부산연합기술지주㈜(대표 박훈기)는 한국벤처투자가 주관한 ‘2025년 2차 정시 출자사업’에서 대학창업2 계정의 운용사로 최종 선정됐다고 4일 밝혔다.
이번 출자사업에는 총 8개 기관이 대학창업2 계정에 지원했으며, 심사를 거쳐 부산연합기술지주를 포함한 3개 기관이 운용사로 선정됐다.
부산연합기술지주는 이번 선정에 따라 총 40억 원 규모의 펀드를 조성할 계획이다. 해당 펀드는 부산광역시, BNK부산은행, 서울대학교기술지주, 동의대학교기술지주, 부산대학교기술지주 등과의 협력을 통해 대학창업기업의 성장 지원 및 지역 창업 생태계 활성화를 목적으로 한다.
부산광역시는 지역 내 대학 및 기술창업 활성화를 위한 RISE(지역혁신중심 대학지원체계) 정책의 일환으로 이번 펀드 조성에 적극 참여했으며, 출자를 통해 실질적인 재정 지원을 제공했다. 시는 해당 펀이 지역 창업 및 투자 생태계에서 핵심적인 역할을 할 것으로 기대하고 있다.
부산연합기술지주는 현재까지 총 16개 지역 대학이 공동 출자한 기술지주회사로, 부산·울산·경남권을 중심으로 기술 기반 창업기업의 육성과 투자 지원을 수행해왔다. 이번 펀드 결성을 통해 부산연합기술지주는 총 7개 펀드, 약 322억 원 규모의 자금을 운용하게 된다. 이를 통해 기술창업기업의 성장 단계별 자금 수요에 대응하고, 전국 단위의 유망 창업기업으로 투자 대상을 확대할 방침이다.
박훈기 대표는 “이번 펀드는 지역 대학과 기술창업기업이 보유한 기술과 역량을 사업화로 전환하는 데 목적을 두고 있다”며, “자본 공급을 넘어 기술 고도화, 글로벌 진출, 차세대 기술기업 육성을 위한 전략적 투자 플랫폼 역할을 수행하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Busan United Technology Holdings is a technology holding company that has been jointly invested by 16 regional universities, and has been supporting the development and investment of technology-based startups centered on the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam regions. Through the formation of this fund, Busan United Technology Holdings will operate a total of 7 funds, approximately 32.2 billion won. Through this, it plans to respond to the demand for funds by growth stage of technology startups and expand the investment target to promising startups nationwide.
CEO Park Hoon-ki said, “This fund aims to commercialize the technologies and capabilities possessed by local universities and technology startups,” and added, “We will go beyond capital supply and serve as a strategic investment platform for technological advancement, global expansion, and fostering next-generation technology companies.”

釜山連合技術持株、教育部所管モテファンド運用会社最終選定
釜山連合技術持株(株)パク・フンギは韓国ベンチャー投資家が主管した「2025年2次定時出資事業」で大学創業2アカウントの運用会社に最終選定されたと4日明らかにした。
今回の出資事業には計８つの機関が大学創業２アカウントに支援し、審査を経て釜山連合技術持株を含む３つの機関が運用会社に選ばれた。
釜山（プサン）連合技術持株は今回の選定により、合計４０億ウォン規模のファンドを造成する計画だ。当該ファンドは釜山広域市、BNK釜山銀行、ソウル大学技術持株、同意大学技術持株、釜山大学技術持株等との協力を通じて大学創業企業の成長支援及び地域創業生態系活性化を目的とする。
釜山広域市は地域内の大学及び技術創業活性化のためのRISE（地域革新中心大学支援体系）政策の一環として、今回のファンドの造成に積極的に参加し、出資を通じて実質的な財政支援を提供した。市は、ファンが地域の創業と投資の生態系で重要な役割を果たすと期待しています。
釜山連合技術持株は現在まで総16の地域大学が共同出資した技術持株会社で、釜山・蔚山・慶南圏を中心に技術基盤創業企業の育成と投資支援を行ってきた。今回のファンド結成を通じて、釜山連合技術持株は合計7つのファンド、約322億ウォン規模の資金を運用することになる。これにより技術創業企業の成長段階別資金需要に対応し、全国単位の有望創業企業に投資対象を拡大する方針だ。
パク・フンギ代表は「今回のファンドは地域大学と技術創業企業が保有する技術と力量を事業化に転換することに目的を置いている」とし、「資本供給を超えて技術高度化、グローバル進出、次世代技術企業育成のための戦略的投資プラットフォームの役割を遂行する」と明らかにした。
