글로벌 메디컬 에스테틱 전문기업 제테마는 판교 글로벌 R&D 센터에서 임직원을 대상으로 진행한 ‘JETEMA 연자 초청 세미나’를 마쳤다고 21일 밝혔다.
이번 세미나는 필러 및 보툴리눔 톡신 시장의 최신 트렌드와 제품 특성에 대한 임직원의 이해도를 높이고, 향후 영업 및 마케팅 전략 수립에 실질적인 도움을 주기 위해 마련됐다.
세미나에는 대한리프팅학회 수석학술이사이자 룩스웰의원 원장인 홍한빛 원장이 연자로 참여해, ‘시술 후 자연스러운 얼굴 연출을 위한 테옥산 RHA 필러 시술법’을 주제로 강연을 진행했다.
홍 원장은 강연에서 “필러 시술 직후 발생하는 초기 염증은 모양 변형의 주요 원인이 될 수 있는데, 테옥산 RHA 필러는 열을 가하지 않고 부드럽게 혼합하는 가교 공정을 통해 히알루론산 파편 생성을 최소화하고 염증 발생을 줄이는 특징이 있다”고 설명했다. 테옥산 RHA 필러는 고분자 히알루론산 원료를 유지하는 공정으로 제조돼 자가 콜라겐 합성을 유도하며, 자연스러운 볼륨감을 구현할 수 있는 것으로 알려져 있다.
이와 함께 제테마의 보툴리눔 톡신 제품 ‘제테마더톡신’의 경쟁력과 국내 시장 내 포지셔닝 전략도 소개됐다. 홍 원장은 “제테마더톡신은 미용 선진국인 한국 시장에서 프리미엄 톡신 제품으로 차별화된 전략적 접근이 가능하다”고 평가했다.
제테마더톡신은 유럽 공인 기관으로부터 공여받은 균주를 기반으로 제조되며, 최신 특허 정제 기술을 적용한 고순도·고활성 보툴리눔 톡신으로, 빠른 작용(onset)과 우수한 효과를 보이는 제품으로 알려져 있다.
제테마는 이번 세미나를 포함한 지속적인 내부 교육을 통해 임직원의 제품 이해도 및 시장 대응 역량을 강화하고, 글로벌 시장 내 경쟁력 확보를 위한 전략적 기반을 다져 나갈 계획이다.

Jetema Holds 'Invitational Seminar' for Employees and Staff
Global medical aesthetics company JETEMA announced on the 21st that it has completed the 'JETEMA Speaker Invitation Seminar' held for its employees at the Pangyo Global R&D Center.
This seminar was designed to increase employees’ understanding of the latest trends and product characteristics in the filler and botulinum toxin market and to provide practical assistance in establishing future sales and marketing strategies.

Along with this, the competitiveness of Jetema's botulinum toxin product 'Jetemader Toxin' and its positioning strategy in the domestic market were also introduced. Director Hong evaluated, "Jetemader Toxin is a premium toxin product that can be strategically differentiated in the Korean market, which is an advanced beauty market."
Jetemadertoxin is manufactured based on a strain donated by a European accredited institution, and is a high-purity, high-activity botulinum toxin that uses the latest patented purification technology. It is known as a product that exhibits rapid onset and excellent effectiveness.
Jetema plans to strengthen its employees’ product understanding and market response capabilities through continuous internal education, including this seminar, and to lay a strategic foundation for securing competitiveness in the global market.

La société mondiale d'esthétique médicale JETEMA a annoncé le 21 qu'elle avait terminé le « JETEMA Speaker Invitation Seminar » organisé pour ses employés au Pangyo Global R&D Center.
Ce séminaire a été conçu pour accroître la compréhension des employés des dernières tendances et caractéristiques des produits sur le marché des produits de comblement et de la toxine botulique et pour fournir une assistance pratique dans l'établissement de futures stratégies de vente et de marketing.
Lors du séminaire, le directeur Hong Han-bit, qui est le directeur académique principal de la Société coréenne de chirurgie de lifting et le directeur de la clinique Luxwell, a participé en tant qu'orateur et a donné une conférence sur le thème « Méthode de traitement de comblement Teoxan RHA pour une apparence faciale naturelle après le traitement. »
