㈜하이로컬(대표 윤정호)은 동부외국인주민센터(센터장 안진경)와 외국인 대상 산업안전 교육을 위한 AI 튜터 실증 사업 추진을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 1일 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 국내 거주 외국인 근로자들의 산업현장 내 안전사고 예방과 안전 의식 향상을 목표로, AI 기술을 활용한 맞춤형 산업안전 교육 서비스를 제공하기 위한 협력이다.
양측은 협약에 따라 외국인을 대상으로 하는 산업안전 교육 AI 튜터 실증 서비스를 공동으로 진행할 예정이다. 하이로컬은 6개월간 무료로 해당 서비스를 제공하며, 참여 외국인을 대상으로 현장 설명회도 운영할 계획이다. 동부외국인주민센터는 실증 과정에서 교육 효과 검증을 지원하고, 설명회 개최를 위한 공간 제공 등 실무 협력에 나선다.
하이로컬이 제공하는 산업안전 교육 AI 튜터는 다국어 통번역 기능을 탑재해 언어 장벽 없이 교육을 받을 수 있도록 설계됐다. 특히 산업안전 관련 전문 용어와 지시사항을 다양한 언어로 정확하게 전달함으로써 외국인 근로자의 교육 이해도 제고에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
하이로컬 윤정호 대표는 “AI 기반 교육 서비스는 언어적 한계를 극복하는 동시에 산업현장 내 안전 수준을 높일 수 있는 실질적 대안이 될 것”이라며 “이번 협약을 계기로 보다 많은 외국인 근로자들이 효과적인 안전 교육을 받을 수 있도록 협력을 강화하겠다”고 밝혔다.

HiLocal signs business agreement with Eastern Foreign Residents Center
HiLocal Co., Ltd. (CEO Jeong-ho Yoon) announced on the 1st that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with the Eastern Foreign Residents Center (Director Jin-kyung Ahn) to promote an AI tutor verification project for industrial safety education for foreigners.
This agreement is a collaboration to provide customized industrial safety education services utilizing AI technology, with the goal of preventing industrial accidents and improving safety awareness among foreign workers residing in Korea.
According to the agreement, the two parties will jointly conduct an industrial safety education AI tutor demonstration service targeting foreigners. HiLocal will provide the service free of charge for six months and also plans to hold on-site briefing sessions for participating foreigners. The Eastern Foreign Residents Center will support verification of the effectiveness of the education during the demonstration process and provide practical cooperation such as providing a space for holding briefing sessions.
The industrial safety education AI tutor provided by HiLocal is designed to enable education without language barriers by being equipped with multilingual interpretation and translation functions. In particular, it is expected to contribute to improving the educational understanding of foreign workers by accurately conveying industrial safety-related terminology and instructions in various languages.

（株）ハイローカル（代表ユン・ジョンホ）は東部外国人住民センター（センター長安進経）と外国人対象産業安全教育のためのＡＩチューター実証事業推進のための業務協約（ＭＯＵ）を締結したと１日明らかにした。
今回の条約は、国内在住の外国人労働者の産業現場内の安全事故の予防と安全意識の向上を目指し、AI技術を活用したカスタマイズされた産業安全教育サービスを提供するための協力だ。
両側は、条約に従って外国人を対象とする産業安全教育AIチューター実証サービスを共同で進める予定だ。ハイローカルは6ヶ月間無料で該当サービスを提供し、参加外国人を対象に現場説明会も運営する計画だ。東部外国人住民センターは実証過程で教育効果検証を支援し、説明会開催のための空間提供など実務協力に乗り出す。
ハイローカルが提供する産業安全教育AIチューターは、多言語通訳機能を搭載し、言語障壁なしで教育を受けることができるように設計された。特に産業安全関連の専門用語と指示事項を多様な言語で正確に伝達することで、外国人労働者の教育理解も向上に寄与すると期待される。

此次协议旨在利用人工智能技术提供定制化的工业安全教育服务，目的是预防工业事故并提高居住在韩国的外国工人的安全意识。
根据协议，双方将共同开展面向外国人的产业安全教育AI导师示范服务。HiLocal将免费提供六个月的服务，并计划为参与的外国人举办现场说明会。东部外国人居民中心将在示范过程中协助验证教育效果，并提供说明会场地等实际合作。

HiLocal signe un accord commercial avec le Eastern Foreign Residents Center
HiLocal Co., Ltd. (PDG Jeong-ho Yoon) a annoncé le 1er avoir signé un accord commercial (MOU) avec le Centre des résidents étrangers de l'Est (directeur Jin-kyung Ahn) pour promouvoir un projet de vérification de tuteur IA pour l'éducation à la sécurité industrielle pour les étrangers.
Cet accord est une collaboration visant à fournir des services d'éducation à la sécurité industrielle personnalisés utilisant la technologie de l'IA, dans le but de prévenir les accidents industriels et d'améliorer la sensibilisation à la sécurité parmi les travailleurs étrangers résidant en Corée.
