㈜세이브더팜즈(대표 황인수)는 베트남 현지 기업들과 총 11만 달러 규모의 업무협약(MOU)을 체결하며 바이오차 기반 지속가능 농업 솔루션의 글로벌 시장 진출을 가속화하고 있다.
이번 협약은 KOTRA가 주최한 ‘2024 스마트 비즈니스 컨퍼런스’에서 체결됐으며, 세이브더팜즈는 베트남 농업 유통기업 Leka Distributor Co. Ltd를 비롯해 비료 생산기업 및 농산물 유통사 등 총 3개사와 전략적 파트너십을 구축했다.
협약 주요 내용은 세이브더팜즈의 바이오차 공정 기술 이전, 제품의 안정적 납품 체계 구축, 지역 농산물 유통망 확대 및 친환경 제품 공동 유통 등으로, 계약 기간은 3년이다. 이번 협약을 통해 세이브더팜즈는 베트남 내 지속가능 농업 생태계 조성과 시장 확대를 본격 추진할 예정이다.
특히 Leka Distributor Co. Ltd는 베트남 전역에 걸친 농업 유통망을 보유하고 있으며, 친환경 농업 전환을 위한 전략적 공급망 확보에 집중하고 있다. 협약에 참여한 비료회사와 농산물 유통사 역시 바이오차 제품과 농산물 유통을 통해 지역 농가와의 연계를 강화할 계획이다.
세이브더팜즈 관계자는 “이번 협약은 기술 이전부터 제품 납품, 유통에 이르는 전방위적 글로벌 협력 모델”이라며 “3년간의 협력을 통해 베트남 농업의 친환경 전환과 탄소 감축에 기여할 것”이라고 말했다.

Save the Farms Signs $110,000 MOU with 3 Local Vietnamese Companies
Save the Farms Co., Ltd. (CEO Hwang In-su) is accelerating the entry into the global market of biochar-based sustainable agriculture solutions by signing business agreements (MOUs) worth a total of USD 110,000 with local Vietnamese companies.
This agreement was signed at the '2024 Smart Business Conference' hosted by KOTRA, and Save the Farms established strategic partnerships with a total of three companies, including Vietnamese agricultural distribution company Leka Distributor Co. Ltd., a fertilizer production company, and an agricultural product distribution company.
The main contents of the agreement are the transfer of Save the Farms’ biochar process technology, establishment of a stable product supply system, expansion of the local agricultural product distribution network, and joint distribution of eco-friendly products. The contract period is three years. Through this agreement, Save the Farms plans to actively promote the creation of a sustainable agricultural ecosystem and market expansion in Vietnam.
In particular, Leka Distributor Co. Ltd. has an agricultural distribution network across Vietnam and is focusing on securing a strategic supply chain for the transition to eco-friendly agriculture. Fertilizer companies and agricultural product distributors participating in the agreement also plan to strengthen their ties with local farmers through the distribution of biochar products and agricultural products.
A Save the Farms official said, “This agreement is a comprehensive global cooperation model from technology transfer to product delivery and distribution,” and added, “Through the three-year cooperation, we will contribute to the eco-friendly transformation of Vietnamese agriculture and carbon reduction.”

Save the Farms 有限公司（首席执行官黄仁洙）正在与越南当地公司签署总价值 110,000 美元的商业协议（MOU），加速进军基于生物炭的可持续农业解决方案的全球市场。
此次协议是在大韩贸易投资振兴公社主办的“2024智能商业会议”上签署的，Save the Farms与越南农产品流通公司Leka Distributor Co. Ltd.、肥料生产公司、农产品流通公司等共计三家公司建立了战略合作伙伴关系。
协议的主要内容包括：转让“拯救农场”的生物炭加工技术、建立稳定的产品供应体系、扩大当地农产品流通网络以及共同分销环保产品。协议期限为三年。“拯救农场”计划通过该协议，积极推动越南可持续农业生态系统的建设和市场拓展。
值得一提的是，Leka Distributor Co. Ltd. 在越南拥有遍布全国的农产品分销网络，并致力于打造战略供应链，助力越南向生态友好型农业转型。参与协议的肥料公司和农产品分销商也计划通过分销生物炭产品和农产品，加强与当地农民的联系。
拯救农场组织相关人士表示，“该协议是从技术转让到产品交付和分销的全方位全球合作模式”，并补充道，“通过三年的合作，我们将为越南农业的生态友好转型和碳减排做出贡献”。

Save the Farms Co., Ltd. (PDG Hwang In-su) accélère l'entrée sur le marché mondial des solutions agricoles durables à base de biochar en signant des accords commerciaux (MOU) d'une valeur totale de 110 000 USD avec des entreprises vietnamiennes locales.
Cet accord a été signé lors de la « 2024 Smart Business Conference » organisée par KOTRA, et Save the Farms a établi des partenariats stratégiques avec un total de trois entreprises, dont la société vietnamienne de distribution agricole Leka Distributor Co. Ltd., une société de production d'engrais et une société de distribution de produits agricoles.
Les principaux éléments de l'accord portent sur le transfert de la technologie de production de biochar de Save the Farms, la mise en place d'un système d'approvisionnement stable, l'expansion du réseau local de distribution de produits agricoles et la distribution conjointe de produits écologiques.
