▲Promoting digital transformation (DX) in the travel and airline sectors, and ▲Joint marketing and service advancement.
NexoneSoft has previously established the technology foundation for the 'Non-face-to-face Identity Verification System for Overseas Koreans' project hosted by the Overseas Koreans Foundation and the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA), and this system is the world's first to use electronic passports to verify the identity of overseas Koreans and issue certificates. Currently, five institutions, including Kookmin Bank, Shinhan Bank, Woori Bank, Hana Bank, and Toss, are issuing the certificates, and the number of issuing institutions is expected to increase in the second half of the year.
Choi Deok-hoon, CEO of NexoneSoft, said, “This agreement will be an important opportunity to expand the digital authentication environment for overseas Koreans,” and added, “We will expand our identity verification services by cooperating with various companies at home and abroad.”
Lee Hyuk-joong, Jeju Air's Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), said, "It is very meaningful that we are the first in the airline industry to introduce a non-face-to-face identity verification service for overseas Koreans," adding, "We will continue to discover innovative customer-centered services in the future."

今回の条約を通じて両社は在外同胞対象電子パスポート基盤の非対面身元確認体系を航空サービスに適用し、顧客便宜性と認証サービスの効率性を高めるために協力する計画だ。済州航空は今回の条約を通じて航空業界で初めて在外国民及び在外同胞対象の本人確認サービスを提供することになる。当該サービスは7月末から運営される予定だ。

ネックスワンソフトは、先に在外同胞庁及び韓国インターネット振興院（ＫＩＳＡ）が主管する「在外同胞非対面身元確認体系」事業の技術基盤を構築したことがあり、この体系は世界初に電子パスポートを活用して在外同胞の身元を確認し、証明書を発行する仕組みで運営される。現在、国民銀行、新韓銀行、ウリ銀行、ハナ銀行、トスなど5つの機関が該当証明書を発行中であり、下半期中に発行機関が追加拡大する予定だ。
チェ・ドクフンネックスワンソフト代表は「今回の条約は在外同胞のためのデジタル認証環境を拡大する重要な契機になるだろう」とし「国内外の多様な企業と協力して身元確認サービスを拡大していく」と明らかにした。
イ・ヒョクジュン済州航空情報保護最高責任者(CISO)は「在外同胞のための非対面身元確認サービスを航空業界で初めて導入することになって意味が大きい」とし「今後も顧客中心の革新的サービスを持続的に発掘していく」と話した。

Nexone Soft signe un accord commercial avec Jeju Air
La société de services de plateforme de données NexoneSoft (PDG Choi Deok-hoon) a annoncé le 2 qu'elle avait signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec Jeju Air pour introduire un système de vérification d'identité sans contact pour les Coréens d'outre-mer.
Grâce à cet accord, les deux compagnies prévoient d'appliquer aux services aériens un système de vérification d'identité à distance, basé sur les passeports électroniques, pour les Coréens d'outre-mer. Elles coopéreront également pour améliorer le confort des clients et l'efficacité des services d'authentification. Grâce à cet accord, Jeju Air sera la première compagnie aérienne à proposer un service de vérification d'identité pour les Coréens d'outre-mer et les Coréens d'outre-mer. Le service devrait être opérationnel à partir de fin juillet.
Les deux parties ont défini les domaines clés de coopération suivants : ▲Établir un système d'authentification sans contact basé sur des passeports électroniques, ▲Améliorer l'accessibilité aux services aériens pour les clients coréens à l'étranger, ▲Promouvoir la transformation numérique (DX) dans les secteurs du voyage et du transport aérien, et ▲Promotion conjointe du marketing et des services.
NexoneSoft a déjà établi les bases technologiques du projet « Système de vérification d'identité à distance pour les Coréens d'outre-mer », porté par la Fondation des Coréens d'outre-mer et l'Agence coréenne de sécurité et d'internet (KISA). Ce système est le premier au monde à utiliser des passeports électroniques pour vérifier l'identité des Coréens d'outre-mer et délivrer des certificats. Actuellement, cinq institutions, dont Kookmin Bank, Shinhan Bank, Woori Bank, Hana Bank et Toss, délivrent ces certificats, et le nombre d'institutions émettrices devrait augmenter au second semestre.
Choi Deok-hoon, PDG de NexoneSoft, a déclaré : « Cet accord sera une opportunité importante d'élargir l'environnement d'authentification numérique pour les Coréens d'outre-mer », et a ajouté : « Nous allons étendre nos services de vérification d'identité en coopérant avec diverses entreprises nationales et étrangères. »
