토마토시스템(대표 조길주)은 한국사학진흥재단이 주관하는 ‘대학정보시스템(U-ERP) 고도화 4차 사업’을 수주하고 본격적인 개발 작업에 돌입했다고 15일 밝혔다.
이번 4차 사업은 토마토시스템이 이전에 수행한 2차 예산회계시스템과 3차 인사급여시스템 고도화 사업에 이어 세 번째 연속 수주한 프로젝트로, 회사의 기술력과 대학 정보화 분야 전문성을 다시 한 번 입증한 결과로 평가된다.
U-ERP(University-ERP)는 사립대학 행정업무의 표준화와 업무 효율성 제고, 예산 절감을 목적으로 개발된 통합 정보화 플랫폼이다. 2021년부터 단계적으로 추진된 고도화 사업은 예산회계, 인사급여, 전자결재, 통합포털 등 대학 행정의 주요 업무를 클라우드 기반으로 통합 지원해 왔다.
이번 4차 사업은 연구행정시스템 재개발, 자산관리 시스템 개발, 기존 시스템과의 연계 및 통합 등을 주요 과제로 하며, 총 8개월간 진행된다. 연구행정시스템은 표준 프로세스 기반으로 재설계되어 연구과제 관리, 연구비 관리, 산학협력단 예산회계 기능을 포함하며, 기존 ActiveX를 웹 표준 기반으로 전환하는 한편 외부 기관과의 연계도 강화할 계획이다.
자산관리시스템은 자산 구매부터 폐기까지 전 과정을 전산화하여 재물조사 및 처분 업무 자동화를 지원하며, 예산회계, 인사, 전자결재 시스템과의 연계를 통해 자산 관련 정보를 실시간 공유해 회계 투명성과 업무 신뢰성 향상을 기대하고 있다.
토마토시스템은 이번 사업에서 기존 U-ERP 시스템과의 일관성을 유지하는 동시에 확장 가능한 통합 시스템 구축에 주력할 방침이다. 회사는 공공기관 및 교육기관 프로젝트 수행 경험을 바탕으로 체계적인 준비와 철저한 이해를 통해 성공적인 사업 수행을 목표로 하고 있다.

Tomato System wins contract for '4th University Information System Enhancement Project' from Korea History Foundation
Tomato System (CEO Gil-ju Cho) announced on the 15th that it has won the contract for the '4th University Information System (U-ERP) Enhancement Project' hosted by the Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Private Schools and has begun full-scale development work.
This fourth project is the third consecutive project that Tomato System has won, following the second budget accounting system and third personnel and payroll system improvement projects that it previously carried out, and is evaluated as a result that once again proves the company's technological prowess and expertise in the field of university information technology.
U-ERP (University-ERP) is an integrated information platform developed for the purpose of standardizing private university administrative work, improving work efficiency, and reducing budget. The advanced project, which has been implemented in stages since 2021, has integrated and supported major university administrative tasks such as budget accounting, personnel and payroll, electronic approval, and integrated portals on a cloud basis.
This 4th project will be carried out for a total of 8 months, with the main tasks being the redevelopment of the research administration system, the development of the asset management system, and the linkage and integration with the existing system. The research administration system will be redesigned based on the standard process, and will include the functions of research project management, research expenses management, and industry-academic cooperation group budget accounting. In addition, the existing ActiveX will be converted to a web standard-based one, and the linkage with external organizations will also be strengthened.
The asset management system computerizes the entire process from asset purchase to disposal, thereby supporting automation of asset investigation and disposal tasks. It also expects to improve accounting transparency and work reliability by sharing asset-related information in real time through linkage with budget accounting, personnel, and electronic approval systems.
Tomato System plans to focus on building an integrated system that is scalable while maintaining consistency with the existing U-ERP system in this project. The company aims to successfully carry out the project through systematic preparation and thorough understanding based on its experience in carrying out projects for public institutions and educational institutions.

今回の4次事業は、研究行政システムの再開発、資産管理システムの開発、既存システムとの連携及び統合などを主な課題とし、合計8ヶ月間進行される。研究行政システムは標準プロセスベースに再設計され、研究課題管理、研究費管理、産学協力団予算会計機能を含み、既存のActiveXをWeb標準ベースに切り替える一方、外部機関との連携も強化する計画だ。
資産管理システムは、資産購入から廃棄まで全過程をコンピュータ化し、財物調査及び処分業務自動化を支援し、予算会計、人事、電子決済システムとの連携を通じて資産関連情報をリアルタイム共有し、会計透明性と業務信頼性向上を期待している。
トマトシステムは今回の事業で既存のU-ERPシステムとの一貫性を維持するとともに、拡張可能な統合システムの構築に注力する方針だ。同社は、公共機関および教育機関のプロジェクト遂行経験をもとに、体系的な準備と徹底した理解を通じて成功的な事業遂行を目指している。

Tomato System（代表：赵吉柱） 15日表示，公司赢得了韩国私立学校振兴财团主办的“第4次大学信息系统（U-ERP）强化项目”的订单，并已开始正式开展开发工作。

Tomato System (PDG Gil-ju Cho) a annoncé le 15 qu'il avait remporté le contrat pour le « 4e projet d'amélioration du système d'information universitaire (U-ERP) » organisé par la Fondation coréenne pour l'avancement des écoles privées et avait commencé les travaux de développement à grande échelle.
Ce quatrième projet est le troisième consécutif remporté par Tomato System, après le deuxième projet d'amélioration du système de comptabilité budgétaire et le troisième projet d'amélioration du système de personnel et de paie qu'elle a précédemment menés à bien, et est évalué comme un résultat qui prouve une fois de plus la prouesse technologique et l'expertise de l'entreprise dans le domaine des technologies de l'information universitaire.
U-ERP (University-ERP) est une plateforme d'information intégrée développée pour standardiser le travail administratif des universités privées, améliorer l'efficacité et réduire les budgets. Ce projet avancé, mis en œuvre par étapes depuis 2021, a intégré et pris en charge les principales tâches administratives des universités, telles que la comptabilité budgétaire, la gestion du personnel et de la paie, l'approbation électronique et les portails intégrés, sur une base cloud.
Ce quatrième projet, d'une durée totale de huit mois, aura pour principales missions la refonte du système d'administration de la recherche, le développement du système de gestion des actifs, ainsi que l'intégration et la liaison avec le système existant. Le système d'administration de la recherche sera repensé selon le processus standard et inclura les fonctions de gestion des projets de recherche, de gestion des dépenses de recherche et de comptabilité budgétaire du groupe de coopération industrie-université. De plus, l'ActiveX existant sera converti en un système web standardisé, et les liens avec les organisations externes seront renforcés.
Le système de gestion des actifs informatise l'ensemble du processus, de l'acquisition à la cession, favorisant ainsi l'automatisation des tâches d'investigation et de cession des actifs. Il vise également à améliorer la transparence comptable et la fiabilité du travail grâce au partage en temps réel des informations relatives aux actifs grâce à la liaison avec les systèmes de comptabilité budgétaire, de gestion du personnel et d'approbation électronique.
Dans le cadre de ce projet, Tomato System prévoit de se concentrer sur la construction d'un système intégré, évolutif et cohérent avec le système U-ERP existant. L'entreprise entend mener à bien ce projet grâce à une préparation rigoureuse et une compréhension approfondie, fondée sur son expérience en matière de projets pour des institutions publiques et des établissements d'enseignement.
