ICT 기반 사회공헌 솔루션 기업 ㈜나눔비타민(대표 김하연)은 지난 6월 중림종합사회복지관(관장 이해경)과 지역 식사지원 사업 ‘동네나눔밥집’의 디지털 전환을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 11일 밝혔다.
이번 협약을 통해 2020년부터 종이 쿠폰 형태로 운영돼 온 ‘동네나눔밥집’ 식사쿠폰이 나눔비타민의 모바일 애플리케이션 ‘나비얌’을 통해 디지털 방식으로 전환될 예정이다.
‘동네나눔밥집’은 신한금융그룹의 후원으로 누적 5억 원 규모의 기부금을 재원으로 마련해, 지역 내 취약계층에게 연간 약 25만 원 상당의 식사쿠폰을 지원하는 복지 사업이다. 기존 종이 쿠폰 운영 방식에서는 낙인감, 이용 불편, 수기 집계로 인한 비효율 등이 지속적으로 제기되어 왔다.
양 기관은 디지털 시스템 도입을 통해 ▲식사쿠폰 발급 및 사용의 모바일화 ▲이용 내역 및 가맹점 통계 자동 관리 ▲실시간 정산 및 리포트 생성 등 데이터 기반 운영체계를 구축할 계획이다.
양측은 오는 9월 정식 서비스 오픈을 목표로, 7월부터 3개월 간 ▲2025년 참여 요식업소(32개소) 전산 등록 ▲수혜자 및 가맹점 안내 ▲관리 시스템 구축 등 세부 작업을 순차적으로 진행할 예정이다.
김하연 나눔비타민 대표는 “이번 협약을 통해 취약계층이 보다 편리하게 식사 지원을 받을 수 있는 환경을 조성하겠다”며 “지역 돌봄 모델의 전국적 확산 기반이 되기를 기대한다”고 말했다.
이해경 중림종합사회복지관 관장은 “검증된 디지털 기술을 접목함으로써 보다 공정하고 투명한 복지 서비스 환경이 마련되었다”며 “앞으로도 다양한 민관 협력을 통해 지역 복지의 혁신을 도모하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Nanum Vitamin and Junglim Integrated Social Welfare Center Sign Business Agreement
Nanum Vitamin Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Ha-yeon), an ICT-based social contribution solution company, announced on the 11th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Junglim Integrated Social Welfare Center (Director Lee Hae-kyung) in June for the digital transformation of the local meal support project 'Neighborhood Sharing Restaurant'.
Through this agreement, the 'Neighborhood Sharing Restaurant' meal coupons, which have been operated in paper coupon form since 2020, will be converted to digital format through Nanum Vitamin's mobile application 'Naviyam'.
'Neighborhood Sharing Restaurant' is a welfare project that provides meal coupons worth about 250,000 won per year to vulnerable groups in the region, using a total of 500 million won in donations sponsored by Shinhan Financial Group. The existing paper coupon operation method has been continuously criticized for its stigma, inconvenience of use, and inefficiency due to manual counting.
The two organizations plan to establish a data-based operating system through the introduction of a digital system, including ▲mobilization of meal coupon issuance and use ▲automatic management of usage history and affiliated store statistics ▲real-time settlement and report generation.
The two sides plan to sequentially carry out detailed tasks such as ▲computer registration of participating food service establishments (32 locations) in 2025 ▲provision of information to beneficiaries and franchisees ▲establishment of a management system over the course of three months starting in July, with the goal of opening an official service in September.
Kim Ha-yeon, CEO of Nanum Vitamin, said, “Through this agreement, we will create an environment where vulnerable groups can receive meal support more conveniently,” and added, “We hope this will become the foundation for nationwide expansion of the local care model.”
Director Lee Hae-gyeong of Junglim Integrated Social Welfare Center said, “By incorporating verified digital technologies, a more fair and transparent welfare service environment has been created,” and added, “We will continue to seek innovation in regional welfare through various public-private cooperation.”

Le système actuel de distribution de coupons papier est constamment critiqué pour sa stigmatisation, sa complexité d'utilisation et son inefficacité due au comptage manuel.
Les deux organisations prévoient d'établir un système d'exploitation basé sur les données grâce à l'introduction d'un système numérique, comprenant ▲la mobilisation de l'émission et de l'utilisation des coupons de repas ▲la gestion automatique de l'historique d'utilisation et des statistiques des magasins affiliés ▲le règlement en temps réel et la génération de rapports.
Les deux parties prévoient de réaliser séquentiellement des tâches détaillées telles que ▲l'enregistrement informatique des établissements de restauration participants (32 sites) en 2025 ▲la fourniture d'informations aux bénéficiaires et aux franchisés ▲la mise en place d'un système de gestion sur une période de trois mois à compter de juillet, avec pour objectif d'ouvrir un service officiel en septembre.
Kim Ha-yeon, PDG de Nanum Vitamin, a déclaré : « Grâce à cet accord, nous créerons un environnement où les groupes vulnérables pourront recevoir une aide alimentaire plus facilement », et a ajouté : « Nous espérons que cela deviendra la base de l'expansion nationale du modèle de soins locaux. »
Lee Hae-gyeong, directeur du Centre intégré de protection sociale de Junglim, a déclaré : « En intégrant des technologies numériques vérifiées, un environnement de services sociaux plus juste et plus transparent a été créé », et a ajouté : « Nous continuerons à rechercher l'innovation dans le domaine du bien-être régional par le biais de diverses coopérations public-privé. »
