AI 부동산 빅데이터 프롭테크 기업 ㈜데이터노우즈는 18일 ㈜한국토지신탁과 인공지능(AI) 기반 부동산 분석 솔루션 ‘AI MAS’ 공급 계약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 계약은 AI MAS 솔루션이 국내 주요 부동산 신탁사에 처음 도입된 사례로, 전통적인 금융 및 신탁 업무에 AI 기술의 활용이 확대되는 흐름 속에서 이목을 끌고 있다. 데이터노우즈 측은 이번 공급이 향후 유사업종 내 솔루션 확산에 기여할 것으로 기대하고 있다.
AI MAS는 데이터노우즈가 자체 개발한 부동산 분석 솔루션으로, 실거래가, 수요 인구, 수익률 등 다양한 데이터를 기반으로 사업지의 성공 가능성을 진단하는 기능을 갖추고 있다. 주요 기능으로는 ▲사업지 수요 분석 ▲시세 및 거래량 분석 ▲적정 분양가 산정 ▲청약경쟁률 예측 등이 있으며, 신탁사 및 시행사 실무에 직접 활용할 수 있는 데이터 기반 서비스를 제공한다.
